Very nice experience! Great way to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The views were amazing and the food and entertainment was nice.
The Seine River dinner was fair, I was expecting some live entertainment as was advertised on the tour description . There was No Live entertainment, food was fair, service was less than average. Waiter never came around asking if we needed anything, we purchased drinks on the cruise, but was never offered any beverage with our dinner. We had to request water. Itinerary listed the cruise to last up to 4 hours, but we were glad it only lasted 2 hours.
Arrived early and the registrar showed us some of the hotel rooms on board. This is quite the Paris experience! The timing of the circuit between meal courses and scenic views was perfect. See the Eiffel Tower explode with sparkling lights, duck going under bridges. For USA guests, there's a photo-op at the turn-around to capture the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower. Other guests came to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, but it is a way to celebrate anything. The service and food were excellent. We ordered something different for each course and together we were pleased with our selections. And the singer--what a wonderful voice. She delighted the crowd with French tunes and some interesting covers of popular tunes. Altogether, a must do event.
The pictures are deceiving. It is a very boring dining room with no bar where you can sit at while you are waiting. We arrived at 6:45 pm and were allowed to sit at our reserved table, and had our complimentary glass of wine. The singer didn't start performing until 8:30, and she took many breaks in between songs. She had a beautiful voice, but my husband called her an "unprofessional professional." She lacked warmth and vivaciousness. Our waiter was very nice and efficient. The food was just okay. We actually couldn't wait to get off the ship. Overall, it was a little boring. The singer could have made it more fun, but she didn't. Her songs were very melancholy. Not what we expected. Save your money, and find another dinner cruise.
I would book the dinner alone - no drinks and buy a bottle of wine on board. Food was very good, entertainment was lovely. Beautiful evening timed so we had perfect pics of the sparking Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty!
I celebrated my birthday on the Seine River Dinner Cruise. The meal was excellent , the service was good and the singer was outstanding and entertaining. We got some fantastic photos of the Eiffel Tower. It was truly a night to remember.
And this is not even close to what was advertised. “4-hour cruise” “Start time 7pm” So, we rushed to get to the boat at 7 PM. Here’s what the itinerary actually consist of: Arrive to what is actually a boat hotel. Nobody greeting, no indication where to go, navigate your own way up a set of stairs to the top of the boat and then find another set of stairs which takes you down to the middle of the boat, where the hotel check-in desk is located where the front desk manager will check you in for the cruise but actually knows nothing about the cruise itself. 7:00-8:15: sit with the boat tied up in an ugly part of Paris while they try to sell you upgraded appetizers. 8:15-10:00: The actual cruise. Navigating by a very strange route that puts the boat in the opposite direction from all of the other books on the end, which means the Pro has to stop at every single bridge to let all the other boats pass before it can go through. Enjoy the smell of diesel fumes from the boat during this time. “3-course dinner”: It is true that they served a three course dinner. Was it any quality? Well, it might’ve been considered good food in Paris, Texas. “Live singer”: it is true that a woman sang twice for 15 minutes, and it is true that she was alive. 10:00: return to the dock at the ugly part of Paris, wait for 25 minutes for them to figure out how to use their own gangway, and then get off the boat. Very disappointing “Live singer”
We went on Sunday evening in late August. Much of Paris was on holiday. It was easy enough to get to Port de la Rapee by taxi (though we did have to walk back to Gare de Lyon afterwards). There were only 20 people in a dining room for about 50; which was a good thing, as we wanted a dinner cruise that wasn't packed on a large boat. We got a drink and sat on the upper deck as the sun went down; the boat left at 8pm (though advertised for 7.30), and we travelled slowly upriver in time to reach the Eiffel Tower for its hourly light show - really good! We had selected dinner from the short list of options sent us earlier - foie gras, and asparagus followed by roast veal and sea bass; finished with nougat and a lemon mousse dish; all very good and restaurant quality. Wines by the glass pretty tasty and reasonably priced. The singer did a good job without being overwhelming, in front of a modest audience. All in all, it was exactly what I had searched for, and is a good choice if you want to pay up for good service and an evening cruise that is not rushed or packed with tourists.
Great way to see Paris at night. Very nice Cruise. I enjoyed the views from top deck. They had Live singer. Food was very good. Service was quick and efficient. We had great time and the weather was amazing.
The picture of the yacht is a little deceiving. I thought we were getting on the really nice yacht but it was a plain white one. I didn’t care for the initial food option and I think there should be more options. The main and dessert were good. I think the boat could have gone further and the highlight of the trip should have been a location that shows the Eiffel Tower sparkling at 10 pm.
Our group was really looking forward to this dinner cruise, and while the views from the boat were undeniably stunning, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. No one explained the landmarks as we passed, which made it feel more like a basic dinner than a guided tour. The food was just okay, and the dining area felt uncomfortably stuffy until they finally opened the door for air. We did appreciate the clean setting, friendly wait staff, and the talented singer. If you're looking for a more elegant, informative cruise, this may not be the right fit.
This was the perfect ending of our Paris trip. The dinner was delicious, but the views of Paris from the river were superb. A fantastic deal. If I return to Paris, I will most definitely do this cruise again. My whole family enjoyed it immensely.
Great experience overall. The seating is spacious below the deck. Above deck, there are some nice lounge chairs. Great sight while cruising through the Seine River with the sunset in the background. You choose your food before the tour and it will be prepared for you midway. The live singer also added to the experience. Great shot of the Eiffel Tower and even while it’s flashing.
The Seine River Dinner Cruise was a fantastic experience. We started off at the Eiffel Tower and cruised along the Seine past Notre Dam Cathedral before turning around to head back. The food was amazing and it is definitely a must do while in Paris.
Everything was amazing the views, food and service all excellent. Only thing it was hard to find a bit more detail on a map would be great as I couldn’t get wifi
The sights , the food and the service was excellent. After enjoying a glass of wine up top and watching the iconic sites we passed by, we went downstairs for dinner. Although my fish was delicious, a portion of it was undercooked and so I left it on my plate. Surprisingly, the waiter noticed this and the manager came to my table to offer me a cheese plate. I accepted an after dinner bailey's instead. I was definitely impressed with this service. The cruise and dinner and service were worth the price.
Great experience, nice ship, comfortable seats, friendly staff, well maintained. Good drink selection. I would love to go again!
Last minute booking, told them on arrival we were from New Zealand and they swapped around the seating , got almost the best seats for me and my Lady front left put you with an unobstructed view of the sights. Before we set off we took red wines up to the top deck and watched those on boats pass bye, Dinner we both chose different courses and got wonderful meals. We had perhaps 40 people staying from the Hotel and for Dinner , live music with a very good singer , her choice of songs matched the locations, Timed perfectly with the Flashing lights on the Eiffle Tower on the cruise up.
We booked this for our first night in Paris and perhaps we shouldn’t have. We were both unsure of where we were, what was happening, and what we were and were not supposed to do. The server did not seem to know or offer much assistance. We sat up top for quite a while - then went in and checked in and were told to take our seat. We thought the boat was leaving - as indicated on our ticket. But we did not leave for at least 45 minutes. It was a bit odd. Once we left the dock the cruise was enjoyable. There is no commentary, but nice to see Paris from the water. The food was good. The singer was good. It was an okay experience, but again we felt very unsure of what we were doing.
Definitely worth the reservation! It was nice to travel the Seine at sunset — the dinner was excellent and the service was very attentive. The live entertainment ( a singer ) with a Smokey jazz sound was a plus + making the whole evening very memorable. ** order the Veal ! It was AWESOME…..
The views are spectacular. It is a leisurely cruise with lots of opportunities to take great photos. Our cruise was about 1/3 full so we had lots of room to move around. Service is good but be prepared for a long cocktail hour. Food is not served until you leave the dock about an hour after arrival. The food is tasty but small portions. If you don’t include the drink package, you will even be charged for water.
The food was excellent and the cruise was brilliant. The skipper timed it perfectly to capture a beautiful sunset as we wandered toward the Eiffel Tower and we arrived just in time to see the 5 min display of sparkling lights on the Tower. Highly recommend this cruise.
We love this excursion because the boat is fairly small compared to other excursions and the vibe is mellow.
Great cruise, lovely weather and meeting new friends made this evening a night to remember. Good service, fun to sit on top deck. Dinner was delicious. I will probably do it again with other friends in other visits!
Fantastic food staff ok if was a rainy night so not very busy. The singer was awful. We enjoyed Paris by night and the food was excellent.
Perfect experience on the Seine river. The staff was great and the food and drinks were excellent! My daughter is a picky eater and she even enjoyed the food.
The view of the city is amazing while on the boat. the food wasn't good as I expected and the entertainment was kinda boring
The service was horrible my husband and I were never asked what we wanted to eat so the servers kept binging out fish (we’re allergic) and they were very slow when we tried to get their attention and sassy when we wanted to switch our plates. Would not recommend
It was good experience. We had a great time, and good food & drinks. The singer was very nice. Old style place. Many thanks for all stuff.
It was a great experience. We joy the scenery and the live singer. The food was delicious. The only thing that I didn’t give them a five is because sitting inside we didn’t have a nice view unless we stand outside.
For one time is ok. The lights not showing up as in pictures. The main food, fish and veal looked good but tasted not fresh (im a chef). Next time I will pick up a new boat. It needs renovation inaide.
Waiters picked and chose who they wanted to serve. Several tables we left frustrated with no drinks while others enjoyed their meals. We had to get up from our tables to request a drink. Very inattentive. We enjoyed more views with a cheaper cruise we purchased
The service and food was very good but disappointed with live rooftop singer. I also thought it would have been nice to have someone to point out highlights along the ride and a photographer would have been nice.
Due to rain in that day, Paris prefecture didn’t allow navigating towards the monuments. The company didn’t advice or inform us until we where navigating. They didn’t give us the change to request a refund or even to de board the boat. We were obligated to take the tour towards a direction that couldn’t see nothing as promoted.
The ambience the food and the ride, music And food They were also very good food service was very helpful
It was a great trip, but it is not 4 hour it is only 2 that was disappointing. The dinner and service was god
Our table of four was front and center of the boat, so we had a perfect view of all the sights. The captain perfectly timed the cruise to be next to Eiffel Tower at 9pm for the hourly twinkle light show, which is best seen from the top side observation deck. The 3 appetizer options were all delicious. Dinner was served immediately after the Tower light show. Our table had sea bass, veal, and vegetarian meals. Each was perfectly prepared and tasty, as was the fresh bread. We drank coca-cola and St Germain red wine but there is also a full bar. The waiters were very busy serving food and drinks to guests, so they were slightly less attentive than we would have preferred. Singer with a beautiful voice provided live music while we are dinner. Hailing a cab after the cruise was quick and easy from the closest intersection; however, our driver was irritated that we wanted to pay with a credit card, so I recommend you bring 15-20 euros for the ride or use the Uber app.
This is a very nice, low keyed dinner cruise. The food was as advertised and well prepared. The service was very good. The on-board entertainment was also very good with a decent selection of music, not too loud, and didn’t get in the way of having conversations. Crew handled the boat nicely and timed the arrival at the Eiffel Tower for the light show which was spectacular. What kept it from being a 5 star rating is there wasn’t much in the way of communication. It wasn’t clear for example, what time dinner was going to be served, or what time the boat was leaving and returning. It would be helpful if either the tour description laid it out, or perhaps the crew could hand out a short agenda or make a short announcement.
The food was awful! Bones in the fish, pork had no seasoning! Worse dinner I have ever had on in years! Told staff, and they did not care! Highly don’t recommend!
Seeing Paris at night from a yacht on the Seine was spectacular. The views were amazing, the dinner superb and the live singer delightful.
Terrible trip no sightseeing horrible they give us only one hour cruise instead of 4 hr I really recommend everyone to buy ticket on the sight
The tour was supposed to take us past the Eiffel Tower and other sites at night, but that did not happen. We were told the rain made the river too high for the boat to clear the bridges; however, boats that appeared larger went that way towards the Eiffel Tower. Now to the positives: the service was great and the staff was very accommodating to our large party of 16 people. The server Pierrick was exceptionally attentive. The dinner had mixed reviews from the group. The sea bass I had was excellent—seasoned and cooked to perfection. Others said the veal was flavorless. Desserts were all good!
Finding the location was awful. Food was okay. They were nice. Couldn’t be outside too cold and rain
Great dining and entertainment. Service was excellent as staff were always available for drinks and food. Our captain was able to navigate our vessel close to the Eiffel Tower at approximately 9 pm to ensure we had the best view of the light show. Would recommend you start early as the location is not clearly marked and ride share services cannot bring you to the docks.
the setting was plastic furniture in a cafeteria style setting, not the white table cloth, traditional table/chair setting portrayed in their photo that they confirmed was the setting per my request if indeed that was the setting…food was enjoyable, service accommodation adequate but not relative to the expense of the activity.
The whole experience was just amazing, if I had to pick one thing it was how the captain timed the Eiffel Tower, lighting up as soon as we were in front of it. Big thank you to the staff, chef and singer. See you next time
It was a rainy night in Paris, but the dinner cruise was fabulous! Our server Abdel was very entertaining and has a great sense of humor. The food was fantastic! Seeing Paris at night was very romantic.
Great food, lovely tour, nice people working here. It would be cool, if we would get informed, when we pass a landmark or something nice to see. We almost missed the eifeltower, because we were downstairs eating.
Great views, friendly staff, romantic, great live singer, 3 course meal was delicious. Recommend cruise.
