Everyone was extremely pleasant from the moment we pulled up to the curb through our check out. Our corner room had fantastic views of the river. The room itself was very comfortable and well kept; as was the rest of the Atterbury. We were surprised to learn our room included the concierge level, and although the concierge lounge was very busy (the morning after a Steelers' home game), Richelle was very polite and kind as she worked diligently with a smile on her face to restock food, keep the lounge area clean, and remove used dining wares. I will absolutely stay at the Atterbury again on my next visit to Pittsburgh; it's a great location with outstanding staff, and the Executive, 1 king, corner guest room with river views made me wish my stay was longer.

What a fabulous stay at The Atterbury Hotel in Pittsburgh! The lobby is spectacular - as was the accommodations & service for breakfast each morning. Our beautiful corner room was well appointed with breathtaking views of the river & bridge. We walked easily to The Acrisure Stadium and enjoyed the incredible river views. We will definitely return to this iconic hotel in its spectacular location!
Loved the hotel and the hospitality. We were in town for a Pirates game, so the hotel was obviously conveniently located. However, it's in a great location in the city even if not going to the game. Rooms were clean and wonderful, exceeding expectations. One nice bonus was that the public parking across the street not only had EV chargers in it, but the EV chargers are free - great bonus for EV drivers! One example of this hotel going above and beyond is that I left 2 of my belts in a dresser drawer. I called them the next day to see if they had found them, and they agreed to ship to me for no charge - amazing service! Would absolutely stay here again.
My stay at the Atterbury was so incredible. The team was so attentive and courteous. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable, kindly greeted me every time I returned to the hotel. I had luggage and items shipped ahead and the office was kind enough to keep me updated and ensure I got everything in a timely matter. The hotel amenities are also wonderful and maintained extremely well. With convenient walking location and beautiful scenic views, this is a don’t miss hotel in Pittsburgh.
Definitely a mixed bag but will likely improve! First off, the location, cant be beat. We were there for a pirates game and we had a view of the stadium from our room and the easiest walk across the bridge to the game. That literally can't get better. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Recently renovated rooms are nice but nothing to freak out about. It has everything you need. I did find that the A/C worked well at keeping the room 69/70 degree range but refused to go lower even when I set it down to 64. The restaurant staff has lots of logistics to work out still, everyone seemed new or simply not so great at their job. House keeping randomly opened our door without knocking while we were in the room which I found very odd and while it wasn't a big deal, it could have been in a different situation. I think most of the negatives will be addressed over its first year and it will remain one of the best hotel options in the city.
