Holland House Beach Hotel

I stayed at Holland House Beach Hotel in Sint Maarten from July 22–27, and I had a really great experience. I’ve been to Sint Maarten several times and usually stay in Airbnbs, but this was my first stay at Holland House. After this trip, I can honestly say it’ll be my first choice when I come back. From the time I checked in until I left, everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The staff always acknowledged me, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank Shevaughn for being so helpful and professional. One thing that stood out to me was how clean everything was. I’m someone who’s pretty particular about cleanliness and even travel with my own cleaning supplies. The room was very clean when I arrived, and throughout my stay I noticed the housekeeping staff working hard each day. They always greeted me with a smile in the hallway, and it was clear they took pride in keeping the hotel looking its best. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, closet space, and hangers for my clothes. I also liked the bathroom layout, and everything in the room worked as expected, including the TV. It was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was another big plus. Being right on the Philipsburg Boardwalk made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. I also appreciated having reserved beach chairs available for hotel guests and the convenience of on-site parking since I rented a car during my trip. I also ate at the restaurant several times while I was there and enjoyed every meal. The food was consistently good, and the bartenders and restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay and felt safe and well taken care of. It’s easy to see why so many people return here. I’m looking forward to staying at Holland House again the next time I’m in Sint Maarten. Thank you to Shevaughn and the entire team for making my visit such an enjoyable one.

What a WONDERFUL place to stay! The rooms were nice, cool and comfy. The restaurant and bar was great. But the staff was next level awesome! Big shout out to the staff that I got to know and took great care of us: Forbes- always having a beach chair and towel ready at 6am. , Raj- for opening the gate and being so friendly- Torie - great drinks and base service, Latoya- for great music selection at breakfast- And everyone else who works behind the scenes and the kitchen, and house services, and guest services. You guys are difference makers more than you know..

My stay at the Holland House Hotel was a very pleasant one. We had a beach view room with views to the ocean and the boardwalk. Breakfast was included. The choices were excellent. I would like to mention that Keisha who waited on us was amazing. Very attentive and caring. Louisanny at the front desk was a god send. The hotel is conveniently located on Front Street close to all the shopping. Will definitely recommend this hotel. I will stay there again.

Great location in Philipsburg. We had an amazing stay here in late January. The rooms are clean and modern with a balcony either on the Great Bay side or the city. We ate several times in the Ocean Lounge and bar area in the lobby and everything was exceptional! The bar is steps away from the boardwalk and has great views of the cruise ship terminal in the distance. All of the staff was exceptional; to include Torie, Kevin, Natasha and Fleur (I wish I could remember more). We would definitely stay here again.
