Amy was our guide and I could not think of anyone else i would have. She was AMAZING. The stories I didn't even know about, yet I have been inside where they happened! Definitely worth the time.

Nigel was an excellent guide/narrator & the tour was very interesting - proven by the fact my 15yo son did not look at his phone to play games throughout the full duration of the tour 👏🙂👌 Informative & historically interesting the references to WA's architecture and lifestyle during the early stages of it's growth made this a tour I can certainly recommend, cheers to Dark Stories 🙏👏

Great way to explore the city with a knowledgeable guide and learn some of the darker side of the city's history. Unintended benefit, I also spotted some great little places along the way I plan to visit in future.

Very much a recommended from start to finish, having just came over from Singapore and was invited to this tour through a client, left pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeability of Tess our lovely tour guide who remained open to all my questions throughout the tour.

Excellent walking tour. Tess our guide was so good and talked about each crime in detail with no script. It was interesting to see the historic buildings where the crimes took place.

Amy was brilliant. Her knowledge was incredible. A very enjoyable evening walk about Perth. Easy walking.

Great way to see parts of the city you might not realise are there. Our guide was great and the crime stories were interlaced with history of the area which was really interesting.

Nigel was the perfect tour guide - genial, engaging and seemingly indefatigable! It was a pleasure to follow him around Perth and Northbridge. Perhaps a little long, I think we were all feeling a bit pooped by the end. The pics were great. I would have liked to hear about early colonial crimes and my date wanted more contemporary ones.

Tess did an extraordinary job guiding the tour. It was Friday night and a full moon, with all kinds of crazies about. She kept going regardless. Her professionalism and passion for storytelling shone bright. It was a very entertaining evening. Hint: wear comfortable walking shoes. We learned where everything was, plus it's dark history! My partner and I and fellow listeners had a wonderful night with our brilliant story telling guide, Amy. Amy's theatrical delivery made you feel as if you were there, eloquent, articulate, a strong telling of the events kept up right to the end of the tour. In one word.... BRILLIANT!

My wife Belinda and I recently went on the Perth true crimes tour. Belinda is a wheelchair user, and this tour was very accessible and a great fun experience. Our tour guide Amy, was fantastic at delivering the stories and very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel rushed or left behind. She answered everyone’s questions and gave us a truly immersive experience. All in all, for around $30 with a companion card, great value for money. It took approximately 2hrs, with a walking distance of around 2.5-3km, mostly flat and accessible with only one slightly difficult hill but still manageable. I would definitely recommend this tour, and we are looking forward to doing the Fremantle tour soon. Well done Amy, David and the team. Cheers 🍻 Cliff Nutt

I really enjoyed having Aim as our tour guide for the evening, who was a captivating storyteller and had great charisma. A memorable, affordable way to spend your evening, and a local and active alternative to movie/TV nights. Would highly recommend!

Aim was an excelent tour guide and excellent story teller, i appreciated the content warnings and checking in during each story to see the comfort of the group its nice getting a heads up! Aim was very captivating with each story making for quite an informative and immersive expirience. Customer service was really nice David was very helpful with accessiblility requirements. Companion cards are accepted. I liked the accomaning photos of what the building looked like and the sketches and the sight seeing, notibly wolf lane, wolf lane is a favourite of mine for the street art Id recomend going with a group of friends if your looking for something interesting to do in the city

Aim was a delightful tour guide, blending humour with sombreness at appropriate times. I've lived in this city for ten years and didn't know most of the horrifying and wild things that were described. I'm so glad to have educated myself on a bit more of my city's history. A great few hours to spend with friends contemplating how times change (and don't change), society and the criminal justice system, in such an entertaining manner. Excellent for locals and visitors alike. Welcome to the dark history of Boorloo!

We had an absolute crime of a good time on the Dark Stories Perth tour with the wonderfully wicked Nigel as our guide. From the very first murderous pun to the chilling final tale, we were hooked like a suspect in an interrogation room. Nigel spun Perth's dark past into a web of intrigue, scandal, and just the right amount of gallows humour. His storytelling was so good, it should be criminal! He had us dying of laughter one moment and on the edge of our seats the next. Every back alley and shadowy corner held secrets, and Nigel made sure none were left un-buried. The tour struck the perfect balance between creepy and comical – think CSI meets stand-up comedy. We learned all about Perth’s seedy side, with a dash of historical flavour and a sprinkle of spooky. And the puns? Oh, they were to die for. If you're looking for a night that's a little eerie, a lot entertaining, and full of killer stories – book this tour. Very interesting stories of Perth’s criminal past delivered in an astonishing manner by David, lot’s of humour despite tough topic, interesting historical details, thought provoking plots. Really enjoyed!

Excellent, engaging and entertaining tour which taught us many interesting stories about our city. It was amazing to be able to stand at the actual locations while the guide shows pictures of how they looked in times gone by.
