⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing experience at the spa at The Logan Hotel! My massage was incredible, relaxing, and exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. The experience was truly rejuvenating, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely pampered. If you’re looking for a little self-care and luxury, I highly recommend treating yourself to this spa experience. I would definitely return! Five stars all the way! ✨

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was so well deserved. Last year I chose to stay at the Logan for my 34th birthday. They upgraded my room to a corner suite and I had the best girls night there! This year I also decided to spend my 35th birthday there. for those not from Philadelphia or the East Coast, We are having a Terrible storm currently and it completely ruined my 35th birthday weekend plans...or so I thought. I was called a few days before my stay to see if I was willing to swap rooms (someone with kids needed the bunk bed). They promised an upgrade and I told the lady on the phone that it was my 35th birthday weekend & how the storm had canceled my plans. She wished me a happy birthday and promised to make it special. (I'm sorry for not remembering her name!) As soon as I checked into the hotel, I met Joe at the front desk, who immediately offered a late checkout and told me that I would be in "Big room" For the night. To my surprise, I was given the presidential suite with the balcony, three complementary bottles of Prosecco. fruit trays & A meal credit. I cannot be more pleased and satisfied with the hospitality at the Logan Hotel. For two years in a row, They have been a big part of my birthday plans and have actually made my weekend even more exquisite than I had intended. I truly appreciate the staff, especially cool Joe, the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel & would Recommend the Logan 11/10 times if I could!!
Beautiful hotel with friendly, professional staff. Seriously, we can't say enough about how helpful and awesome all the staff are. Well located, within walking distance of museums, parks, and shops. The restaurant offers amazing food, decent gluten-free options, and fair prices. Egypt, the receptionist, was super helpful with our reservation and found an available room so we could check in a bit earlier and finally relax. The reason why I can't give a 5-star review: We travel to Philly often, and we try to always stay at the Logan for its location. That said, the bathrooms have no ventilation. So if one showers, the entire bathroom gets foggy. Not only that, but there's only one outlet in the bathroom so that you can plug in your hair tools or anything else. There aren't enough power outlets in the rooms as well. If you're going to Logan and need to do your hair and makeup, plan to bring an extension cord with extra outlets. The pillows aren't the best either.
The Logan Philadelphia is a beautiful hotel full of amazing amenities. Super luxurious feel inside, really clean, comfortable and great location. We chose the hotel because of the firepit terrace that you see in the photos. We were disappointed to find out that those firepit tables are reserved for parties 10 or more and must be booked in advance. I feel like that's a bit misleading however I never actually looked deeper than the photo. So maybe the rule is explicitly written somewhere. Because it may have been my mistake, I won't dock the points. We didn't check out the spa or eat in the hotel, but enjoyed the rest of the hotel. Lots of amazing common areas inside and out. Big plus is the onsite colombe cafe, with real delicious coffee. The pool was nice, but in a dark dingy area of the building. And wasn't very impressive. Could use a refresh. What's nice is they do have a reserved adult only swim hour. I definitely recommend this place place for its location, it's upper scale look and feel, it's a quality hotel.
My stay at The Logan Philadelphia, Curio Collection by Hilton was more disappointing than I expected, mainly because the overall experience did not quite match the “luxury & wellness” atmosphere the hotel’s branding seems to promise. I had chosen the property hoping for a calm and restorative long weekend combining sightseeing, rest, and time to unwind around the spa and relaxation areas, but the atmosphere felt much more family-oriented and lively than anticipated. The pool area, in particular, felt more like a children’s leisure space than a tranquil wellness environment. The noise level around the pool also made it very difficult to relax. Children were frequently shouting and playing loudly in the space, and because the indoor pool area echoes heavily, it was nearly impossible to quietly read a book or unwind, even with earplugs or headphones. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was similarly lively, with running and shouting in the hallways early in the morning, which made sleeping in nearly impossible. Altogether, it felt quite far from the peaceful and refined atmosphere portrayed online. I was also surprised by the “breakfast included” offering, which is actually a dining credit for the hotel restaurant rather than a true breakfast experience. The selection felt quite limited, and on weekends guests are directed toward a brunch format with a fairly fixed menu, which may appeal to some travelers but was personally not what I was looking for. This is not a bad hotel at all, it simply may be better suited to a different type of traveler than myself. I came hoping to enjoy a peaceful long weekend combining sightseeing, rest, and time to unwind, and the overall atmosphere was unfortunately not quite the calm wellness experience I had expected.
