It's a great location, but getting into the garage is a pain, having to line up at the traffic lights before you can turn in. The bathroom is OK, but the toilet is almost hard against the wall with the toilet roll there. The staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Really enjoyed my stay at Quest Scarborough. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is excellent with the beach, restaurants and cafés all close by. A great place to stay in Scarborough and I’d happily stay again.
Rooms were extremely clean, staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with, helped me with a car park upgrade and clear instructions to our room. Mini kitchen had everything we needed. We had a ground floor room with a courtyard, the door stopped any outside noise. There was a gate leading straight to the pool and bbq area. This was suprise bonus, can't wait to come back during summer months! Thanks Quest at Scarborough X
Large rooms, great location and helpful staff. Stayed with a group of 11 golfers. Had a mix of Exec studios and 2BR apartments which are actually a 1BR apartment plus an Exec Studio with a shared entrance area but separate doors to each room. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful with our changing dates and numbers, especially Hanna who was on top of every detail. Location is very close to the beach - views down the coast from some rooms and a nice pool area but the time of year wasn't conducive to using it. Great cafe - Little Wave around the corner for breakfast and easy walk to many other restaurants and supermarket. Will definitely stay again.
Like so many Quests this one is generally good. Lack of gym and cold pool a bit of a down side but the bigger issues are the nearly unworkable wireless which drops in and out making work - or even Netflix, difficult and frustrating. Staff were apologetic and said an upgrade was coming - but disappointing still. Also disappointing is the inability to turn on the lights around the pool and at the BBQ at night. Apparently because the permanent residents in the building complain! Frustrating when you try and BBQ in the dark! Otherwise the rooms are as you expect in quest, spacious, clean and modern. Outside pool deck is noisy and so are the rooms if you open your doors - but the room are fine with the doors closed. Great location with plenty of parking.
