As a Belgian family spending our holiday in the region, we absolutely loved La Fontaine aux Bretons. The setting is beautiful, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff are genuinely welcoming. The focus on local and seasonal ingredients makes every meal special. A must-do is the Sentier des Douaniers coastal walk nearby, which offers stunning views and perfectly complements a visit to this wonderful place.
10 out of 10! My 11 year old daughter and I are from Seattle, USA visiting a friend near Nantes and found this beautiful farm resort on Booking.com. It surpassed our expectations! The double room was big, air conditioned and so comfortable to sleep! The food from the farm was in red, we had two delicious dinners and four breakfasts. The animals, the beach, the pool and the walking paths were lovely! We are definitely coming back with the rat if the family! Thank you for this unforgettable vacation!
Truly a magical place—I love coming here during my trips to Pornic. The property itself is beautiful, quiet & full of charm. The restaurant is delicious, fresh meals prepared with ingredients from the property. A new tradition has been made & we will definitely be back to visit on our next visit.
Phenomenal hotel! The domain, the staff, the activities they offer for children and adults, everything was incredible. The restaurant was delicious and the pool perfect to relax. The beach down the road is fine, but rocky. The only comment concerns the studio apartment we had with the bedroom on a mezzanine with no windows. Even if it isn't warm outside and in the living room, it was impossible to aerate the bedroom hotter summer days and nights. Nothing too damning, but to address
We had beautiful moment lost in time. The spa is really well equipped and steps from the rooms. The massage was one of the best I had and I had many. Her voice was as gentle as the massage that was the perfect balance between softness and tonic, all the details of a perfectly handled process make this moment a perfect match, from the hot towels and oil at the beginning to the hot custom made tea from the herbs of the garden at the end. The entire garden where you can eat and drink and feel at home and the many animal make this place a peaceful and ideal place to relax, for couples and families. Special thanks to the servers that are really kind and friendly and helpful. Oh and for the late checkout. Theses are all the little details that make a memorable stay. Keep the spirit
