Very disappointed in this Hyatt. The room temperature stayed at roughly 73 throughout our stay, no matter what you put thermostat on. The pool deck area was not taken care of. There were towels from the previous day still out on chairs, petals from bushes all over the place and the pool was not skimmed or vacuumed. They were completely short staffed as well. Breakfast took forever and it was average at best. The rooms consisted of dated carpet, dirty vents and was in desperate need of renovations. The one positive was the location to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. With all that taken into consideration, Hyatt still charged their normal big prices including giant parking fees for guests. I will look elsewhere from now on.

Hotel overall is nice and the staff was very helpful. However, I would recommend specifically requesting a room that is not a connecting room when you check in. We were woken up around 3 a.m. because the guests in the room next to us were talking very loudly. The front desk responded quickly, sent security to address the issue, and eventually moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. That said, the connecting room had almost no sound insulation, so normal conversations from the neighboring room could be heard very clearly. If you’re a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend avoiding a connecting room.
A fine hotel in a charming location. Spacious with lots of seating areas. The fruit and vegetable infused water in the lobby was a nice touch. We were in the area for a BTS concert at M&T Bank Stadium, so the hotel was really busy, leading to long lines for check in and check out. Another issue for me was room upkeep and general cleanliness. There were 2 layers of curtains in the room, on the left and hand right side, one to block out light and one that allows light in but also allows for more privacy as it ensures the view into the room isn’t totally open and creates a small barrier. Our room was missing the one that allows light in on the left. Additionally, there some small hairs present in the tub/shower when we arrived. The water fountains in the 2nd floor lounge area weren’t working and there were no signs up indicating that, and the lobby level women’s room sinks were wet, all stalls out of toilet paper, no paper towels, and one dispenser was out of soap. All in all, it was an average experience. A convenient location and not a horrible stay by any means, but it could have been better with more attention to the small details.
We stayed here overnight for a concert and while the location is convenient, the $300 a night price you pay includes NOTHING but the room. We had to pay an additional $32 for parking and breakfast at 300 bistro was overpriced with only 2 or 3 people working so service was extremely slow. Buffet was $38 per person which is insane but I guess you're paying for the convenience of not waiting 40 mins for your food. The room was fine but the beds seemed smaller than other hotels and you had to finagle hot water by finding the perfect spot in the handle. Overall, not really worth the price.
Worst Hotel Experience I have ever had. This property is advertised and priced as a five-star. Unfortunately, our experience has been completely inconsistent with those expectations. The hotel is opened up to the public for a small fee on the 4th of July. During our time at the pool area, there were multiple individuals vomiting throughout the pool deck, creating an unsanitary and distressing environment for guests. My 10-year-old child unfortunately stepped in vomit while walking through the area. In addition, we observed individuals who appeared to be homeless sleeping on couches in common areas of the hotel, as well as a significant police presence, including tactical units, near the pool. Regardless of the circumstances that led to these situations, the overall environment felt chaotic, unsafe, and entirely inappropriate for families seeking a safe place to stay. The pool area looked more like a club scene, I have never seen anything like it. These conditions substantially impacted our ability to enjoy the amenities we paid a premium to access. We chose this hotel based on its reputation as a luxury, family-friendly destination, and the experience fell far below the standards that were advertised and that any reasonable guest should expect. We would never stay here again.
