Top of the line Hotel
Super service staff. Special call out to the bartender Bunthai at the Sky Lounge.
have my dinner and drinks there and his service is super.
knowledgeable bartender that communicates well in english. Father asked for a custom drink and he managed to mix it and my Dad was so satisfied with the drink.
I have tried 4 of his specials cocktails and was v good. am looking forward to try to other 5. made great conversation. caring staff who always ask if we liked the food and drinks. prompt thoughtful service, always refilling my dads chip bowl (he loves the complimentary chips at the bar, is a must try, i think its arrowroot) and lowering the aircon etc for him.
Great staff
Good breakfast 🥞
Amazing staff who make you feel home
Rooms are new modern and spacious
My go to place
Ask for high rooms with view
Rooftop pool is highlights
The food was good, and the room was very nice and clean. The location is a bit far from the center, but still manageable. One issue we had was the AC system — it made quite a lot of noise, so we had to turn it off during the night. Breakfast was okay.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms.
My stay at the Luxcity Hotel and Apartments was excellent. The great location and exceptional walkability made exploring the city a breeze. I felt completely secure thanks to the building's security. My comfortable room provided a wonderful retreat, enhanced by a stunning city view. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, providing a perfect start to each day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable visit.
As one that been in Phnom phen for two months,
Luxcity it's the best decision I took!!!
The room is on high floor, Brakefast is rich and renowned every couple of minutes,
The hospitality team are just amazing!!!
Especially Marco Michael and Khavang.
Greeted me from the second I got of the taxi,
untill all my problems solved.
This guy's was able to check me in, help me with the visa, book a rental car, a tour for the next day and a 4:30 Am ride to the airport.
Just Amazing
They told me that I should visit the sky bar,
At the 24th floor, with live music, pool and the view of Phnom phen.
The Bar staff was excellent as well,
Totally open minded about off menu drinks.
Even if you order to your room from the app!
Everything is amazing
A drink is around 4$
3 Night stay was around 170$ (weekend)
***Including brakefast
All the Extra's such as the ride to the airport was 35$
+You're getting somebody that helps you in this miserable hour
