I had an amazing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton! The hotel was beautiful, welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I especially want to recognize Mohamed, who went above and beyond to help us get a room. He was extremely kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. I also want to give a special thank you to the manager, who was extremely professional, understanding, and helpful. The manager took the time to listen to us and made sure everything was handled properly. It was clear that providing guests with a great experience was a priority. Thank you to the entire DoubleTree by Hilton team for such a great experience! We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Had a decent stay. Paid the upgrade fee to a junior suite ($80) in lieu of the early check in fee. Was asked for my room key upon entering the hotel on night 2, but I think they were hosting a FIFA team so I'll give them a pass for the extra security. TVs were excellent and updated. Elevators were fairly busy. View was pretty good. Would stay again.
Our stay was excellent! We booked a double queen room and were impressed from start to finish. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding, with a great menu and wonderful staff. A minor billing issue from a third-party booking was resolved quickly with no extra charges. Free parking and an overall experience that exceeded every expectation for a 4-star hotel. Highly recommended!
Upon entering the hotel, the lobby is beautiful, the staff is nice and the little shop is convenient. The rooms do however leave a bit to be desired. We booked a suite. The suite only has one ac unit in the bedroom. The living area was constantly significantly hotter to the point where it was uncomfortable making it unusable. The unit also kept shutting off and wouldn’t work properly until you shut it off for a bit and turned it back on. The staff did offer to look at it but we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of having maintenance in the room. The room was also a bit outdated. The bathroom doors were an odd situation as well. It is two sliding doors that meet. However when they do meet, there is a noticeable gap. A bit awkward if you want some privacy. All in all it wasn’t a terrible place to stay but I’d expect a bit more from a Hilton hotel.
We are Hilton Diamond and almost exclusively stay at Hiltons when we travel. We were visiting the area to see for Cirque du Soleil Luzia (highly recommend!) and only needed one night at a hotel. We figured how bad could it be. Answer: Not great. We had 2 connecting rooms and one of them was not ready for HOURS after check-in time. When I reached out to the front desk to get an ETA, I was told check-in time is based on availability. (That certainly makes sense for an early check-in, but this wasn't one of those.) I found that response extremely off-putting. After complaining, they took maybe 1/4 of one room's rate off our bill (sigh), which was very disappointing, but that was only after following up multiple times. There were hoardes of mothers and daughters staying at the hotel for a dance competition (apparently) and the hotel seemed completely overwhelmed. The rooms were tired and definitely need a major overhaul. The only good aspect was convenience for us and the fact that breakfast wasn't a complete rip-off. It is served a la carte, is fairly priced for a hotel and as Diamond members we get a partial credit. Staff needs better experience managing a busy hotel and rooms need a renovation stat.
