This was a great tour, highly recommend. You get to ‘skip the line’ which was way faster. Violette was superb. She was very personable and warm, very knowledgeable of all the history. It was really great getting to walk through different parts of the museum, you had time to look around the museum while also getting to the highlights. The 2hr tour went super quick but felt like enough. Highly recommend (with Violette).l!

A wonderful experience with Ivana. Just four of us on the tour. We hit all the highlights and were invited to stay after. Having a guide of this caliber makes the Louvre ALMOST felt manageable! It was warm and relatively crowded but it was a cool breeze hitting all the right pieces in a quick jaunt. Really was special and couldn’t ask for a better excursion on our brief stay in Paris. Most bang for the buck around.

After hours is the best time to tour the Louvre. Crowds are significantly smaller, and your guide can take you easily to the major things most people want to see and so much more.

Ivana provided a fantastic tour of the Louvre. I have been there before but learned more on this tour than prior. She was knowledgeable and offered an entertaining and fascinating history of the museum, history, and art. She showed us things we would have likely overlooked. The price of the tour was very low considering the wealth of information we received. I would 100% book a tour with Ivana!!! It was an unforgettable experience!

I spent a week in Paris, and the two tours I spent with Adam, the owner, were the absolute highlight of my trip. I did one day at the Palace of Versailles and another at the Louvre Museum. He gave my partner and I the perfect blend of historical facts and whimsical stories all the while engaging us in conversation about these marvelous works of art. Amehd is absolutely phenomenal and his tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris. From his vast depth of knowledge, he shared with us the fascinating stories behind each of the works we visited and brought to light the real human beings that made them. His sense of appreciation for these artworks and their artists will stay with us for a lifetime. We loved learning about lapis lazuli, ancient cuneiform, and the Louvre’s mote. But the most meaningful was standing with him before da Vinci’s great works, especially John the Baptist and the Mona Lisa. We have a wonderful, kind, patient knowledge tour guide in Violette. She led us in a group entrance with quick entry, had a large safe bin to store our things and a bathrooms for your groups. She expertly led us through the museum to show us the highlights as well as a few other works. She gave us plenty of opportunity to sit down and rest while she was giving us an expert explanation of each piece.

Having only one day at the museum, I thought the guide really helped. Beautiful museum. We had lunch at Marly’s outside overlooking the courtyard. The food and service was worth the premium. While thousand of people waited in line to get tickets, we passed the entry to the Louvre Museum in minutes. Within less than 3hours, we saw 10 most “important” masterpieces there including paintings, sculptures and other artifice by known and unknown artists. Adam's guided tour of the Louvre was our families trip to Paris. He was engaging, informed, passionate, and thought provoking. For the rest of our trip the kids would comment "this would be better if Adam could show us it". We are a family of four with a 12 and 15 year old. Adam ensured the tour was relevant for us all and connected it brilliantly to our kids world and references today. It would be east to get lost in the Louvre, however Adam's ability to bring the right highlights to us and weave an engaging story through out kept us all in focus. Adam was the highlight of our busy time in Paris! I had my children (ages 10 & 12) and my mother (age 70) with me on the tour, and we all adored him equally! He is incredibly knowledgeable, not just on the art and the louvre itself, but also on the best ways to get around and ways to best view the masterpieces. He’s truly an expert! On any tour we took after his, there was a collective “it was ‘pas mal’ (not bad)…but it wasn’t Adam!’ I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic ! Our tour guide, Violette Andre was very knowledgeable and personable. Any questions we had were answered and she made our experiences enjoyable, with some humour tossed in. The explanations of histories past with regards to the paintings and yes, the Louvre itself were great. We were thrilled to see the Mona Lisa portrait.

I’ve been on a lot of tours (in Paris and beyond) and Adam was the best tour guide ever. He made 3 hours fly! I was afraid my two kids would be crying after an hour but they were sad when it ended.
