I'm giving it one star only because I can't give it zero. I chose this place to spend a week with my family, five adults. The disappointment was huge, very huge. It doesn't fit the "boutique hotel" category in any way. We booked an apartment which was spacious, comfortable, and modern. However, upon arrival (at night), we found that the fifth bed wasn't made up, and I had to make it myself (a sofa that we could never open to convert into a bed). There was absolutely nothing in the refrigerator (not even complimentary water or any kind of minibar). They don't offer any food or drink service on site, except for breakfast, which is basic, meager (they take a long time to replenish it), repetitive, and of a quality that is very, very far from what a "boutique" hotel should offer. And there's no store nearby; we had to go to a restaurant 200 meters away to get water. But the worst thing of all was the way the air conditioning/boiler worked. We had three days of freezing temperatures, between 0 and 6 degrees Celsius, and the boiler never worked properly. Despite our repeated complaints, no one could fix it (neither the staff nor the technician). The day we arrived it was hot, but inside the apartment the temperature was 31 degrees Celsius, unbearable. Then, on the cold days, the boiler stopped working, and the apartment was literally like a refrigerator; we were freezing and uncomfortable. And no one offered us an effective solution. On top of that, they make excuses, as if they didn't already have enough bad reviews about this issue, which they clearly know about and yet they don't fix. As for cleaning, it was another disaster. They tell you that there's only one cleaning per week, halfway through your stay. They kept changing the day, and they never came to clean, change the sheets (they tried to charge extra for it), or check if the trash bag or toilet paper needed replacing. Only the afternoon before we left, after we complained, did they come to do a quick clean. Some of the staff are completely unhelpful. Carla was the only one who asked how our stay was when we checked out. The apartment had torn curtains, and one of the towels they gave us had a hole in it. In short, the treatment of guests was unbelievable. No one is truly taking responsibility for the scam that this place is. DON'T GO, because apologies at the end of your stay are useless; it's too late, and it doesn't make up for the terrible experience.

Resolvi fazer a rota dos 7 lagos e me hospedar nesse hotel, ele é muito bonito mas preciso ressaltar algumas coisas importantes. 1- sua localização não é tão agradável pois apesar de longe do centro tem um acesso feio. 2- o café da manhã foi uma tristeza pois não tinha quase nada e não estava maravilhoso o que tinha. Os pães estavam ressecados. O hotel é bonito, tem piscina que estava quentinha.

Excellent service from the staff. The apartment facilities are very nice, as are the common areas of the inn, which is just steps away. Guests can use the inn's services for an additional fee, depending on what they choose (breakfast, spa, daily cleaning). It's also a beautiful and very quiet area for walks. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartments for a week. Excellent heating, double-glazed windows, a very comfortable bed and sofa bed, a jacuzzi, and a complete set of dishes. The apartment has plenty of storage space: a clothes rack, a bench for shoes, shelves, and racks—very convenient for all the coats you bring. There are two TVs. The Wi-Fi is very good, and if you use the facilities at the inn (which are extra), they are very nice. Highly recommended!
