Sop did an outstanding job coordinating, leading, and driving our 8-hour tour, and he kept up great commentary the whole way. He clearly works hard to give his clients the best possible experience. He knows the history of his town and every stop we visited, and his sense of humor kept the day fun from start to finish. He also kept us well taken care of, with plenty of complimentary water, soft drinks, and beer throughout the tour. Sop is professional, punctual, funny, and knowledgeable. I recommend his company without hesitation!
I did this trip today in a Tuktuk rather than in a car as advertised because I was the only person booked in and I was happy to do this. Travelling around the city in a tuk tuk is probably easier anyway ! Elvis was my guide and driver and he was very friendly, communicative and kept making sure I drank lots as it was very hot (I’m for the UK !). I highly reccomend this trip as it is a good way to see a lot in one go.
Excellent Sop our tour guide was very nice We had lunch at his home
This is a great tour, covering all the highlights of Phnom Penh in a single day. Ours was a small group (six people) in a minibus and Sophoarn was a great guide
A well set out tour around Phnom Penh that included a full cultural experience including the plight of the people during a extremely trying time. An enjoyable and thought provoking day.
We had a truly wonderful experience exploring Phnom Penh with Mr. Sop. He is an excellent tour guide, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and most importantly, genuinely kind and sincere. Mr. Sop has great knowledge of Cambodia’s history, culture, and local life. His explanations were clear, interesting, and informative, especially when visiting the historical sites around Phnom Penh. He took the time to share the stories behind each place and was always happy to answer our questions, making our visit much more meaningful. What made our experience even more special was Mr. Sop’s incredible hospitality. He even invited us to his own home and prepared delicious food for us. This was something we never expected and became one of the most memorable moments of our trip. It gave us the opportunity to experience the warmth and generosity of Cambodian hospitality in a very personal and authentic way. We truly felt welcomed not simply as tourists, but as his guests and friends. Throughout the tour, Mr. Sop always made sure that we were comfortable and never made us feel rushed. His sincerity, kindness, and passion for sharing his country with visitors really stood out. If you are visiting Phnom Penh and looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful local guide, we highly recommend Mr. Sop. He did much more than simply show us around Phnom Penh, he gave us an experience and memories that we will carry with us long after leaving Cambodia. Thank you so much, Mr. Sop, for your kindness, hospitality, delicious food, and for showing us the history, culture, and true warmth of Cambodia. We are very grateful to have met you. Highly recomended. 10/10.
We had a great time. Our guide was very smart and knowledgeable about Cambodian history. We enjoyed seeing temples and had a great but sobering experience at the killing field and the S21 prison. I would highly recommend this tour.

Mr Sop was our guide for the day , he was extremely passionate in explaining the history of Phnom Penh , the monuments and meanings . The visit to S-21 and killing fields was deep , glad I did these as it helped more to understand how much the Cambodian people had been through , all of it very sad . Lunch was cooked by Mr Sop’s wife and Miss Sophie helped serve . Very tasty authentic dishes . A long full day that I would gladly give 10/10 for . Highly recommend this tour . Thankyou Mr Sop for our experience
The trip included lots of historical information about the buildings and the people responsible for Cambodian life. The tour included the killing fields and S21 prison , confronting but worth visiting . Lunch was made by Mr Sop’s wife , very tasty food and we got to meet the lovely Miss Sophie . I give this tour 10/10
Our tour guide Mr. Sop is the absolute goat. Our group spent 6+ hours seeing temples, markets, and the S21 and killing fields museums. Through out the day we had many questions and he was always happy to answer them. On top of that, our food portion was incredible. Mr. Sops lovely wife cooked us a 4 course meal that was delicious. Being able to travel by car for a tour like this was actually really helpful. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience, would highly recommend.
Would highly recommend this tour with Mr Sop - a really great way to see all the key sights in Phnom Penh with a local guide. Mr Sop provided information about the history of each place we visited, which was really interesting to hear. Pick up was really smooth, and we were provided with cold drinks the whole day, which was so refreshing in the heat! There was also the option to have lunch cooked by Mr Sop’s wife, which was delicious! Mr Sop and his family are so kind and welcoming, and it was so nice to have a home cooked meal. At the weekends there is also the option to go to a Khmer kickboxing fight, which was so fun! Thank you to Mr Sop and his family for such a great day!
I would highly recommend this trip. Mr Sop was very friendly and open to us. He was extremely insightful and helped me and my friends learn everything Phnom Penh has to offer. To anyone looking at this tour, you will not regret it!
Mr. Sophorn was a fantastic guide who was very knowledgeable about the complex antecedents and causes of the rise of the Khmer Rouge and the subsequent genocide. His insights gave me a much deeper understanding of this grim period in human history. Five stars!
I had Mr. Cow as a tour guide / Tuk Tuk driver. He is outstanding and made my day in Phnom Penh truly memorable! Mr Cow is extremely friendly, has a great sense of humor and provides an outstanding service (e.g., chilled drinks, umbrella, punctuality, etc.), which made the entire tour both enjoyable and relaxing. He also speaks a very good English and he was absolutely flexible - e.g. he adapted the tour to my interests, took me to an excellent local coffee shop, and even made it possible for me to buy and try fresh durian. Mr. Cow is also very knowledgeable. At every site, he shared interesting historical and cultural background information, and he also gave me valuable insights into everyday life in Cambodia. Thanks to him, I experienced far more than I would have on a standard sightseeing tour. I can highly recommend Mr. Cow to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. He combines professionalism, knowledge, flexibility, and genuine kindness in a way that makes the experience truly special! Thank you, Mr. Cow, for a wonderful day and an unforgettable introduction to Phnom Penh!
My Guide was excellent very good English and very knowledgeable on all the subjects. Very safe driver and it was a pleasure to be around him.

Very good tour. Mr. Sop is an experienced and friendly guide, who showed us and shared the history about all the key attractions in Phnom Penh. Would recommend.
We had an excellent tour day with Mr Sop - an excellent and very knowledgeable guide. We got to see all major landmarks in the city in a single day at a nice pace and definitely did not feel rushed. Mr Sop was excellent at telling us all about Cambodia's history and we learned so much on the drive alone travelling from landmark to landmark. If you are visiting Phnom Penh this is the only tour you'll need to do and you'll walk away with a deeper understanding of Cambodia's history thanks to such a proficient guide. If you are visiting on the weekend please also consider joining Mr Sop to watch authentic Khmer kickboxing in the evening.
Nice tour within the coty of Phnom Penh. It gives You full understanding about Cambodia's darkest times under Red Khmeri regime. You'll see also beautifull architecture of pagodas and other holy buildings. Additionally I can prise our guide Sop regarding his knowledges and kidness during a tour.
The guide was awesome. Mr Sop you were so funny and knew so much history and explained everything so well! The tour allowed the right amount of time at each location and Mr Sop linked it to the next place. It was such great value for money and really captured Cambodia well. Highly recommend!
It was my 1st time in Cambodia this tour so good for history of Cambodia what people gone thru in there lives . Give it 10/10 .
Today I had my tour of Phnom Penh with Mr Sop. We visited 11 places in one day, and he did an excellent job. Mr. Sop is exceptionally knowledgeable and does a great job connecting the history of the city with Cambodia's broader past. He is a very engaging guide who knows how to keep the day balanced and comfortable, even when covering tragic parts of history. It was a very insightful experience. I highly recommend a booking q tour with Mr. Sop!
Mr Sop was an excellent tour guide, he was friendly and very reliable. The history is very painful, it’s emotionally heavy to learn about but so important. He answered all of our questions and was flexible with the amount of time we wanted at each place. He explained things to us in the air conditioned van before we got out to see them. He provided cold water and beer too. He made it a physically comfortable day and I’m glad we went with him.
Great day knocking out many highlights of the city. Our guide was very good at helping explain everything and made the experience very fun.
Mr Pum was an excellent tour guide, and we got to see so much of the city in one day. Would recommend this tour, especially if you are short on time. Also, having the air conditioned van to take us from place to place was a lifesaver.

You see a lot of the main and important monuments /sites.. and he shares parts of his personal life/anecdotes, pictures and more.. While serious in his very interresting informations , he is also a funny man. He took us to a really really good restaurant and suggested us 2 typical meals which were just Yummmmy! Mr Sop always caring and provides water, soft drink and 🍻🍻🍻🤪 which was welll appreciate on this very hot day! My husband and I really enjoyed this tour with Mr Sop 💯 Thank you soo much for this wonderful Tour! All the very best to you and your family Nadia & Stéphane 🇨🇦
This is a must-do activity. Sophoarn is like a walking history book, his passion and knowledge on the history of Cambodia and its historical sites is unmatched. He’s highly attentive and made sure we were taken care of whether it was with light-hearted jokes or beverages and a/c to keep us comfortable. The experience was so good that we got a fight package with him which is a must-do as well. Not only did we see some exciting fights, but he got us front row seats, where I literally was able to high five the fighters, as well as, got us to take photos with these fighters and join the ring with the championship winner.
Mr. Sop was really a good guide and a wonderful person. He is really knowledgeable about their history and is candid when speaking about their past and even the present state of Cambodia. I even had the pleasure of going to kun khmer boxing trip , that evening itself with Mr.Sop . It was even more enjoyable as he facilitated taking pictures with the winner. Definite recommend.
Awesome!!!!! I'm so glad that I found Sop and his tour. Seeing so many sights and being able to tie them back to the history of the country that I remember from my childhood was extraordinary. He adds tidbits of information along the way, which adds depth and dimension to the experience. You'll be very happy with his expertise and his driving skills as well. I was amazed at the traffic and parking but we got to where we were going with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended!
During our stay in Phnom Penh, we chose Mr Sap cos we needed a tour that provided a detailed dive into this city’s amazing culture and sights in oneday decided to cram a full day of sightseeing into one day
Mr. Sop was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and had small tidbits of information that seems unobtainable through Google search. He was very friendly and fun. English was top notch too.
A great tuk tuk tour of Phnom Penh with Mr Sop. I can highly recommend this tour as he is very knowledgeable, friendly and speaks excellent English and showed us the sights of this wonderful city in a safe, efficient manner. Do not hesitate to book this tour.
Great way to see the best sites in one day. Mr Sop was a great guide and the day was fantastic. Thank you. Bring cash as most of the sites don’t take credit cards.
We had such a great day with Mr Sop. He taught us all the history of Cambodia and explained all the different sites that he took us to. Mr Sop is very kind and took his time to ensure that all his guests were safe and well. He answered all of our questions and was a great host/guide.
Was a fantastic day! Learned so much history from Sophoarn. Saw the city and historical sites. We were taken to an awesome restaurant for lunch Highly recommend this tour Thanks again Sophoarn!
Nick my guide was very knowledgeable and a funny guy. Enjoyed his company as a single traveler. Would recommend a Tuk tuk cruise to a van
This was a great overview of sites in Phenom Penh especially if you’re here for only 1 or 2 days. Mr Sop is an excellent and personable guide. His explanations were very informative. He speaks excellent English— something you will rarely get if you just hire hotel or city tuk tuk drivers. Though you only spend a short period of time at many places, you do get to spend significant time at genocide museum and killing fields— truly a quite moving and sobering experience.
Excellent experience. Mr Sop gave us an amazing day. He is very well spoken and he has a lot of knowledge of the Cambodian history. Excellent guide, very polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Many thanks Mr Sop.
Great tour if limited time and wanting to visit main tourist spots. Very informative guide who gave great background history into Cambodia and phnom Penh
This tour was excellent! Our tour guide Sot was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was only in Phnom Penh for 1 day, and I felt like this tour covered everything I would’ve wanted to see and then some. There were only 4 of us in the tour group, so it was a nice, intimate experience. Sot even took us to a local restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and very inexpensive. The hotel pick up and drop off made it stress free not having to figure out how to get to a meeting point. Overall, this was an excellent value and a great tour, I would recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.
Mr Sop was a great guide. His history knowledge about Cambodia gave us an unbelievable information. The whole tour was fantastic and lunch stop at Eleven Kitchen delicious. We were in Phnom Penh one full day only but have seen most of places we wanted to see. Thank you Mr Sop for giving us possibilities to learn Cambodian history and the city.
Phnom Penh completely surprised me. The city is intense, beautiful, and full of powerful history. Every stop felt meaningful and eye-opening. Our guide was outstanding — knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely caring. He didn’t just explain the sites, he made the stories come alive. The landmarks were stunning, but the way he connected everything together made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended.
Great experience, lovely tour guide. A must activity in Cambodia!
