Palais Garnier did not recognize our tickets. I called the supplier on my ticket but was disconnected. BUT VIATOR CHAT WAS GREAT AND ARE REFUNDING MY TICKET COST. ( Palais Garnier staff were kind and sold us two tickets even though the tickets were sold out!)
The opera house gets extremely crowded and on the day of our visit the theater was closed to visitors significantly affecting the quality of the experience.
Actually took the tour with the guide provided by the opera. Their website allows you to choose. We had to schedule several days ahead. We picked English language and the guide was very fluent and knowledgeable. The building was very crowded with people like models and it was difficult to see certain areas because of the crowd. Absolutely over top decor.
Absolutely beautiful experience! The Palais Garnier is stunning, with incredible architecture and atmosphere. Everything was easy and well organized. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!
amazing place! my husband dragged me to see it since i am not a big opera fan but i’m glad he did this place is breathtaking would definitely recommend it!
I ordered 4 tickets, I received a QR code as a ticket. But on site the QR code did not work, the staff found a solution and we are inside. Then everything was fine.

The audio guide is confusing. There are no signs The palace is magnificent
