Had a really great stay at Quest Mounts Bay Road. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a full apartment, which was a really nice surprise.
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax. The location was also really convenient.
Overall, a great experience and excellent service from the staff. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend Quest Mounts Bay Road to anyone staying in Perth.
The staffs were very thoughtful in choosing the room for us according to our request, so that three of us could sleep comfortably. It's rare to have a team that is thoughtful. Just simply awesome.
Kitchenette was fully equipped which made cooking a breeze.
There is a Vietnamese cafe in that hotel which serves good food and cafe.
Had a great stay at Quest Mounts Bay Perth. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and convenient, with easy access to the city and lovely surroundings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this property.
This hotel is small but very nice staff friendly. BUT THERE IS NO ON SITE PARKING. DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. I loved the hotel but unfortunately l carnt stay there again because of parking. I have a disability
Sadly a very disappointing stay. While location is good, service is below average. In particular house keeping is awful. When checking in, the room was not stocked with tissues and only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The following day after house keeping went though the room, the bed was barely made and no toilet paper was stocked in the room. Additionally towels are old and well worn, beds are hard and air con is very loud and noisy. Would not recommend.
