Everything was great. They have a smaller pool on the roof, and next door they have a pool on the ground floor, but you can also use an AMAZING pool on the roof, around the corner at sister hotel.

Very good services from all staff. Helpful and polite as well. Room usually well kept clean and maintain as daily do make up room service. Restaurants and foods stalls are all very nearby. Furthermore, it close by to the highway to the airport. Last, Naga is 15 minutes of walk from hotel, if you are searching for wealth and fortune!

I moved from 3 weeks King grand hotel to this hotel hoping for an upgraded experience, due to a higher rate. The guy at the reception is extremely rude and unhelpful. I prefer the service better at the King Grand. Rooms are okay. They look almost identical to the King Grand but then with newer furniture. Overall - especially the service is a complete turn off and I will not stay again in this hotel

A very clean hotel with great staff. The immediate location is not great - not many dining options and the road is quite dirty. However it’s a convenient location for the river, casino etc. The breakfast is great. The only negative is the rooftop ‘pool’. Firstly, it’s tiny. Secondly, it’s only open from 9 to 6. Thirdly, even though it’s only open a few hours, and I never saw anyone else using it, as soon as I went there the cleaner guy (who was previously just sat playing with his phone) would jump up and start cleaning. Which meant spraying water on me, or mopping underneath me, and making it impossible to relax. I had to leave every time as it just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

We did love our stay in this hotel, by far the best one in this price range we have been to in Cambodia. Beautiful, modern and spacious room, nice rooftop, amazing breakfast. Very nice even to just hang around in the main entrance. In the same street: cheap and nice Thai/Khmer massage, laundry service, rooftop bar with infinity pool, Nepalese restaurant with amazing food.
