Patricia at the front desk of Valley Forge Casino Resort deserves more than 5 stars! From the moment we interacted with her, she treated us like she had known us for years. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated when she absolutely didn’t have to. Her hospitality and customer service are 1000% exceptional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. People like Patricia are the reason customers keep coming back. Because of the amazing experience she gave us, every time we come to town, we will be booking our stay at Valley Forge Casino Resort! She made such a lasting impression on us, and that level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality is rare. Thank you, Patricia, for making us feel like family instead of just guests. You are truly an asset to this hotel, and management should recognize the outstanding job you do. We look forward to seeing you again on our next visit! ❤️ The Browns

The casino at Valley Forge is teeny tiny compared to AC and especially Vegas, but I won my first jackpot here a few years ago so I can look past *some* of the shortcomings ;) The Stardust hotel is surprisingly dated for being recently renovated - there were still remnants of the Raddison brand for goodness sake! The steakhouse on property is excellent but the food court - again, recently renovated - is barely average and leaves much much MUCH to be desired. It could be so much better than what it is. Getting rid of the Dunkin was a mistake, and that’s saying something because it’s Dunkin 😆 I will say that they are doing a good job getting new slots but the rest of the place, especially the food options, need some work.
Pleasant stay, good value – one small drawback I recently stayed at the Valley Forge Casino Resort and overall had a good experience. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean and well kept, and the hotel itself is nice and comfortable. I stayed in the tower on the 8th floor. The rooms there come with attractive balconies, but unfortunately the balcony doors were locked, with a notice saying they are closed for guests' safety. No further explanation was given. It's a bit of a shame, because the balconies look like they'd be a real highlight of the room. If they're not accessible, it would be helpful to mention that at booking. Aside from that, I'd happily stay here again and can recommend the hotel, especially for the price.
Very disappointing experience — not what you expect after spending this kind of money We came in from out of town for a football game and spent a significant amount of money between the Skybox, hotel, and casino. Unfortunately, the experience from beginning to end was extremely disappointing. First, the Skybox was supposed to accommodate 12 people, yet we had 15 people inside. It was extremely overcrowded and uncomfortable, with not enough seating for everyone to sit down and actually enjoy the game. For what we paid, this was simply unacceptable. When you purchase a Skybox for a group event, you expect everyone in your party to have a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the game. Then came the hotel experience. When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel would have no water after 7:00 PM. We asked if we could be moved to a room that would not be affected. We were given another room, but the lighting was incredibly dim, and the room felt like we were staying in a basement. It was not an acceptable room. We brought the issue to the staff, and we were told they would find another room. While waiting, I went to the casino and played in the high-limit area, where I spent a considerable amount of money. Eventually, hotel staff came to get me so we could move our belongings again. This meant approximately a 9–10 minute walk each way, along with moving all of our luggage. After already dealing with the water issue and an unacceptable room, having to haul our belongings around the property made an already frustrating situation even worse. The customer service was the biggest disappointment. While we were moving between rooms, I asked a slot attendant, Sandra, if she could hold the machine I had been playing. Instead of simply assisting with the situation, I felt that she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak with a manager, and Mike Wilson came over. Unfortunately, I was equally disappointed with his response and the level of professionalism shown. What bothers me most is that we were out-of-town guests who spent a substantial amount of money at this property, including on the Skybox, hotel, and high-limit casino play. We were not expecting special treatment. We were expecting basic courtesy, professionalism, and appreciation as paying customers. Instead, we dealt with an overcrowded Skybox, hotel water issues, multiple room changes, poor room conditions, having to move our luggage around the property, and an extremely frustrating customer-service experience when we needed assistance. A special trip that should have been enjoyable turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Valley Forge Casino & Resort based on our experience. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a hotel, casino, and event experience, you should be able to expect better organization, better accommodations, and—most importantly—better treatment from the staff.
My friends and I booked this casino at the beginning of June to celebrate my birthday because we were excited to attend the Friday pool party with the DJ over Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication from multiple departments. The week before our trip, we called to confirm the pool party hours and were told by a reservations agent that the pool parties had ended the previous weekend. We were disappointed because the pool party was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Then, on the day of our arrival, we called again for final confirmation. This time, the agent told us the party was happening. Confused, I asked to speak with a manager, who then told me there was no pool party that weekend. To make matters worse, I was placed on hold without anyone telling me they were transferring or placing me on hold. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, the call was disconnected. When I called back and asked for a manager again, I was transferred directly to Security without any explanation. The lack of communication between reservations, the front desk, management, and other departments was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we would not have booked this casino for my birthday weekend. We spent a significant amount of money expecting an experience that simply wasn’t available. We tried to make the best of our trip. The pool itself was nice, although it was on the smaller side and the water was very cold. The food was average, and the casino was just okay. On a positive note, the guest room was spacious, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the biggest disappointment wasn’t the property itself—it was the inconsistent information and poor communication from multiple departments. For a special occasion like a birthday celebration, accurate information and better customer service would have made all the difference.
