Nice hotel in a nice location. Bedrooms are clean and modern. Shame about the metal headrest. Breakfast isn't great and not well replenished after 9. No labelling on food items so no idea what some of the items were. Staff were good with helpful doorman helping to load and unload luggage.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other travellers should know about my experience. I booked this hotel for the following night because I had a flight from Bangkok to Phnom Penh in the early morning and fully intended to stay there. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to postpone my flight the day after and could not arrive on the scheduled date. I did not ask for a refund or to cancel my reservation. I simply asked the hotel if they could postpone my check-in by one day, as I still intended to stay at the property and would most likely have booked an additional night. Despite this, the hotel refused to make any exception and chose to apply its policy with no flexibility whatsoever. I completely understand that hotels have cancellation policies. However, true hospitality is shown when dealing with genuine unforeseen situations. In this case, there was no willingness to help a guest who still wanted to stay and pay. They lost a customer, and I stayed elsewhere. I hope they will show more flexibility in similar situations in the future.
Fantastic value for money. Edge of the city, rooftop bar and pool, great sized and furnished rooms... Ideal spot. The service lacked a bit, staff at the bars seemed more interested in their phones than they did the guests, very little to no interaction with the guests which lets it down so so much. Aside from that, ideal spot
Hotel is alright, but we had far nicer ones for the price. The breakfast is really good. Don‘t book a transfer via the hotel - it took us two hours longer (driving through the city, waiting and picking up people) than it would have taken to get to a station and get a bus. An you spend 5-10 Dollars more.
This was a good hotel, the buffet breakfast was lovely, they didn’t have a massive variety but what they did have was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great atmosphere. The shower however was a highlight - honestly one of the best showers i’ve ever had! All in all would recommend staying here if you are travelling in Phnom Penh.
