Affordable, centrally located hotel, but the room itself is quite basic. It had a slightly unusual smell, weak lighting with no switch near the bed, only a small bathroom mirror, and a dirty street facing window. You could also constantly hear running water from a bathroom grate shared with neighboring rooms, even at night. Wi-Fi blocked VPN use, and instead of a pre-authorization hold, they charged the security deposit directly to the card.

The room was tired with dirty walls and paint missing from the doors. I don't believe you can buy light globes any duller, the room was dark. The spare blanket was old and well used. No heating in a hotel is unacceptable in this day and age. Nothing about this hotel inspires me to stay there again
If you only require a place to crash for the evenings, this place is perfectly fine. Just do not expect stellar service. The hotel is well located as it is a short walk from the hotel to the quay and has access to public transport. My room was on the 7th floor although it had yet to undergo renovation (this is not a complaint but perhaps useful info for other potential guests). I was disappointed to find that the gym had been closed during my stay but it is close enough to the river for morning runs so again, not a real issue. Noise wise, you can hear the traffic below and I could feel a gust from the glass, something I couldn't quite address as the air con seemed to only serve as a noise machine when turned on. It doesnt do warm, it doesnt do cold either. I also had a cockcroach in the bathroom on my second evening. But, the shower had hot water and so, as I mentioned, this place was perfectly perfunctory for a place to crash at night in a central location.
Average hotel good for an overnight stay as the prices are reasonable. Bed was comfortable & room was clean. Service at front counter not very welcoming
The room smelled like mould. Windows can’t open. No fresh air, high humidity, hard to breathe, hard to sleep. Single glazed so you can hear when someone is coughing down in the parking lot. Rooms get very cold during the night, 18 degrees for mine and the air conditioning can only do cooling (central system). All the floors were dirty, elevator, hallways, room. Stains, double sided tape residue, scuffs and chips on everything. Dust on every edge, miserable. Bedsheets and towels were clean though. No complaints about that one. Saturday morning, 8:34 I got woken up by banging on my neighbour’s door “HOUSEKEEPING”. Those do not disturb tags mean nothing. I got woken up every day but the morning after Friday night I was the most annoyed, understandably I believe. Also the WiFi is blocking VPNs so you can’t do any work. This has to be my worst hotel experience ever and I do travel a lot for work. I’ve never seen a hotel with such a good central location in a big city in a civilised country be so dirty and worn out and miserable.
