I booked a stay and paid a $210 deposit. On the morning of check-in, I realised I couldn't make it that night and asked whether I could move my booking to the following day. I was told that because I did not provide 48 hours' notice, my deposit would be forfeited. I was also told I could check in the next day, but would need to pay for an additional night despite already losing the deposit. After cancelling, I politely asked whether the deposit could be applied as a credit towards a future stay. This was declined and I was referred back to the cancellation policy. While the staff were polite, I was disappointed that no flexibility or goodwill credit was offered despite my willingness to rebook. Losing the entire $210 deposit for moving the booking by one day left me feeling that customer service was less important than strictly enforcing the policy. For that reason, I won't be returning.

Great amenities full kitchen and laundry the location is around good restaurants and cafes but can be a dodgy and noisy at night. Appartment needs a bit of love check in was easy.
Stayed here for a couple nights and we were very happy! They were very kind and give us a room upgrade, booked for 1 room and they upgraded us to 2 rooms apartment. It was very spacious unit. Great amenities provided. The location is very good. We were afraid that it would be noisy as it was just on a corner of intersection but actually that was not a problem at all as the sound proofing quite good. The team also very responsive when we contacted them a couple of time. My friend accidentaly took a towel and when we were going to return it, they said dont worry about it. We were so thankful for the management kindness! Definitely will recommend this place to everyone looking for place to stay in Perth 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
It was a great stay. The staff was very cordial. Only one gripe. After reaching the location, there was no way to figure out where is the entrance and the hotel itself. They must put up some sort of banner indicating that. The hotel is an entire floor, and the building is shared by many tenants. So this was a bit confusing. Also, everything closes very early in Australia, so nobody to ask if you reach there outside closing hours. Fortunately a nearby shop was open to give us the directions. Also they don't have a reception or front desk, so have to call and someone will come and give you the room keys. Not inconvenient if you got inside and have a place to sit with all your luggage waiting , after flying all the way from a different continent. All in all , I would recommend this place, and will come again when in Perth.
Stayed here for 4 nights in mid october. Had a very good stay. Meet with the manager as we called to say we had arrived. He was very nice, helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Included in our room was the washer and dryer which was very useful. The bathroom was very nice and clean, the shower was powerful. Had a very good view from our balcony seeing high rise buildings and opposite the restaurants. Very close to the blue cat route buses which are free. Perth station, shops and bars nearby along the way all walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here.
