What a day!! John, our guide made history come alive as he told about the different sights in old city Philadelphia. The tour was an excellent overview of the area. I would highly recommend taking this tour
Guide knowledgeable and friendly. Loved learning the details you don’t get from guidebooks
This is a great way to more intimately get to know the local gems all over downtown old city Philadelphia. Walking with an expert tour guide is a wonderful way to enjoy this tour and it’s not that long or that far so most anyone could do this that is mobile.
It was a great tour with Casey. He was super knowledgeable and presented the information in a way that engaged all participants. It wasn’t a super long distance to walk and the spots we stopped and viewed were pretty well spaced!
Excellent tour - highly recommended. Easy walking pace and lots of great facts and information from our tour guide John. He’s a very engaging and knowledgeable guide and really pleasant to chat with. Highly recommended
Yes, history can be fun! Very informative, casual, and super interesting. A great tour.
This was a perfect tour! Nick really knew his history and the pace was great! Highly recommend this tour with Nick!
Kasey is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about the city and it showed. Was great to walk around with him and learn.
Excellent walking tour of Old City, our tour guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and entertaining, especially tidbits on side stories that would be unfamiliar to most history buffs.
There were 10 people on our tour. Casey was our tour guide and he was great. He shared a lot of interesting information about the places we passed by. The tour lasted almost exactly 90 minutes. After the tour, we went to Columbo’s (one of his suggestions) and shared 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches - one “wit wiz” and one “wit cooper”. We agree with the owner’s daughter “wit wiz” is better.
Very nice tour and informative. Joseph was an excellent guide. Tour hit the highlights in a short amount of time.
Great guide, interesting and clear to hear and understand. Good facts and conducted the tour at a good speed.
My wife and I really enjoyed our historic Philadelphia walking tour. We had taken the tour before; but, learned some things that we hadn’t heard before. Joseph did an excellent job of guiding us through this incredibly historic place. Would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was well informed and did a wonderful job giving us insight to Philadelphia's historic past.
We had a great tour. We liked the idea of walking by a number of historic sites without spending too much time in one location. It allowed us the ability to go back and see sites we were interested in. Joseph was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about all our stops. He threw in a little comedy here and there and it wasn’t too much. I highly recommend this tour
Highly recommend!!! Hit all the highlights and very interesting. John was super informative and knowledgeable.
Well informed, entertaining, filled with history twists and pearls Benjamin Franklin printing press visit was tops
Tour guide Joseph was very informative and funny! Made the experience enjoyable! Definitely got more out of it than just walking around solo.
Our guide John was spectacular. October is a great time to do the tour, as crowds are low and weather was great. Great way to spend 90 minutes outside learning about Philadelphia history. I was so glad I did this!
Prepare to be well informed and entertained. This educational walk thru old town is worth the price of admission.
Tim is a phenomenal tour guide! He made the streets of Philadelphia come to life with his wit and wisdom, much like our favorite founding father, Benjamin Franklin. This is a must-see tour!
Great tour and very informative. Very funny tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Saw Betsy Ross’ house, Benjamin Franklin’s house, the Carpenter house, Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.
It started late because our original guide was sick. Overall I think the tour was good. I would have liked to go into some of the places we visited (like the Ben Franklin museum) but we did not have time.
Andy was an awesome guide! Very knowledgeable and loved his demeanor and stories. Highly recommended
