My stay at Holiday Inn was wonderful! The staff are so warm and friendly. The room is so comfy and spacious! The cleaning staff are so efficient! You supply both firm and soft pillows - this is excellent for my neck support when I sleep! The bar is decked out with complimentary treats and wine - oh wow!
The water pressure for the shower was terrific! Your shower bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are simply luxurious! Love! Love! Love! You supply so many towels - I felt so cared for!
I had such a fantastic stay. And the location is terrific - right in the heart of the CBD, with walking access to so many shops and cafes and restaurants! I wil surely stay here again when I am back in Perth! Thank you so much!
Location: Another great stay at this well located city hotel. Friendly and professional check in staff along with good value self parking nearby at $30 per 24 hours. (check first with front desk for the parking coupon prior to parking) Room: Very well maintained with double glazing, so super quiet. Chromecast on the up to date large flatscreen is a bonus.The coffee machine and 2x complimentary bottles of water add to the good room amenities: Bed and pillow both very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast addresses a range of needs, western and Asian. Can certainly well recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay in holiday inn.
Comfortable room, decent size toilet with bath (yes, we paid extra for that option).
Front desk were welcoming and housekeeping were friendly.
Very convenient location, within walking distance to many places, and tour pick up from this hotel.
The street feels safe as well.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay. Hotel is within a few mins walk to Murray st and Hay St shopping district.
Room was clean and daily housekeeping kept our room neat and replenished with fresh towels.
Reception staffs were also friendly and welcoming. They handwritten a pretty card and passed us 2 bars of chocolate to celebrate our special occasion in addition to the usual swan towels.
Room has ironing facilities, hair dryer, smart TV (login to own Netflixs/Disney+). Room does not have toothbrush, toothpaste, comb.
Room generally quiet (I am a light sleeper) with occasional aircon fan noises intermittently. Corridor noises can be heard other wise good noise insulation.
The location was prime in Perth CBD, close to shopping streets and many eateries behind.
However, the service is non existence. The hotel is undergoing some renovation works and there were only two lift available for use and hence you have to wait for a fair bit for the lift especially during peak hours. Moreover, the service staff also used the same lift as the hotel guests and hence adds to the waiting time.
While the hotel prided itself as a kids friendly hotel, the staff did not really help out with the luggage or even hold the lift even though we had our hands full with the luggage and the toddler. There were a few staff standing around while watching us struggle with the luggage and did not even bother to help during our check out on the morning of 28 May 2026. It was quite distasteful.
