Overall the experience was good. The room A/C was noisy throughout the night. Next time I will ask for Earplugs. Service was excellent from check in/out with Isabel, service at the door was great too with Manuel's assistance with my bag staging while got my car, top notch and Guy's assistance with loading my bag. Customer sevice was fabulous. Also the Sidecar's crab cakes delicious, great service by Rahsida too. I don't recommend the flat bread was not good to me and overpriced. I met some great people and had a nice room too. Location was little walk from the Dupont Circle Metro.

The hotel is beautiful. We arrived at night and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities available. There was a late-night market where I was able to purchase dinner and snacks. I also ordered chicken wings through room service, and they were delicious. The rooms are small but very well organized, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Although I only stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a very nice hotel and probably the best Hilton I know. I stay here for a week once every year and this is my 4th year. Honestly, it’s expensive and I would not stay unless a company was paying for it. But you get what you pay for, and this is nice in every respect for a business class hotel. The food is way overpriced but there are plenty of options within an easy walk. Again, it’s definitely worth the price if you or your company can afford it.
Everyone was amazing! The room had a few issues with the bathroom door and housekeeping wasn’t able to come after a certain time, but they did provide towels when I asked. Isabel at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful making my checkout very smooth. Chris outside handling the taxis and Ubers were as incredible!! He was out there all day every day not only assisting but helping with luggage and flagging down and directing the drivers! Amazing job! The security man at the front was also incredible greeting everyone as soon as they came in with a big smile. I apologize I didn’t get his name. Location was great, close to monuments using an uber and plenty of places to eat.
I stayed here in July for a family reunion, as it was the most convenient location for our event. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Check In: I used the Hilton app to check in and access my room with the digital key, which was seamless. A quick tip for drivers: if you pre-pay for garage parking, you will still need to stop by the front desk for a physical keycard to exit the garage. (Parking is a bit pricey, but standard for DC hotels). When I went down to get my garage key, Arthur at the front desk was exceptional, he gave us extra bottled water for the room and generously invited my guest and me to breakfast the next morning. Room & Comfort: While the property is on the older/historic side, our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with a king bed, a nice walk-in shower, and all the essential toiletries. Best of all, it was surprisingly quiet. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the floors above/below. Breakfast: Breakfast the next morning was delicious and super convenient, highly recommend it if you want an easy start to your day before exploring the city. Everything tasted fresh and the staff did a good job making sure I was pleased. Overall, a solid 5/5 stay. Thank you, Arthur, and the rest of the Washington Hilton team, for making our family gathering so memorable!
