Pick up from the airport was easy & smooth. Ted was ready & waiting with a welcome sign when I stepped off the plane. It was so nice to have a relaxing ride in an air conditioned vehicle right to my hotel, & was also provided a bottle of water.

Highly recommend this service for transferring from KTI Phnom Penh airport to the city. Our driver’s communication before landing was excellent. He reached out via WhatsApp and then used WhatsApp to call us upon landing to let us know exactly where to find him. He had a beautiful, new van with a luxurious interior, provided us with water and drove safely and efficiently. We’d definitely use him again!

Reliable, friendly, professional and punctual! He picked up my husband from the airport, picked me up the next day. We hired him to drive us to and from sites in Phnom Penh as well as take us back to the airport. The van was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and looked after. He was always on time and our trip ran so smoothly. 100% recommend.

Our driver Sakho communicated with us whilst we were in Bangkok airport. Even though our flight was delayed, he kept us updated on the pick up. I had booked cab for morning pick up from Phnom Penh airport to my hotel through Viator....But then, as I missed the connecting flight , I got the next flight from Kuala Lumpur at 4.40..hence reaching here in the evening. I requested for a reschedule hardly 3 hours prior for pick up. They agreed and sent the cab accordingly. That was really sweet of them.The driver too was very good and could converse in English..

Our flight was at 12 AM so it wasn't crowded at all at the airport at the time. Nevertheless, it is a fairly modest airport. Duty Free was small and there is only a handful of restaurants at the airport. There are restos right across the airport though, if travelers are still up for walking a short distance away. Wifi is available but it is not that efficient. I didn't see charging stations. There are electric sockets at the Blue Pumpkin (beside check in counters) and at Taste of Asia (after going thru immigration).
Driver Kim was waiting in the intrnational reception area even though it took a litle longer to get through customs. He was also extremely helpful with suggestions for a Cambodiam sim card and money exchange offices. Very professional and personable.

Huot is very responsive on email, even on weekends, and I was able to arrange for airport transfer at short notice (1-2 days before). Even though we were only paying for the ride and not a guide, Huot generously shared his knowledge of Phnom Penh with us. As I understand, he also does guided tours of the Genocide Museum. Huot is friendly, helpful and charges a reasonable price for his service. Highly recommend!
