I usually don't give reviews, especially negative ones. But I consider its a responsibility to forewarn customers it's not an ideal place to book during the rainy season. The alley, to narrow for a tuk tuk, one must walk down to the hotel floods half way up to your knees. Then it takes hours to drain. Hence, you feel trapped if you want to keep your shoes, feet, and clothes dry. Likewise, the wifi connection was bad. May be the dry season it's a better stay.
A hidden gem just off the main street along an alleyway.

Location is only good thing. GO ELSEWHERE! WIFI IS THE WORST. Very small toom! They don't care either. Air conditioning is shit. Kitchen, bathroom both good. Bed good. NO TOWELS. No hand towels. Small toilet paper. Go elsewhere! Windows open up to walls. No Views! Go Elsewhere!
I booked this property for a quick one-night stay without expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious—more like a small apartment than a hotel room—with a separate bedroom and living area. Everything inside was clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
The property is tucked away in a small alley near the Kab Ko local market. While the alleyway itself could be cleaner, I understand it is a shared space with local residents. Once you step inside the reception and the building, however, everything is spotless. The staff were friendly, and having an elevator was a great convenience.
A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: the shower head in the bathroom was broken and needs repair, and adding a small fan in the living room would be a great addition for extra comfort.
Overall, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phnom Penh!
Everything is good. Just one thing, there is no parking here.
Fortunately there is university nearby. We can park the vehicles there. One hour cost 1000 riel .
If you look at the entrance it looks like the castle in the back alley. Yes it’s a beautiful building.
