Our Guide will provide a captivating historical overview of the Eiffel Tower before guiding you to the entrance. Our knowledgeable host will be addressing any questions you may have. Joining the host in the designated line, the guide will get your elevator tickets and hand them to you. Once you have your tickets, proceed to the tower entrance. Rest assured, our host's role is to facilitate your visit, offer informative insights for the city views and the tower different sights, and ensure your Eiffel Tower visit is hassle-free.

If you arrive AFTER your booking time it will be considered as "No Show". Maximum to wait for you with a written message sent to the guide will be 10 to 15 minutes The Eiffel Tower summit can be closed sometimes because of adverse weather conditions or for technical or security issue but visitors are allowed only up to the second floor. The limited access up to the second floor only is decided by the Eiffel Tower authorities for security reasons and its decision cannot be bypassed. Our guide was terrific! He was from Egypt, and spoke perfect English. My wife was feeling well and he adjusted our tour to her pace, the views from the top of the tower were marvelous, and our guide provided facts, but didn’t overload or bore us. With the crowd it took 2 hours. We were the only people on our tour. Can’t imagine how it would have been with a group of 6 or more. The tour was very expensive as compared to buying tickets directly.

The tour guide was exceptional and very knowledge.Unfortunately both the top floor and 1at floor were closed due to the heat which is out of his control however I would have expected a small refund in return considering how expensive the package was.
Awesome tour guide and it’s not his fault but I think Tripadvisor need to lower the price of the tour.

The elevator ride to the summit was exciting, and the views across Paris were simply incredible. My children loved spotting famous landmarks from above. Everything was well coordinated, and the pace was comfortable. It was easily one of the best memories from our vacation.

After booking this pretty expensive experience, we arrived 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet the guide.
The guide no-showed. We called, we messaged, and after 30 minutes of trying to track someone down, we finally got someone on the phone who simply just said the guide wasn't coming.
They refunded us, but it wasn't sufficient. We paid for cars to get there, sat around for 30 minutes and worst of all never got to go into the Eiffel Tower because it was closing 2 hours later and everything else was sold out.
This tour company ruined a special experience and my kids were devastated.

Mahima was truly wonderful. We were a bit rushed because we had limited time, and I also had a lot of questions along the way — on top of that, my husband was struggling with jet lag and was pretty worn out.
