My fiancé and I stayed in this HM grand central hotel Phnom Penh. As we experienced The hotel facility is new to us for a 4 star hotel which we used to experience before. The staffs are politely, helpful and very friendly, they would help you out in any possible way. The view from rooftop sky bar is amazing, also the foods . The location isn’t very far from the famous sightseeing place in Phnom Penh. My fiancé and I will visit again in the future. Experience once you will like it.
The service of the hotel is not like some years ago. I tried to call, email and message them but nobody answered. We asked if we could get some breakfast at 6 because we needed to leave very early, they told us it was not a problem but at the breakfast buffet they told us it was impossible. Hotel needs to be repaired also. They also didn't give me the bilm as requested.
Unhygenic. Found pillows and sheets with "body fluid" stains on it. Front desk person was very dismissive about it. This was in Oct 2023, so no clue if things have changed since then.
There was nothing really bad about It, the pool was ok my children went in It and It was clean, receptionist are kind, One problem is the tuk tuk that the hotel commissioned Is expensive but you can use Grab or whatever, the room was fine, the TV has mainly chinese channels but that makes sense, maybe a Little more cleaning of the room could be appreciated. Thank you.
It's hotel. It takes 15 minutes to Royal Place and river side, 20 minutes to bus stop for the Airport by walk. I'm not sure if it's the best place or not. But the 7−Eleven and Supermarket are near here, so It's convenient. The room quality was ok, a lot of hot water without any problem, quality of the bed was also ok, safety box, the other amenities are ok.
