We spent the first two days of our marriage here after traveling from Germany to France, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. ❤️ The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well organized. Perfect stop off for us on the way to the south of France. Adjoining linked rooms which meant the we didn't need to divide the five of us between two rooms as the kids had a room to themselves. Secure parking. Modern room. Comfortable bed. 24hr reception. All at a real good price. 👍
It’s a nice cozy hotel located in a calm area of Rennes. The staff at the reception were so friendly, welcoming and professional. They helped me in many things during my stay. I really appreciate their support. And considering the clean rooms and special rooms service, I highly recommend it for anyone who is searching for outstanding service at a reasonable price.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Reims and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Léna at the front desk. She was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to assist. She went out of her way to provide helpful tourist information and even warned us about some demonstrations in the city center. Instead, she recommended a visit to Saint-Malo, a beautiful coastal city just 55 minutes away by car — and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Our corner room had a lovely view of the park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was very pleasant and varied, with plenty of good-quality options to start the day. The parking is paid, but it’s very secure and there are always enough spaces available. There is also a very nice bar inside the hotel to relax in the evenings, and you’ll find several restaurants and a metro station nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. Throughout our visit, Léna assisted us on several occasions with great kindness. At check-out, Julien handled everything professionally and courteously, leaving us with a very positive final impression. Overall, this was a delightful stay, and we highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re planning to visit Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, or explore the Breton countryside, as the hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the main peripheral roads and highways. We would gladly return.
