It was a little confusing finding out where to go once we arrived. The cruise itself was just okay. You are herded like cattle onto the boat and it is pretty stifling if you sit on the lower deck. Sights are pretty but we had already seen most of them on our days here. If you are the type that like large group tourist activities, you probably would not mind this, but it was definitely crowded and not as enjoyable for our crew. However, we had a great experience at the restaurant portion of the tour. The food was very good and our service was great. We did have to get clarification from our waiter on what was included with our lunch package but the options were great and food was delicious!

As you approach the Pont Alexandre III, you will see the Dome des Invalides on the right side. This monument houses the tomb of Napoleon Bonaparte.

We managed to get prime positions on our Seine River Cruise which was great. Then lunch at Le Bistro Parisien was wonderful, great service and very lovely food. A great way to celebrate catching up with relatives while in Paris. There was an initial hiccup with the collection of our tickets prior to the event but cruise staff were very helpful and helped us sort it out.
The process is a bit confusing. You either eat at the restaurant next door first then do the cruise or do it after the cruise. And you have all day to do it. It was very stressful trying to figure that all out as we were running late and had no internet service to pull up the tickets. Other than that, the food was good and the cruise was very enjoyable.
An amazing experience having lunch at Le Bistro Parisien, a floating restaurant next to the Eiffel tower before doing the Seine River Cruise. The location and the stunning view from the restaurant made our experience very memorable. Three course meal was excellent, absolutely loved the service. Only downside the tables were too close. We then took River Seine cruise by the nearby pier. The fascinating history and views of the city from a different perspective were absolutely breathtaking. Enjoyed many great views of the bridges, monuments, museums along the river. Had a great time waving to the people sitting or walking on the river banks as we cruised. Highly recommend!
Nice lunch and quick River tour. Lunch was delicious, staff was friendly in the restaurant and on the boat.
Nice trip up the Seine River...Nice cafe meal as well ..The service was very pleasnat and the desert and gazpacho starter memorable.
Meeting point was easy to find and cruise was okay. The only hassle was we (all customers with prepaid bookings) were asked to email our prepaid tickets to their email address they would give us our cruise tickets and assign tables for lunch. We had to take screenshots of our tickets and attached to our email which took some time. In the end, because of the congestion at the door, they just gave us our cruise tickets and showed us our lunch tables. They should have the facility to just scan our prepaid tickets which had readable codes. The restaurant staff were friendly though.
Dinner was at the dock, then you go on a barge for the cruise. The value was good for what you received. Service was a little slow at the restaurant. The cruise was relaxing and beautiful.
A beautiful way to see Paris. We Got to see Eiffel Tower lit up. I Would highly recommend this tour and would do it again
It was difficult to find exactly where we were to join the boat and when to dine. All in all a nice ride down the river
Ask upfront what’s included and pre-print any tickets or vouchers!! We were hyped to do this event as we traveled to Paris with our 2 teens. The Viator app didn’t work when we arrived and I emailed the company stating that. After being told to go to several different places for assistance, the tour operator had me email him a screenshot of the confirmed reservation and he let us on the boat. No one seemed to know what was going on after the cruise ended as you had to get off one boat and find the boat where they were serving lunch that came with the cruise, if you paid in advance. The lunch was a complete debacle! The same tour operator was in charge of the lunch and he had one poor girl working who took orders, cleared tables and served you your food. She was clearly overwhelmed and forgot to put my daughter’s order in. We were seated at 120pm and by the time our daughter received her food it was 230pm. She ordered a simple pasta dish and by the time it came, we were disgusted and ready to leave as I had to let the tour operator know what was going on. He apologized but the damage was done as other patrons that came in after us had received their food and were leaving. I would not recommend the lunch and would not do this tour again.
Service was 5* The boat was clean and modern The cruise itself was lovely The food was 5* Lots of wine (waitress kept topping us up) Value for money on this one! It was a lot more than we expected!! Must do whilst your in Paris
Boot trip was okay, couldn't understand everything the guy was saying but was nice. Staff on dock excellent. Meal was nice, good quality food. Our waiter was a bit so-so, I wasn't fussed on him. Waited over an hour for desserts. Nice to expect though
There were individual tables for couples, so the experience was romantic and intimate. The food was delicious, and the server was very attentive. There was entertainment, and great views as we travelled along the Seine. I would highly recommend this experience!
This cruise was a lovely experience. We got to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night and see the Statue of Liberty’s smaller twin. The food was excellent and the live music was fun. Plenty to drink! I would say it’s very important to note where the meeting place is ahead of time so you get your transportation right. Other than that, it was the perfect way to end our trip.
The food on this tour was amazing and the staff was very kind. The cost of this tour is absolutely worth the excellent food and views! Also, the bathrooms were very classy for a riverboat. I was so impressed!
The Eiffel tower view made was the best part. The restaurant was nice. The food presentation was horrible and taste even worse. The steak was burnt. Highly disappointed and would not book again.
This was a fantastic experience with my family. Saw all sights in Paris with great weather. The cruise went smoothly and was informative and the lunch at le parisians was fantastic. Thank you
Overall a great experience. Food was enjoyable and the service was great ! 2 bottles of wine and glass of champagne was included in price. The photographer was very friendly. Downsides: - air-conditioning on (too cold) - no kids menu - check-in a bit confusing
Food was great but everything else was awful. The cruise itself had no commentary except self guided audio which was not what we expected from the description. We were herded like cattle onto the ship. Service was rude. Extremely low value for money.
Lunch was excellent with a full and varied menu and excellent service. Allow a couple of hours to relax over a glass or two to enjoy this part of the package. It is really well organized despoite the numbers arriving at the same time. The cruise can be taken whenever you choose. It was interesting with a full descriptions of the highlights that we passed in three languages and the alternative of listening on the company app. Unfortunately, the high water prevented us going all the way to the islands but there was nothing that the Company can do about that as the bridges are quite low. It was a very enjoyable afternoon in the sun and we would recommend it.
My family and I enjoyed a lovely cruise then a filling lunch after the cruise. Service is really good and waiter was kind to The kids . Thank you.
I love taking pictures to the beautiful architecture cityscape and the service in the restaurant was good…
Atmosphere was good. Food was good. Service was excellent. We would recommend the Bistro, did not have time to take the cruise.
The cruise was very relaxing, and serene...I didn't get to see as many sights as I would have liked to, because I was on the inside of the boat. Due to the length of time it took to get my bill at the bistro, I was one of the last ones to get onto the boat. Making the prime sightseeing seats unavailable. Which brings me to, my lunch...the appetizer was great...the steak was overcooked, and I was left to try and cut it with a butter knife. The service was more than lacking I actually had to stand up and practically yell for my check. After the steak, which I was unable to finish, due to the toughness, I was turned off to the dessert. The waiter was just short of belligerent. He acted as though he was annoyed to have to be serving me, and I was sat in a corner withering under the intense heat. I was extremely uncomfortable. and considered abandoning the meal I prepaid for. At any rate, the idea of having the cruise after the meal is a great way to spend the afternoon. However, it would serve them well to consider their customers needs and desires, so that they will be able to have better business retention. As I am planning my spring break trip to paris with my husband, I honestly don't feel I'll be returning to this particular venue.
The cruise was absolutely wonderful. However, bistro Parisien need some work. When we sat down visitors shared that the service was poor. We received our water and soda 10 minutes after our appetizer. They put rotten lettuce on my husbands burger and the bun was soggy. We ended up leaving soon after because we could not get assistance.
It’s so worth it. And the staff in the restaurant are amazing.. Especially the Spanish and French guys.
Being seasoned travellers we were a little hesitant to book something so ‘tourist’ focused but we were travelling with the grandparents and decided it would be a easy and cool way to see the sights of Paris in mid August. It actually turned out to be the highlight of the trip and I can wholeheartedly recommend. The service was excellent. We had our disabled and autistic son with us who was experiencing some distress at the start of the trip. The staff went out of their way to help and support us at the check in. The check in was smooth and no queue which was a stark contrast to the huge queues we passed for the regular sight seeing cruises further down the docks. The waiting staff were also really helpful and friendly offering little snippets of info as we passed the landmarks and constantly filling our glasses / keeping the bread coming etc. The food was excellent with a reasonable choice on the menu. We were supposed to have 1.5 bottles of wine between 6 of us but we’re issued 2 bottles and an additional half bottle just ‘appeared’ towards the end of the cruise when we ran out. It’s would be easy for them to squeeze the margins but the provision of food and drink within the package was generous and plentiful and if a high quality. I really recommend the trip for a relaxed and enjoyable way to see the sights and enjoy some Parisian food and hospitality. We selected the Etiole lunch package and we were happy with the seating on the raised central section of the boat. This offered good views to both sides of the boat for the whole journey. I don’t see the need to pay for the higher priced seating unless perhaps a more romantic window table for 2 is the preference. On reflection the lunch cruise also represented great value!
We really enjoyed the experience, wonderful views from the boat. We couldn't hear the commentary but had scanned the code and had all the info we needed. Lunch was gorgeous and the staff were charming. Many thanks.
Very disappointed that cafe was closed. We went around barricade stations to knock on closed door to get someone’s attention. He was finally able to get our tickets just in time to board the boat. The tour guide on the boat was multi-lingual. I believe I heard French English Spanish and Italian? We did see several landmarks but overall picture taking was somewhat difficult due to trees, other buildings, etc. We got back to the cafe and tried to have lunch but our time was cut short because of the time it takes to get a cab, get to the train station, and board. If you have enough time to leisurely travel the city, this tour would be ok. If you are on a cruise ship in Le Havre - do not try to get to Paris and back. At least six hours of your day will be getting to Paris and back to the boat. The train in front of us was involved in an accident. The delay put us 90 minutes late for the ship. Since there were 60 or so people on the train trying to get to the ship, they did wait for us. We heard another 11 people were on the highway stuck and did not make the ship.
Worth every penny! Lovely lunch and a wonderful way to see the city. Good wines accompanied the lunch and our waitress spoke a little English.
We enjoyed the meal and had a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower! The Cruise was busy but very delightful!
For the price (not cheap), the lunch and cruise experience is definitely worth it. The lunch was very good, the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The cruise was good as always.
Absolutely amazing setting and lovely food. Great view of tower and river from our table. Service great. Cruise was informative and right length of time.
This was a nice experience. It was raining but we was still able to enjoy a nice lunch. They don't have to go boxes so make sure you go ready to clean your plates!
A wonderful experience and great food too. The only thing is that there should be a clearer instruction in which port to wait as me and other passengers were waiting at port 1 as I instructed in the email. Then we were told we have to wait in port 3.
Horrible. Was impossible to find the location and the directions to get there were not accurate. Very stressful and no guidance as to what times boats were. Everyone told us different things and took an hour to even find the destination of the cruise. The restaurant had good food but the stress of the experience ruined it.
My daughters and I had a lovely time! The food was delicious and the boat tour was fun! Tho, it was confusing to figure out exactly where to go.
It was very hard to find where to pick up tickets from. Not good instructions. Lunch was great and so where the servers. Boat ride was not good.
The cruise arrangement was very well organized and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, from checking in to the waiters friendly approach. The food was excellent and also a fine selection of wine and champagne. We had two very relaxing and memorable hours on the Seine boat trip. We can warmly recommend it to any visitor to Paris.
Slow service (1 hr 45 min for a 3 course meal), mediocre food. Trip advisor said it opened at 11a - it opens at noon. This was paired with a boat cruise, but we weren’t able to make the boat cruise because lunch took so long.
Great customer service. I forgot the name of the Malian guy that served us on the cruise . But he was exceptionally good.
A 2 year belated 21st celebration with my daughter, we had a fantastic boat trip, sitting on deck listening to the audio guide through our mobile phone, a great way to see the sights especially Note Dame. Followed by a lovely 3 course lunch with wine on the deck of the restaurant overlooked by the Eiffel Tower. The staff were really lovely and helpful especially with my broken English. Would thoroughly recommend
Tour is good, service is good, food is good. I am satisfied. It is pricey but it is worth the money. Spend the extra to get a window seat.
Nice and tatsy menu, great wine, singing live and such a romantic atmosphere ! I wish I could do it again soon !
(The boat trip at Bateaux Parisiens was very cool and we enjoyed every moment. It was a lot of fun watching people strolling the banks of the Sena river wave to the boat. It was very cold during the ride, but it was really cool! There are several boats that make the tour and you can choose.) 😍💖
Everything went well, very good meal, very pleasant staff I recommend it without hesitation Again. Thank you
Pleasantly surprised Excellent meal Small downside. We wanted another beer offered for an extra charge, impossible.
Very good food, highly recommendable experience. The boat ride was pleasant; the children really enjoy it.
Catch tourist par excellence, good ride on the Seine. However, the chef’s achievements are surprisingly mediocre, no taste harmony, stale breads, pre-made desserts. In short, the only positive: “the view”, the food is not worth the visit. In any case, it’s a shame to prioritize profit over quality.
