I chose this hotel for my most recent trip to Philly and I will certainly be staying here the next time I am in town. The staff was absolutely amazing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I was emailed a beautiful detailed welcome letter from the front desk. The hotel is located right downtown once we parked the car we walked everywhere for our time there. The rooms were spacious clean, and that has to be the most comfortable that I have ever slept in.

As a loyal Hilton member, I don't easily stray, but my recent visit to the Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square was excellent! The building is modern, clean, and perfectly situated in Center City steps from Rittenhouse Square, great dining, and multiple SEPTA stations. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly courteous and attentive. The room was perfectly sized for a couple, and my AMEX Platinum benefits were handled flawlessly (the property credit and late checkout were nice perks). Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Philadelphia and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to the city. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Center City, making it easy to walk to many of Philadelphia’s top attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation. Everything we wanted to see was within a comfortable walking distance, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. I especially want to thank the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in at 10:00 AM, which was incredibly helpful after our morning arrival. They also allowed us a late check-out until 2:00 PM the following day, giving us extra time to relax before heading to the airport. Their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, from the bathroom to the bedding, and the room felt fresh and inviting. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in keeping the property clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Philadelphia exceeded our expectations with its unbeatable location, exceptional customer service, and immaculate accommodations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel in the heart of Philadelphia, I highly recommend this property. The outstanding hospitality from the staff made our visit memorable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
This hotel is located right next to rittenhouse square. Plenty of delicious restaurant and ability to see local attractions. Customers service was excellent. Our check in and check out was less than 5 min. The hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would prefer extra pillows. You can find several parking garages in walking distance… though expensive but expected. I couldn’t hear any noises from outside or on the hotel. I would definitely return to that hotel the next time I come to Philly and would recommend the hotel to others.
I guess I’ll make a compliment sandwich here. Positive:The front desk staff was pleasant with every interaction. Negatives: called ahead of time to confirm that a standard pick up truck would fit in their garage and were assured that it would. Arrived around 11pm and was told there was only one spot for a large vehicle but that a van had it reserved starting on day 2 of our 4 night stay. So now we are driving around at 11pm looking for parking despite being told we would be able to park there. The beds were not comfortable and somehow the pillows were even worse. The toilet is in what feels like a closet. The sink and shower are on the opposite side of the room with no door to the rest of the room which is a little odd. The entrance to the hotel is in a narrow alley that is a little sketchy. You can hear every person walking by in the hallway from the room so getting woken up by loud guests carrying on conversations at all hours was a frequent issue. Positive: The rooms were clean which is important to me and the only reason it is getting more than a one star review. I feel a little catfished by all the good reviews. Returning from our trip feeling exhausted and sore and in need of more time off.
