Pan Pacific Perth

Pan Pacific Perth provided a lovely luxury hotel experience. The room was spacious, very clean, tidy and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out in Perth. The front office staff were wonderful—warm, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Room service was also excellent, and the convenient parking facilities made our stay even easier. I particularly liked the drinking water provided in reusable metal bottles, which was a thoughtful and sustainable touch. The only minor drawback was the small fridge, which had very limited space for storing our own food. Having a microwave in the room would also have been useful. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, high standards of cleanliness and the quality you would expect from a luxury hotel. I would happily stay at Pan Pacific Perth again.

We booked a Pacific Club Room, which included access to the Club Lounge. The room was spacious, the executive lifts were convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The staff kindly arranged a 3-hour early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was excellent and very quick throughout our stay. Since the day we booked the hotel, staff communication was excellent. The only downsides were that I personally found the pillows too stiff for my liking, and the hotel is starting to show its age. We noticed the exterior walls and windows were quite dirty and could use a thorough clean. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. A special thank you to Juan for the outstanding service he provided. He was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, our experience was truly a 10/10. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Another fabulous experience at this upmarket hotel right in town overlooking the waterfront. Staff were professional & went out of their way, leaving a beautiful surprise in the superior & spacious room, & upgraded my room from what work had booked. Dinner was nice in the restaurant, & breakfast was even better. I liked the free water dispenser of room temperature, cold or sparkling. Loads of places to sit around the first floor. The pool was small & looks better in the pictures than in reality, but still nice & it overlooks the water. Parking is external @ $40, or $65 for multiple entries. It's only 1 block from a beautiful waterfront walk & the Perth Mint, which both are wonderful to visit.
