Optus Stadium Halo Roof Climb

A most informative tour thanks to our experienced tour guide, Chris. Coupled with spectacular views of the Perth skyline it made for a most memorable tour.

We did the HALO experience - over an hour of facts about the Stadium - whilst walking around the edge of the roof. Not as thrilling as the Vertigo experience - but better in our opinion as the Vertigo experience just stays in the same spot.

Tour guide was very friendly and had loads of knowledge to share about the stadium on the tour. They are happy to take any pictures you want and you get some great views.

Get some adrenaline pumping .The experience is brilliant our group was aged 29 to 62 all abilities are cared for with first class equipment.ent and operators

Also sis the tour of the stadium viewing media/change/etc rooms so 2 tours and well worth it. Great reception personnel and tour guides. Only disappointment was that I was too old for the Vertigo experience, never miind I have done it at Skycity Auckland, NZ

We did the Halo tour, which is the walk around the arena rooftop gangway, which was simply amazing; so too was our guide Harry who had the experience, patience and understanding to ease the anxiety of one of our group who was prone to acrophobia (fear of heights) so as to complete the entire walk with a smile on their face. Amazing and thoroughly recommended

I had a great time, the view was great. We had a guide who was very informative and made the whole experience really really good. I would recommend this to everyone.

A fantastic place to watch the sunset in the west and first quarter of football. Harry and Chris looked after us and made sure it was an experience not to be forgotten. If you ever get the chance to watch any sporting event from the roof it is a must do. You will be glad to see it all unfold before you.

It was our daughter that suggested we do this rooftop experience and it was well worth it. Excellent views, great commentary from our guide and amazing overall experience. I would highly recommend it to all ages. My wife and I are in our 60s and had no difficulty at all.

We had a very enjoyable tour of the Perth stadium. Our guide was lovely with a great knowledge of the stadium, its history & the events it has staged. Very good value

Really enjoyed this experience with a great guide. Felt very safe and got plenty of interesting information about the stadium, the facilities and the city. From beginning to end it was about an hour and 25 minutes, plus I got a discount voucher for the stadium cafe as well.

Had a great Halo tour with Alex and Olly, which took about an hour and a half. A lot of facts and figures about Optus, and any questions were answered informatively and in detail.Great views of the stadium and city surroundings. Cheers Rob

Staying with my uncle in Roleystone while on holiday, and this was my first ever AFL game (West Coast Eagles vs GWS Giants). Being autistic I was understandably very nervous about going to a game like this but also wanted to experience the rooftop seats since there is nothing like that back in the UK. The game started off very fast paced but I had to get from block 502 to Lobby 135 in time for the briefing. The locals and stewards were very friendly and helpful in directing me there. On the tour itself, our guide Jess was very friendly and made sure we understood the briefing, and then led us to the roof in time for the 3rd period where one of her colleagues (I've forgotten her name) secured us to the seating rail before allowing us to choose what pose we wanted for that first picture, a simple one or the full lean out... I opted for the latter. Overall, the most enjoyable thing I've ever done, everyone was really friendly and I even got some pics from it. One guy I was sat next to helped explain some of the rules to me which was good, by the time I got back down it was the start of the 4th period and the Eagles were 61-70 down... but came back to win 88-71. In conclusion, if you've never watched the AFL, absolutely give it a watch because it is unlike anything else, and if you're in Perth and not afraid of heights, definitely do the rooftop experience, you will not be disappointed! 😃👌

A truly special experience visiting a massive 60,200 seater stadium as UK tourists. We had 2 lovely women tour guides as our leaders and they were both sensational. Can't remember the names so apologies but they were superb. So helpful and brilliant

Did the Halo tour A great way to learn a little about the construction and history of the stadium and fantastic views across the city. Alex was a might of information and good fun. Worth finding the time if you are in Perth!

What a fabulous experience. We hit the jackpot with our tour guide Bruce. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was interesting and suitable for those with a fear of heights! Loved by my 17 year old and my 12 year old too. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! Professional staff with good knowledge of the building. The tour took 90 minutes. Our guide was Bruce and he was great. You don't need exceptional fitness, as long as you can climb about 80 steps. The pace is sensible so you can catch your breath along the way.

We were really lucky that no one else was on our tour so we had Katie all to ourselves. She was very professional and knew everything about the stadium and made the trip so much fun. She took some great photos for us too. I highly recommend the trip, great value for money.

Absolutely professional , safe and exhilarating opportunity to partake in the Matchday experience rooftop tour, Scott and Zac explained everything and guided us through the safety and experience portion calmly and without pressure. This is a great tour. The guide Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the stadium, the engineering involved and all aspects of the venue. The roof walk is super safe, so even if you are freaked out by heights, you will be fine. The tour was great value for money.

A great experience a great Guide , each step was explained each safety requirement clearly explained, and then the moment of truth a truly stunning view without any safety concerns, for anybody a bit wary of heights as i am this was as good as it gets. I would recommend this activity to anybody it was an outstanding tour all round,from the moment of walking through the front door to the walking out with many stories to tell.

It was great, Bruce was our guide and he was a true professional with a great deal of Knowledge about the stadium and Perth in general which was great for us not coming from Perth. We felt very safe and weren't rushed. It was a great eye opener to learn just what goes on behind the scenes. Our guide took plenty of photos for us, I'd recommend it to anybody to do.

My Pop and I were treated to a private roof top tour. Our guide Katie was awesome, she's full of knowledge and took her time to give us a fantastic tour! Maybe we will give the vertigo tour a go next time!

My husband and I, did the roof top halo tour. Our guide's name was Kati, she was friendly and very informative. The views from the top are amazing. We were lucky to score perfect weather. If you are visiting Perth, this tour is highly recommended.

What a great experience to walk around the top of Optus Stadium. Fantastic views and an eye opener to see the engineering brilliance in building it. We also did the stadium tour which was also a must do. Thank you to the tour guides 👍

Weather was perfect, view fantastic and hosts very professional. Seemed to be the best time to go to get maximum effect - 4:30pm meet and greet then watched 1st qtr from about 5:30pm Perth time.

We absolutely loved our experience. Bella was our tour leader. Bella was friendly & very informative. The staff at the time of booking were also helpful in selecting the best tour for us. We went up at 5pm. The view was beautiful at the end with all the city lights. Can’t thank you enough for the evening.

We did the HALO tour and would highly recommend it - beautiful views of the city, interesting insight into the history of the stadium and the places around it. Katie, our guide, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer most of our questions. We did a midday tour, but the twilight one must be quite spectacular as well.

This was a great game day experience for Derby 61. Myself and three mates had a really great day together watching the footy from a Birds Eye view.

Contacted the team at Ozone and asked them to help me propose to my partner on the roof of Optus. Bruce our awesome guide, took the ring upon arrival and handed it back to me during the last section of the tour to propose. The tour is excellent, informative and we really enjoyed it. Bruce was a top man, answered every question and took his time taking us through the tour. Can't thank Bruce and the team at Ozone enough.
