Good experience. It was a little difficult meeting the driver. Car trunk was so filled there almost wasn’t room for the luggage. Driver was good and his communication prior to my arrival was good as well.

Our driver put our bags and walker in his car and then confirmed our Terminal. I forgot to even look so it was nice he asked early. We found the right one and he got us to the airport very quickly.

There was some double booking mistake. I was contacted by 2 drivers one by text he other on what’s app. Neither was the name given. I went with the first person that contacted me on text and it turns out that was the wrong person. So I was changed a cancellation fee. I will never use your services again.

I reserved for a later time concerned that immigration could take longer with newer screening. Our flight was also early. The driver was early too, having monitored our arrival time. He was pleasant, took my luggage and led us to the car which was a sleek Tesla. Later I saw he had texted us that he had arrived. The whole transfer experience was seamless. Thanks
We never found our Driver. We got no message ahead of time to say what the Driver‘s name was or where he would be picking us up. He was not there to greet us when we got off of the plane; nor when we went on to get our baggage at the carousel; or when we went outside of the terminal. We did get a message that said “I am here. Where are you?” but he never stated where he was. Eventually, we paid for another driver to take us to our hotel. now we are seeing if we can get our money back. I also requested for a pick up from our hotel for a return trip to the airport and never heard back on if that was part of the deal. Decided I would wait till the driver picked us up and I would discuss it then. That never happened. we have used via tor many times for transfers. This is the first time where there was a lot of uncertainty in the entire process.
We had a great experience with our driver David. He was there as expected and delivered us safely and in a timely manner to our hotel. He also drive us back to the airport several days later. This was a great experience for us!

Our flight was delayed three hours. we contacted the vendor for our travel pickup but got no reply. we contacted Viator and they contacted the vendor. He was there at the airport and texted us when we arrived where to meet him. He came inside to carry our luggage out to car… So appreciated. Thank you

This transfer didn’t happen. I arrived on 6/25 on time 9:30 am but because passport control was down/out service they had to do every passenger manually there were at least 4-5 flight that arrived at the same time and it took two and half hours to get through passport control. My driver had to leave to pick up another passenger. I called the Viator in Paris and no one picked up, I sent a message and no one replied. I called the US number in the states spoke to Richard and he said he called and no one answered. After three hours I had no choice but to get a taxi. That cost me 140€. I requested a refund and was denied. I will finish out my already booked tours for the trip and I will never again will use VIATOR and will let my fellow travelers not to use Viator!
The communication was excellent. Due to traffic the driver was slightly late but was able to get me to CDG with more than enough time. I would use this service again.
Our flight was delayed and unfortunately we were unable to make the shuttle. We advised the driver and even though they were not able to provide a new time, they were very helpful and have advised they will process a refund

Service both ways was excellent. Only complaint..I was expecting someone waiting as we came out of customs but had to go find them in the parking lot which took a while if you've never been there before.
The RER B, which we usually take to CDG was closed for renovations. We chose Viator service as an alternative. Samira of DT Driver was very professional and pleasant.

Scheduling was a little confusing on line. Reservation time was set. Driver called a half hour early as we were still in border control line. He told me to call when ready. 4 friends had come into a different terminal at the airport and after much confusion the driver would not wait for the friends to make their way to our location and only agreed to pick them up after an additional charge paid directly to him in cash. He didn’t want to pick them up even though the initial reservation was made for and paid for 6 people. He kept saying the other terminal was 10 kilometers away and it ended up being on our way to the hotel. The good part was the fact that he didn’t seem to drive safely and we got to the hotel as quickly as possible.
OK but hadn’t expected drivers very young child to be travelling with us and needing care from my son.

Despite our flight arriving an hour early, our driver had followed our flight and was ready and so very helpful in transferring us from the huge and confusing DeGaulle airport to our central Paris hotel in rush hour. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service!
Lots of traffic all the way from CDG to center of Paris. Not particularly scenic but the traffic patterns are interesting- motorcycles can drive between car lanes, emergency vehicles drive between lanes as traffic allows. Our driver was very skilled and we felt safe dispite the chaos around us

The transfer was excelent. However my other tour booked thru you company did not go well bin fact I can NOT recommend your company for the tours. Only the transfer to and from Paris went well.
Viator canceled our car pickup the day before we were to arrive in Paris. They gave us no alternatives and made no effort to take care of us. They did say I would be refunded my money within 5 to 7 days, but that was hardly satisfactory.
Driver stayed in communication and was friendly and courteous. The Tesla was clean and comfortable. The driver got us here with no issues.
