This is a hotel located near the Riverside of Phnom Penh. Its front faces the Royal Palace. My last stay before returning to Thailand was with Frangipani. The room where I stayed was marvelous: its view, its brightness, and its cleanliness. Frangipani staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is nothing fancy but very practical and satisfying. Great location, fair pricing, and a safe environment.

Very pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Great pool. Fantastic rooftop meals/drinks. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the leafy view over museum from our balcony . Comfy beds. Perfect location and loved using their bicycles to explore surrounds. Will definitely be back.
This is an old hotel in need of a renovation, however the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well (but it was loud). The location is EXCELLENT, and the view from the Sky Bar at night is amazing. The breakfast is good. Not a huge selection but the fresh fruit and omelets were always great. As for service, there was an issue at check in (not exactly sure what). Then the day before we left we took a bag of laundry to be done. When I went to pick it up at 4pm, I was told that the management just changed and they were not doing laundry service anymore! So I took my bag of dirty clothes back to my room and told them that they need to change all their literature in the rooms, which says laundry service. So all in all, the hotel price reflects the quality of the rooms.
Nice hotel very close to all the attractions in town. The upgraded Deluxe room had an amazing view of the open space in front and the royal palace, great natural lighting as well. Morning breakfast as great, lots of variety - makes for a good start to the day. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of attractions or short ride away. We originally booked the Superior Double Rooms, the real room did not match the pictures online. They are very dark and do not have much natural light despite having windows. Well worth the price to upgrade to the Deluxe rooms. Hotel did not have two rooms together despite the request being put in a month earlier.
This place has an understated style to it. In keeping with the city and the culture but with enough modern touches to not feel too much of the past. As you walk into the entrance, one is always greeted by the small of Lemongrass, either from oil or incense, I’m not sure but it’s lovely and feels very welcoming. The staff at reception were great, even changed my room, which i as not so happy with. My room was large and spacious, with a view over the royal palace and the museum, and also out to the river. All for a very good price of room. The roof top bar and pool, with decent food and a large selection of cocktails (two for one at happy hour), which i indulge in a little. A lovely area to sit in early morning and watch the sunrise before the city heats up, literally.
