I would highly recommend this hotel!
The staff are friendly, kind, and respectful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The food is amazing, with an excellent selection of both Western and Asian dishes. Everything is freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients, making every meal a wonderful experience. Roof top bat 2 for 1 same drink package 5 to 7pm
Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend staying here!
I celebrated my birthday in March 2026, and the whole staff went above and beyond to make my day extra special.
They not only enthusiastically helped my partner with a surprise for me, those wonderful people also brought me another piece of cake and sang happy birthday to me. It was more than I could ever ask for.
On the stay:
Room was very comfortable, really cozy bed.
I liked the convenient location.
The swimming pool is a big highlight. I absolutely love it.
Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay! From the minute we arrived, the staff were incrediblely welcoming, so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful, fantastic views, great breakfast with lots of choice, the bed was comfortable, loved the pillow menu! The bathroom was spacious with lots of lighting and big mirrors. Honestly cannot complain at all, after staying in almost 20 hotels on our travels, this may have become our new number 1!
One recommendation I would make is if they could stock non dairy milk for coffee and tea.
Excellent Service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
What impressed me the most was the honesty and excellent service from the staff. I accidentally forgot my ring in the bathroom before checking out, and the hotel staff contacted me to let me know that I had left it behind. I really appreciate that they took the time to find my ring and make sure I got it back. This shows that the hotel has trustworthy and responsible staff who genuinely care about their guests and their belongings.
I’m very grateful for their honesty and kindness. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed at Caravan Hotel by EHM for almost two weeks, and honestly, it became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the very first day until check-out, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly makes this place special is the people who work here.
The reception staff was always kind, professional, and welcoming. Every manager and employee treated guests with genuine care and respect, and you can really feel how much effort the team puts into making everyone comfortable. No matter what time of day, they were always ready to help with a smile and a positive attitude.
Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, keeping the room spotless and cozy. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent, and after staying here for nearly two weeks, the hotel genuinely started to feel like a second home.
I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, stylish design, delicious food, and overall attention to detail. Everything was organized so well, and the quality of service never changed during the entire stay, which is actually rare even in expensive hotels.
A special thank you to the reception team, managers, housekeeping staff, restaurant workers, and everyone behind the scenes for making this stay so memorable and comfortable. You are all doing an incredible job.
I would absolutely recommend Caravan Hotel by EHM to anyone visiting the city. This is not just a hotel, it’s a place where guests truly feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. I will definitely come back again.🥹🥹🫶🏻🤍
