Shuttle Arrival Transfer From Paris Airport To Hotel/ Apartment

Was the worst transfer of our whole trip unfortunately. Irratix driving especially when trying to exit the parking garage.

She was a good driver. She was polite and professional. This was so much better than getting cab at the airport, and I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Our driver was so attentive to our needs. He waited patiently for my husband to get his eSIM working and helped us get our bags to the van!

I would not recommend this company at all. From the beginning the driver was rude. We arrived at the airport and one of our group members had issues getting through passport control so we went to a cafe to wait to see if they could get through and be able to join us outside of customs. When it got to the 1.5 hour mark after we landed(which is the amount of time we were told we had to find the driver) we went to our driver and he was very irritated that we had walked past him already. I tried to explain the situation but I’m not sure he understood. We then went to the van and started loading all our luggage. The back of the van was carrying a car seat which i did not request. This caused some issues since our luggage did not fit without moving the car seat into the cabin of the van. Our luggage barely fit even though i confirmed with the company that they could fit all 8 of us and our luggage before booking. Not only could the luggage barely fit but since there was a car seat taking up a spot we could not fit our entire group in the van and had to send 2 of them to find their own way. Then I had paid for waters to be in the van and there were none so I mentioned it to the driver and he said no I did not pay for water and then he checked and saw I had paid for water. He then proceeded to pull out scorching hot waters for some of us, not even everyone. The van had no air conditioning vents in the back of the van only in the front and also no windows to get any airflow. We had the AC on but the driver got cold and shut his vent, which left the rest of us dying from the heat. Wr mentioned several times that we were hot and needed more air but the driver acted like he could not understand us. We were literally ill from the heat and almost threw up from the lack of air. The van was not good, it felt like a converted cargo van and should not be carrying passengers. To make matters worse, once we got to our hotel the driver berated us about next time we needed to come straight to him and not wait. We mentioned that we came to him at the 1.5 hour mark which is the time frame allowed and he just said no and that we have to come directly to him next time. Well there will definitely not be a next time. This was the worst experience and I do not recommend this company at all.

Viator handled several changes in our itinerary without a problem.. Driver was prompt and friendly. Everything worked perfectly.

Got us to where we were going seamlessly

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is terrible. We paid $131 for a driver and we got a man that showed up late wearing dirty jeans and a flannel. He had the name wrong. For the money I expected a clean vehicle and while there was no trash in it, there were stains on the seats and had a horrible smell. He drove way too fast, I ended up getting nauseous on the trip. Thankfully air and peppermints helped. When we got to Paris he took the wrong way because we initially drove towards the northern side of Paris when we were staying next to the River. There were speed bumps which he drove over way too fast that left us bouncing around the van. As we got close to our location he decided to drop us off about 10 min away from it because he didn’t want to figure out how to get there. We walked with all our luggage (2 bags each) the rest of the way while he drove past us and away. Do not waste your money or time. We could have take. An Uber for the same cost. I will never use them for any other trips to Paris. SO DISGUSTED!!! When we reached out to Viator for assistance they denied my Partial Refund request. I’m done!!

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, but I received a call to advise me that our driver was 10 minutes away and it worked out perfectly. the car was clean and comfortable. I would use this company again for sure.

Our driver was on time and had my name clearly shown so easy to idetify her.Car was lovely and she drove safely to our destination 1 hour away.

When we arrived and called asking where the driver was we were asked why were we at 2a? You had our flight information why weren’t you at 2a instead we had to Walk to 15, which was closed to meet the driver who came up through 14. Very frustrating. On top of that the driver only spoke French we speak English and Spanish.

Driver did not have a sign with our name, instead the company phoned us to say the driver was waiting. This is a problem when you have just landed in the country and don't have a smart phone. Luckily the driver found us, as she was about to leave.

Traffic is always iffy so allow time for driver to arrive. Ours was late but did try to contact us. A great way for several people plus luggage to get from airport to hotel.

I booked this car transfer because of the general strikes that disrupted public transportation from Orly into the city. It was a reasonably priced and fast, which was surprising given the fact that most of the trains weren’t running. Cassia was my driver and messaged me the night before to confirm meeting spot at orly. He was welcoming and drove safely and efficiently to my destination.

Our driver was very friendly and polite! We had a little trouble finding her, but she found us with no problem! I highly recommend this company for transfers. They are always on time and I’m very good.

Driver was supposed to wait for us when we arrived at airport. Instead, we had to wait for driver for 10 mins.

They arrived more then 1 hour late to airport pick up, the driver clearly knew this and she decided to play speed racer on her way to hotel, at least twice she almost crashed.

When I arrived in Paris my driver I have been texted before my flight sent me a text when I arrived that something came up he would send another driver. Well after numerous calls and texts no one answered so I took a taxi. After 1 hour I received a text from another driver looking for me but I left with a taxi. I have requested my money back but haven’t heard anything yet..

The driver was not waiting in the arrivals hall. When I called the operator he told me it would be 20 minutes. I said that's too long he said okay five minutes. We waited ten minutes still no driver, had to find alternate transportation.

Our driver is very friendly and easy to communicate with.He was very helpful and helped me and my granddaughter with our luggage from the airport to the shuttle. We were very relaxed because we trusted him with his driving expertise. He dropped us off directly in front of our hotel and even ran after me to bring me my sunglasses cleaner which I didn’t know I dropped! I would recommend him and the service.

She was so patient. The passport system shutdown twice and she had a long wait. She was wonderful , helpful with luggage and got us where we needed to be. We’ve always had good experiences with Viator.

Driver was polite and kept me informed. He explained any issues such as Paris traffic and he pointed out the sights on the way into city.

Our Driver was late to the airport by over an hour. He had a hand written sign and didn't even use my last name. He was also picking up 2 other passengers that we had to sit all squished together in a car that haf business carrying 5 adults and he didn't even speak a lick of English. He didn't apologize or contact us about being late. It was absolutely terrible. He didn't even know where to drop the first 2 guests off at. They decided to get out and walk the rest of the way to their hotel.

He showed up late, in a t shirt, he walked swiftly ahead of us to his car, not looking back to see if we were even following , we had to stop for gas on our trip to the hotel, never spoke a word to us. Definitely a disappointment.

Everything was exactly as described. Driver was very professional and courteous. CDG is a crazy airport but Adolph’s smoothed everything out.

My flight was over 3 1/2hrs late in arriving after being delayed 4 1/2 before taking off due to a terrible snow storm in Canada. Even though I dont do cell phone the rep for the airport was able to contact viator and get someone to pick me up within the hour of calling which I thought was pretty good.

Driver was half hour late said he was stuck in traffic despite this was taken to hotel safely would of preferred to use uber

everything was good with the driver she just did not help with our bags. everything else was great. our flight was over an hour late and she was still there waiting on us.

Our pick up at the airport was extremely efficient and smooth. Our driver communicated with us immediately, provided clear instructions where to meet and was very pleasant and professional.

That my seat belt didn't work and the driver liked to text while driving! He did get us to our location safely.

Driver was over 45 minutes late picking us up. He then sat in the parking lot of the airport talking to a friend who pulled up next to us in another car for about 15 more minutes before finally leaving. He couldn’t find our hotel and finally let us out 2 streets over so that we could walk to the final destination.

We are arriving in Paris with three adults, three checked bags, and three carry-on. When I ordered our pick up, I gave them that information to ensure that we had a van. When our driver met us at the pick up location and Trunk took us into the parking lot, he was in a very small car, where we had to cram our suitcases into the front seat, the backseat and the trunk. It was very very uncomfortable 1.5 hour ride to our hotel.

Transfer was GREAT. Heavy traffic, but driver was able to maneuver around and thru. Driver was pleasant and engaging. We highly recommend him.

The driver From Viator was not authorised to pick people up from the airport and was arrested by the police and we had to catch a taxi and pay for that So we are out of money. Also the charge twice as much is a taxi which is a fixed rate to the city

A little confusion on pickup, but we were able to message through WhatsApp and get it figured out. Only a 15 minute delay.

Driver was not waiting for our party after clearing customs. Texted on Whatsapp 30 min after our scheduled arrival time. Then did not show up until almost 45 minutes after I responded to his text. When he arrived, he grabbed one suitcase and started walking away. I had to run and catch up to confirm that he was our driver. He then turned and started walking again without saying another word. When we got to his van, he loaded our luggage without comment. He confirmed our destination. Then drove without comment. He dropped us of again without comment. All in all, he seemed put out by having to pick us up and shuttle us to our destination. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with arranged transportation.

The driver was very helpful, made sure we had a great experience and couldn’t have been nicer! Bought us some coffee while we waited for our daughter arriving just after us!
