The driver never showed up and texted and called 2 hours after arrival time. Then they neve answered viator or my calls. Never book with this company.

Driver did not show up and texted 2 hours after pickup wondering if I still needed a ride. Company was impossible to get a hold of . Never book this trip

It was a smooth and easy process. Our driver was professional and courteous. He provided an excellent experience

Exclusive Transfers Paris is absolutely an excellent company. I do recommend!!

Wonderful driver. Picked us up on time at tge airport. Took great care of our luggage and helped us all tge way. I am handicapped and driver was a great help.

The driver was very slow at first and then he was on his phone for most of the trip. Almost got into an accident from not paying attention. Very disappointed

Our driver at CDG never showed up after 45 min. Had to get taxi. We called Viator, and we did not receive helpful information

The driver has a short wait ti.e. schedule your pick up 30 min after your arrival time to allow for baggage retrieval.

Both the driver and company were very unprofessional. I had changed of address for my destination and have already contacted the company about the change but no one responded. When the driver picked me up at the airport. He was on the phone the entire time. Did not pay attention to the roads and took me back the previous address even after i showed him the proof that the change have already been reported.

Punctual, friendly and safe driver! Smooth exit from CDG and pleasant drive to our hotel, pointing out a few landmarks along the way. Would gladly book again!

The transfer was perfection. Ahmed was waiting at the exit of customs. He was friendly and professional - he even sent a text via whatsapp to ldt me know he was waiting and to make sure I had his number. He was a careful driver and the vehicle was in excellent condition. It was so nice having such a good experience after getting off an overnight flight. Outstanding value for the price paid!

Friendly and pleasant driver. Waited patiently with flight delay. Good driving through congested streets.

Driver was lovely. Communicated regularity and easily found us at airport even with our flight being quite late

We used this service from the Paris Airport to our hotel in Paris. Our driver waited for us while we were in long Border Patrol lines. We recieved clear direction and rhe location of our driver. He was parked close to an exit door and the transport was quick in a clean and comfortable van. We would recommend this service for future use.

Our driver was very responsive and understanding when our flight was delayed. He helped with the luggage and provided water for our ride into Paris.

Perfect transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris with my friends. The driver was on time, friendly, and professional. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the ride. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Paris!

Showed up on time where they were supposed to be and extremely nice. I would definitely use them again if I return to Paris.

Exceptional service. The driver was right there waiting for me with a sign, which was such a relief after a long flight. The car was clean, spacious, and super comfortable, just what I needed. The driver was friendly and professional, and even gave me a few great tips about Paris while we drove. Getting to my hotel in the Opera district was smooth and stress-free—I didn’t have to worry about figuring out public transport or finding a cab. I’d absolutely use again. Highly recommend!

I recently used the transfer service from Orly Airport to the Novotel Tour Eiffel in Paris, and it was a fantastic experience. The driver was punctual, professional, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The entire process was smooth and efficient, making our arrival in Paris stress-free. I highly recommend this transfer service for anyone traveling to the city!

Our driver met us right at our arrival, took us to his ultra clean Tesla and drove us to our hotel. He also supplied us with one bottle of water each. Not a single issue!
