Tour with Anne was amazing!! The stories were well told and left me with goosebumps and at the edge of my seat...it was perfect spook we needed on Halloween. Every time I take a tour with this company learn so much and makes me eager to come back to Pittsburgh! Thank you! Can't wait to come back!

Our guide Anne was fabulous! Beautiful and commanding presence, which is so important for storytellers and guides. The best parts of the tour were these ghostly but so real stories of disasters and deaths that preceded us here in Pittsburgh, but are part of the fabric and the history of the city.

The Black and Ghost tour was excellent. It was historical, fact based, not at all cheesy or embellished. The guide (Anne) was great, very knowledgeable and engaging. The stories were interesting and the stops were great. Very special to go under the rotunda at The Pennsylvanian and to go in the Omni William Penn. Highly recommend this locally based company versus national ones trying to conduct local Pittsburgh tours.

The guide is very detailed oriented. He knows his history. There is a considerable amount of walking.

This was my second time taking the tour I took my friend so he can learn some history on the city and learn a few ghostly stories the tour never disappoints and our tour guide Anne was the best she was very knowledgeable about the history and people who help shaped Pittsburgh l

Anne was great! The trip was by a locally owned company and they hire locals! Plus they only work with facts about the city. Really good trip.

My husband, adult son and I did this tour while visiting the area in October. We wanted a ghost tour. This tour was great! Our tour guide, Anne, was wonderful. It was a great tour about the city with a twist of ghosts. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

It's 2 hours and you should wear comfortable shoes. No big hills to climb. Just 2 minor inclines. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The mood was light despite the stories typical of a ghost tour which are usually tragic. I came away knowing more of the deep history of Pittsburgh. Definitely recommend it.

Alan told excellent stories that combined history with great ghostly events! He warned the group of city sounds to be aware of during the tour, and was very patient with group questions. Recommend!

Our tour guide, Anne, was absolutely wonderful and a great storyteller! It was so fun to see the city through a historical and ghostly lens, and and Anne was excellent at keeping the supernatural grounded in historical fact as well as balancing multiple perspectives. The tour was informative and well structured and we will be sure to take another next time we’re in town!

You will learn lots if historic info on the downtown Pittsburgh area. Be prepared for a bit of walking but not too much to be worth it.

It was a very good tour of the city and it's history. The guide made a point that the information was factual.

This tour was very informative. Danny gave a first class presentation throughout the two hour tour. Danny pointed out unique landmarks and explained the story behind them. Booking the tour in person was quick and easy. This tour is highly recommended.

Myrna was a fabulous guide with a lot of history, architecture and ghost stories. This is a great tour for all ages. My grandson and I really enjoyed it!

Danny was a great guide! He was incredibly informative in terms of the historical aspect of the city, but also intertwined the paranormal aspect in a fun way. I went with my 12-year-old son and we visited various spots in the city that we would not have otherwise seen. It’s a great experience!

Having lived in or near Pittsburgh for 23-years, this tour provided an unusual look taking me well beyond my usual daily grind! Alan Irvine spun fantastic tales of ghosts, grisly murders, and general mayhem of days gone by as we walked mesmerized through the streets of downtown. It was a spectacular evening well spent.

This is the best bang for the buck we've in recent memory. Our trip included 7 total people, and a tour guide (Myrna) who you'd be hard pressed to top. We travelled through every imaginable part of Pittsburgh and felt smarter each stop along the way, but what floored me was her passion for and knowledge of the city and how thorough and interactive she was. She didn't just go the extra mile; she went 10 extra miles. This was our first night in Pittsburgh, and this gave us a PERFECT idea of how to plan the rest of our time there!!

Our tour guide, whose name I shamefully cannot remember, really went the extra mile with us and we really enjoyed it.

What a cool way to learn about Pittsburgh!! Finding out Silence of the Lambs was filmed in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh was awesome.

I have a good time, despite the rain on and off. I have a blast.

Great tour, some architecture, history, a little ghost stories. Danny was an excellent guide! It is quite a walk, fyi, you need to be in decent shape. It is a lot of standing, over 2 hrs long. Gave us a nice walking tour of downtown, even got to see inside the amazing William Penn Hotel!!

We had a great experience. Lots of fascinating history and beautiful architecture. Myrna is a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend.

This tour was great in explaining a lot of the history of the buildings and had a fun twist by adding in “ghost” stories. Our tour guide was fantastic and engaging.

Our Tour Director made this very interesting and was quite knowledgeable!! My daughter and I enjoyed learning about the haunted history of many buildings in the downtown Pittsburgh area. This tour was to honor my husband who passed away 9 years ago on March 9th and to remember the good things about him! He loved history, especially of the haunted variety and I know he would have enjoyed the tour too. I definitely could feel his presence with us on the tour!! The Black and Ghost tour was excellent! Our tour guide was an amazing story teller and historian, providing lots of detail while keeping the stories suspenseful at the same time. Going on a cold February night, I was thrilled with the hot tea and long, juicy ghost story towards the end of the tour!

Had a great tour with my husband and our guide Myrna! A good mix of learning history of Pittsburgh with a ghostly twist! It was a chilly walk but we got some hot cocoa at the start of the tour. Make sure to bundle up and wear good walking shoes!

We really liked the guide and his style of narration; he was very flexible and adapted to our level of English. He spoke loudly and clearly. The whole family enjoyed the family-friendly, cozy, and informative walk tour. Miles managed to convey the unique atmosphere of Pittsburgh.

It was more history than a ghost tour but still fun. Dress warm if you do the tour in the winter though.

Our host, Miles, was local and also well traveled. He had an extensive knowledge of the area and history. There were some excellent ghost stories included as well, one or the other guests even attested to some strange occurrences she had witnessed at Union Station.

Alan provided historical facts of different places we visited. His stories were informative and had a touch of mystery. I recommend this tour for anyone who would like to learn history with touches of mystery throughout the adventure.

Myrna was a great guide! Very knowledgeable about the city’s history and hauntings. I really liked how she had pictures to show some of the old structures and how they had changed as well as some pictures of the people she was telling us about.
