A lovely hotel run by Karina, Ute, and Andreas Attenberger, with a wonderful inn. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The day begins with a generous and delicious breakfast in a charming conservatory. The thermal baths and fitness room aren't large, but perfectly adequate. The inn serves truly delicious food. We recommend trying the schnitzel day on Saturdays and the incredibly tasty cream puffs, which are available every day. Among the waiters is a friendly and humorous one who used to work at the Hotel Post in Leipheim, near where we live. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel and inn to everyone. So pack your bags and head to Bad Birnbach to visit the Attenberger family!
A beautiful, family-run inn with a cozy dining room and a small, sunny beer garden. The food is varied and delicious, the drinks are refreshing and cold, and the service is perfectly friendly and prompt. We've always felt very comfortable during our several visits and tried different dishes from the menu; it's always been a pleasure. We'd especially like to mention the Cordon Bleu, which is absolutely delicious.
We ate at the Gasthaus Alte Post. It was simply delicious! The menu leaves nothing to be desired. And if you still have room after the main course, they have fantastic desserts. This inn is highly recommended! Excellent value for money!
I stayed here two months ago with my girlfriend for four days. We were absolutely thrilled! The owners and staff were very friendly. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. It's also one of the few hotels with really comfortable beds and excellent pillows. The food was consistently delicious and varied. The hotel's spa area was very well-maintained and had everything we needed. We only used it once, though, as we usually went to the thermal baths. There's a bus that goes directly to the hotel, but it's also a 10-minute walk away.
All in all, we were very satisfied and thank you for the wonderful service.
