Geno was great and patient with some of us as we grew comfortable with the Segway.

Must do for Pittsburgh visit! Loads of stats and fun facts about Pittsburgh’s history, culture, and architecture. Best part was a ride on the Segway. Very fun and easy. We didn’t want to stop the tour!
Such a fun time! I had never been on a Segway before but the tour guide was great at teaching you and building confidence. I will do this again!
The Segway tour of Pittsburgh was fun and very informative. It was so cool to ride the Segway through the traffic and pedestrians in downtown Pittsburgh. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. He was always watching for our safety.
Good training. Interesting sights. I would ask that Genius speak a bit slower. But overall, it was fun.
Geno was amazing! Great knowledge of the city - took the time to make sure we were comfortable on the segways and then we were off! Fortunate to be only a group of 5 with the guide included. We made frequent stops, he took amazing photos with our cameras, showed us things we would not have seen otherwise! I grew up here 40+ years ago, but it was fun to play tourist in my hometown. 10/10 recommend!
Gino was an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable about history of Pittsburgh. He was very friendly and put everyone at ease
Geno was awesome. He allowed us to have our own experience on the Segway. He was fun, very knowledgeable. I would rate him a 10/10. Thanks Geno... We will be back
We were in the city for “Admitted student day” and we wanted our soon to be freshman to get to know a bit about Pittsburgh. This was the perfect way! Geno was a great tour guide and we felt safe with him leading us through the city. He took us to many different sites and he shared with us so much of the city’s past as well as present projects. He took lots of pictures for us too. Overall, we had a great time and we’re excited for our daughter to be in this great city for college!
Geno was a fabulous guide! He made sure we were able to maneuver the Segways before we left for the streets. Then as we toured so many special sites, his love for Pittsburgh came through the stories of the city’s past and its present revitalization. Geno made sure we had lots of group photos too! We really had an enjoyable time and would definitely recommend seeing Pittsburgh on a Segway with Geno!
We had an amazing Segway tour in Pittsburgh with Gino! He was incredibly patient while teaching us how to ride, and he made sure we were comfortable before heading out. He even provided water, which was a nice touch. Gino took us through several historic buildings, stopping along the way to walk through and explore. He also brought us to a local coffee spot and a neighborhood bakery—where he treated us to delicious cookies! It was a beautiful day, and absolutely perfect for a ride. What really stood out was how knowledgeable Gino is about Pittsburgh’s history. He shared so many interesting stories and facts that made the city come alive. We had a wedding to attend at 4 p.m., so the normal tour times didn’t work for us. Gino went above and beyond by creating a customized 10 a.m. tour just so we could make it. Truly exceptional service! We highly recommend exploring Pittsburgh with Gino on a Segway—an unforgettable experience!
It’s super fun and different, but it takes a little getting the hang of it, but once you do, it’s great!
We could not hear Gino. U should get ear bud system. But he was geeat. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
Great day. Geno.....thanks for all your kindness ✨️ Fun experience. Try it....you'll love it. Go Packers .GREAT TOUR.
Geno was a great tour guide. Very fun Segway tour. I would definitely recommend this if you are in Pittsburgh.
Geno was a great leader and patiently taught us newbies how to ride/drive a Segway. As he was explaining it, I felt like, wow, this is so much to do to try to ride this, I'll never get it... But I did and he gave reminders at stopping points the correct way to dismount. It was a fun way to tour downtown Pittsburgh. I'm so glad I got my courage up to do this. Was so much fun AND informative.
We booked this tour for a few hours before Pirates game. My daughter and I(she's 16) couldn't have possibly enjoyed this more. Geno was a great guide and we had an absolute blast. I have already reached out to my friends about booking a large group of us to do this again.
We traveled through downtown Pittsburgh hitting many local landmarks. Geno did a great job keeping our group safe and taking care of one in our group that had special needs. The trip felt fast paced and we covered a lot of ground. Geno took pics our our groups throughout the tour. Everyone in our group of 6 felt like it was informative and a fun way to see the city in a new way.
Gino was very entertaining, patient and knowledgable of the Pittsburgh downtown. Our family enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.
Jenno was very good. He covered the tour with very detail and made us feel very comfortable on the Segway as it was first time. He is a great photographer , took really nice pictures for the family. Highly recommend the Segway tour with Jenno
Absolutely amazing! So happy we did the tour. Gino was an amazing guide and he was extremely patient with me as I had never used a Segway before. I really appreciated his patience. His knowledge of the city was extraordinary. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time while learning about the city's history. No matter where we were on the tour he made sure that everyone stayed safe. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pittsburgh whether it's for the first time or the 100th time. This tour is a must for all!!! Thank you Gino
This tour was the highlight of our trip. It was a beautiful night and we were able to see more of the city than we imagined. It was more adventurous than I thought it was going to be, but that added to the fun.
Had a blast. Safety was always first and foremost with Geno. Before the tour he made sure that we felt comfortable controlling and in control of the Segway at all times. During the tour he was always making sure I was always operating the Segway safely. I was lucky enough to have a personal tour by Geno, that's another story. Although it was a tour of one person Geno was more than willing to take me on the tour. Not only was Geno very informative with the information and the rich history of Pittsburgh, he always had an answer for my questions, even with places that were not on the tour. We also stopped at numerous sites for pictures. The two hours flew by very quickly. The next time I come out to Pittsburgh, with my son to see a ballgame, I plan on taking him. Many thanks Geno and I hope to see you again soon.
We had a fabulous time on our Segway tour. Our guide was great!!!! He was knowledgeable and funny!!!
Fun way to tour the beautiful city of Pittsburgh with my 11 year old grandson for his birthday. Our tour guide to the time to train the importance of "safety first", and everyone had a great time! I can't wait to take my other grandchildren!
We had a great time on the sunset tour with Geno. He helped us learn the Segway and took photos for us along the way. We will be telling our friends to do this!
It was a great experience for the family. Great experience on the Segway, thanks to the wonderful training before and a wonderful experience of the city and its history along with it. Not to forget the wonderful pics and spots for the family to capture the moments. Kind and warm people !
The sunset tour on a beautiful September evening was perfect. We have 3 boys in their teens & early twenties and it was a great activity for the whole family. None of us ever rode a Segway before, but it only took about 5 minutes to get used to them. Really enjoyed seeing different parts of the city and the ride by the water as night fell. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed this segway tour! Great way to see a lot in a small amount of time. The only thing that I wish was different was having a headset on to be able to hear more about the area as we where traveling around instead of stopping and having to huddle up. Also the owner was a little rude when giving instructions and corrections but I guess he has to keep everyone safe. Otherwise it was a great day and I would recommend it highly!!
We were in town for the Cubs vs Pirates (Go Cubs!) and wanted to check out Pittsburgh without driving around all day. This Segway tour was the perfect option. The tour guide, Gino, was knowledgeable and very patient. We had two Segway first timers and he ensured they were comfortable and kept an eye on them in the beginning to ensure everyone was having a good time. I was also impressed that they kept their appointment for only four people, as I have experienced other tour companies cancel on small groups. Would highly recommend!
the tour was great. We enjoyed it very much. The tour guide was excellent. He took photos of us with our phones a few times along the route. Would highly recommend.
We have been on several Segway tour in various cities, but Pittsburgh tour has been the best. Call direct for the best price. Pittsburgh has such history and you will be shocked how little you know. Please experience this tour!
first time riding a segway, so much fun cruising through downtown Pittsburgh. training was excellent and everyone in our group adapted easily. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
This tour was safe, well executed and extremely enjoyable. We know the city well, but this tour still gave us some interesting facts, and was a great excuse to ride a Segway!
Went on a Sunday morning from Akron. Great way to see the city of Pittsburgh. The starting place was the same area as the Monongahela incline. My kiddos really enjoyed it!
Randall was a great guide imparting bits of interesting history about Pittsburgh. He was a patient teacher for first time Segway riders making you feel confident and competent. One small suggestion is to provide him with a portable microphone/speaker system if possible. I found we asked him to repeat bits of his talk due to traffic/pedestrian noice
What an awesome way to tour Pittsburgh . I would highly recommend Segway . Great tour guide , very informative
We had a group of seven and we all thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour! Highly recommend it! Tour guide was knowledgeable and had water for each guest.
Decent time overall. Fun way to see the city. Tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Generally a nice person. He was also very protective of his fleet of Segways. Which I understand. But consequently, he was quick to express frustration and criticism for any misstep or deviation from instructions. Which was unexpected and, he may not realize, tended to sour the mood. If not for this interaction, I'd rate the experience excellent.
We have done segway tours in other cities before and always find them a good way to get to see more of the city in a unique way. Randall is knowledgable, friendly and safety conscious. The route is good and you get to see some of the well known landmarks. The only down side is that it was hard to hear the tour guide narration and he spoke very quickly (obviously he does this multiple times a day) Earpieces or some other amplification device (which is not hard to attain) should be included. Other segway tours have used these and it would really help a lot.
Don’t understand why operator does not use a wireless tour guide system. Guide (Randal) provided thorough Segway training although he has very poor interpersonal skills. Randal repeatedly barked orders at adult tour participants. Could not hear much of the guided tour without a wireless communication system. Enjoyed using Segway.
We were greeted with enthusiasm. We were trained well on how to ride the segways. We practiced and then had a wonderful ride! As part of the tour we were also given PGH factoids!!! Its like skiing on pavement. Randall was very knowledgeable and supportive!
Got this for my parents and this is their review …Wonderful and great tour guide. Such a nice day to spend in Pitt.
I had a great time touring Pittsburgh with Randall - we covered a lot of ground. It was my first time in Pittsburgh and Segways are the perfect way to get a good orientation to a new city.
We came in with 10,000 other Jays fans for the May 5-7 series against the Pirates. You have a beautiful ballpark and great city. Randall was a very good tour guide and even managed to teach Jeff how to ride a Segway when FanDuels had the odds at 9:1 against!
my boy and I took the tour and the sights were amazing. we really felt like we got to see the city and all it's history. Amazing your
We booked a segway tour on a whim, with less than 24-hours notice - and were so glad this was something we incorporated into our trip! Our kids (ages 12 and 13) LOVED it, and so did we - our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and we had a great mix of fun and adventure while learning about and exploring many areas of the city. There were stops incorporated to give us a break, with time for photos. Now that we've done this, we want to do a segway tour in every city we visit as a way to learn the city. Would HIGHLY recommend doing this.
excellent tour and lots of fun. id recommend this event for anyone coming to pittsburgh as a means of seeing some of the nicely tucked away parts of the city.
Driving the Segway was easily learned after just a couple of minutes of training and a fun way to see the city. I even learned a few things about Pittsburgh that I didn't know from the information provided by the tour guide.
Four of us took this fabulous tour. It was our first time on a segway and it was a little intimidating, but we practiced and it wasn't as scary as we thought. We had a great time, saw a lot of sites and heard a lot of the city's history. I'd totally recommend it.
