I can't recommend the AKA Rittenhouse Square enough! It is our Philly hotel, perfect location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking is right around the corner, along with anything you could possibly need. The rooms are huge, we even took advantage of the cinema during the storm.
This is our 2nd time staying here. The rooms are big, beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, and staff is so friendly and hands on. We were so delighted to be checked in by Wister again. He will give you the best checkin talk ever! I
I choose the hotel at the recommendation of family and didn’t disappoint. Great location nice furniture and excellent service. It actually one of the finest hotels we stayed in during our three week trip across New York and Pennsylvania. I would stay here again without any doubt. The only recommendation is that one of the bedrooms in the two bedrooms suite should be made into two doubles instead of a king so it is more suitable for families or that to sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, but we were able to figure it to make it work for our family of two parents and three children. Another thing is take into consideration that some suites have usb plugs in the furniture and some don’t so bring a suitable plug if you are traveling from abroad . A special thanks to the doorman Greg who was always helpful and made my children smile and laugh every time they met him.
AKA Rittenhouse was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Having a great restaurant and bar right on the property was also a big plus. The staff was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Bianca, who went above and beyond and helped make our experience even better! The location is hard to beat—right across the street from Rittenhouse Square and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, and everything the area has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at AKA Rittenhouse again when we return to Philadelphia. Highly recommended!
The AKA Rittenhouse is an outstanding property in many ways. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, immaculate, very functional and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was quiet and felt very private. The property is so well located, with the park, shopping and dining within easy walking distance. The gym, while small, has everything we needed for a good workout. The staff, however, was beyond amazing. Maria checked me in and went so far out of her way to find a room that suited my needs. She was gracious, friendly, kind, and efficient. The doorman, Greg, was a foundation of information and took immense pleasure in suggesting restaurants, providing directions, and just generally demonstrating Philadelphia hospitality. When our son checked in a couple of nights after I did, Wister was so friendly, helpful and extremely kind and accommodating. I will hope to never stay anywhere else on future visits to Philly. These people really made the AKA feel like a home away from home.
