My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mantra. Michelle and her team provided an excellent service. Michelle assisted us well and made our stay more convenient and enjoyable and easy. She even helped us find some beautiful place to visit. Mantra on Hay will be on top of my family’s list in recommending to our friends and relatives. Will also recommend Michelle to be their point of contact as she can provide exceptional customer service.

Not a bad place for a business stay close to the WACA and Perth CBD, the front reception looks nice, the room we stayed at was 1 bedroom apartment, it had everything we needed but a bid aged. The car park was tight especially places in the inner rows heavily impacted by the big structural pillars. If you get in early use outer row parking places. The foot around is not bad but places wrap up at 8pm. A nice Thai massage place is only 50m away. Which was useful after a busy day at work.
I stayed at Mantra on Hay and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with free public transport providing easy access to Perth CBD. The staff were all very attentive, with special thanks to the receptionist, Julianna, who looked after my family and me with genuine kindness, a positive attitude, and a warm smile throughout our stay. She was always willing to help and made us feel truly welcome.
I stayed at Mantra on Hay recently and found it to be generally convenient and comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved. The location is good, easy to get to by public transport, with some nice walking spots and good restaurants not far away. The check‑in staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage in the storage room for a couple of hours after checkout. That made wandering around the area much easier. The hotel itself is starting to feel a bit dated. The carpets, bathrooms, and especially the gym could really benefit from a revamp, as they don’t quite match what I expected. Nothing was terrible, just noticeably tired. On the upside, the king bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep.
We recently stayed in a very large two-bedroom / two-bathroom apartment featuring a kitchenette and laundry. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and spread out, and we especially appreciated having both a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The bathrooms were appointed with lovely, great-smelling toiletries. There was also a balcony attached to the room, although the view wasn’t particularly memorable (not a Hotel issue) The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It’s very central and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the Hay Street area. Perth’s free CAT bus service was also extremely convenient, with bus stops located just outside the hotel. For destinations a little further away, Uber was inexpensive and easy to book. When we first arrived, there was a noticeable musty smell near the lifts, and at times we could also detect it in our room. Although the apartment was clean and tidy, the overall décor felt a little tired and dated. The staff were pleasant, with some being especially friendly and welcoming, and we found the pricing to be very reasonable for the size and location of the accommodation.
