A very pleasant and lovely stay. It was very easy to find and accessible (via car) with plenty of parking available to use. The staff were all really helpful and nice to deal with. The actual house itself was quiet, clean and well kept with a lovely pool! Only thing that could have been better was some form of air conditioning/fan in the rooms to help with the hot nights. Aside from that, I would 100% recommend!
A perfect family break is the tranquil La Trinite Sur Mer. The hotel was the ultimate cosy spot with a beautiful view of the quaint village. I was so sad to say goodbye. I highly recommend a stay here and personally hope to return with the family!
A lovely stay with our dog for two nights while visiting this part of Brittany! Lovely rooms, however there is still plenty of room for improvement of how they look. One thing i can't understand why there is no sink in the toilet and they you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The receptionist was a bit rude or maybe he just had a bad day, however we still loved the stay!
I have been to all kinds of hotels around the world but I must say that I have never been treated that way. The Kerisper Lodge is the right place to stay if you like to be disrespected or shouted at by your host. Here is what happened: I run a software development business and while I was staying at the lodge for leisure, I had an important video meeting scheduled with a client. To get the best connection I asked the person at the front desk where I could make my call and they told me to use the hotel lobby. After about 30 minutes, the hotel owner dropped by (interrupting me) and asked if I wanted to use another space. I honestly thought this was to better accommodate me - and I answered that I was almost done and could stay there. Right after he left, the person at the front desk immediately got a short call and came to stand right by me looking over my shoulder while I was on my call with my client. He then tapped on my shoulder and told me that I had to leave the lobby right away. I hung up on my client in precipitation. I immediately said that I found that what happened was not only rude but also prejudicial. A couple of other clients of the hotel who were having a drink at a table nearby and witnessed the incident immediately stood up for me and told the employee that they would leave the hotel right away should something like this happen to them - so I asked to speak to the manager. Interestingly the manager did not bother coming by again to look at me in the eyes and take this upon himself. I only got to "talk" to him on the phone while he was in fact in the next room, and as soon as I got on the phone with him he proceeded to shout at me. To him, it was intolerable that I dared to make a business call in his lobby because his clients are in this hotel for leisure and don't want to see someone work in the middle of August. So I paid about 200€ per night to be interrupted in an important business call, disrespected in front of other guests, and shouted at by the business owner. Great start for my vacation.
