Wind Creek Bethlehem

I just stayed there last night (October 8, 2026) for my birthday. Shout out to Destiny at the spa! She is da bomb! I got a scalp, hand and foot massage that was out of this world! If you're ever going to the spa at Wind Creek ask for Destiny! The entire staff was so incredibly nice! I think every member of the housekeeping staff on the 12th floor knew my name and the fact that it was my birthday 😂 every single interaction I had with any employee at the Wind Creek whether it was security, housekeeping service, the bartenders, the front desk people or the spa people, they were all fabulous! Honestly, I'm not even joking when I say I felt like I was being celebrated on my birthday. I had a smoking room and I can tell you, it did NOT even smell like smoke at all! The biggest con that I can think of is just that it feels like it takes 9 hours to walk from the hotel to the casino. It's really far. I guess there ain't no changing that 😂 It's a LONG walk though. And the walk is through a bunch of really crappy, super duper, expensive stores that nobody in their right mind would ever shop at in 2026. It just sucks. Luckily for me, i am not a huge gambler. I really just went there for the spa and the experience and it was fabulous. I had a great time!! Edit: Also, my room was ready at 12:30pm All I had to do was ask 😁

Everything was great, and we got “guest of the day” which sadly we find out at our check out,because the front desk person whos name was Chris, was not welcoming and friendly. We had the prices at the check out Thanks to Julietta, her on the other side was very friendly. Chris should learn from her. But other than that, everything was beautiful. We had a great stay,we will come back.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was lovely- clean, spacious, great rooms. The casino was clean with plenty of gaming tables and machines. The staff- casino and hotel- were professional and very nice. We will definitely be returning.

If it was not for one major inconvenience, the stay would have been perfect. For our wedding, my now wife, had booked a room block over a year in advance. The venue for the wedding was down the road. We had multiple family members and friends use our room block and staff had told us that our reservation was good to go as well. Long story short, we made it to wedding weekend, and when going to check in, we were told there were no reservations under our name. The only item under our name was the room block. When trying to find out the issue, I was sent to almost six different extension lines. Most of them lead to voicemail. I was finally able to get in contact with an individual named Mary. She was extremely helpful and able to get us an executive suite in our room block. The room was perfect and beautiful. My wife got ready in that room prior to our wedding ceremony. I would recommend to others to confirm multiple times on the status of your room because we were told on multiple occasions we were all set and ready to go… that was until check in. If it wasn’t for Mary, our wedding weekend would have started off on a bad note.
