Great cruise. We had a very nice time. It is a lot of people getting on at the same time, but there were no issues. The audio explanation had very interesting facts. This cruise was worth the money.

The cruise lasted longer than we anticipated. We went aboard at 9pm to watch the sunset. It was a beautiful sunset with the cool wind cooling us off after the extreme heat in Paris. You see all the sights from the water while taking some pictures.
Very good but a little bit expensive
Best Cruise tour. I would love to try that again with my partner
We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 cruise, and the boat staff refused to honor our booking - they claimed the ticket was an “anytime” ticket and sent us to the back of a queue that would take at least 2 hours to clear. The whole reason I booked a specific time was so I didn’t have to sit in a queue. Needless to say, we didn’t stay. Very frustrating and disappointing
It was a nice boat Trip and made so much fun and was so worth the Money but it was way to full and way to less structure in the etrance so it way very thight and stressfull in the beginning and also we hat a Trip at 9 p.m. but because it was so Full we needed to wait until 9:30. Wold still recomand it but maybe you can work on that for the future guests.
Too crowded. Needed to stand on ticket purchase line even though I paid in advance
Boat was late and the company made hundreds of people cram in front of the gate for half an hour in the hot weather. Many people didn’t have a seat on the cruise and it was pretty cramped near the sides. Inhumane company overbooking their cruises for profit!
Seeing Paris from the Seine River was a bucket list item. It was a nice warm sunny day and it was great to see all the sites while relaxing on the boat. Remember to take your earphones and grab a brochure to be able to use the QR code to get audio guide on your phone - otherwise you can listen to the guide on the loud speaker but is challenging to hear at times and is announced in multiple languages.
We were looking forward to an evening cruise on the Seine. This one was a BIG disappointment. The guests were herded on like cattle without any direction. Very dangerous for anyone with little ones. If I would have known I should have booked a smaller more intimate cruise. Very difficult to see the sights as most were standing to make content for social media. Couldn’t hear the recorded tour guide. I would not recommend this to anyone but teens just looking for a good time.
O our booking agent was very very helpful as was the person who I texted about our tickets and other questions. The directions to find the cruise were excellent however, from that very positive experience, it felt very quickly. I think the battle Moose were over extended on their number of guests sailing. In addition they were all young school kids that were unruly making the boarding very difficult with people, shoving and push pushing to get on so I think the boarding experience was poor as well. The kids were very loud so that we could not hear any commentary. The location worked out well to catch the metro so all in all the actual semantics of booking and getting there we’re excellent as were the agents that I came into contact with the cruise itself was very very nice. The captain got close to the Eiffel Tower for some time which was very special.
It's great in a warm, sunny day!
If you want to hear and learn some history of Paris sights, this is not the cruise for you. If, on the other hand, you want to take a lot of pictures, selfies and wave and other people on the river banks and on other boats then this is for you.
Great boat trip. Seeing all the sights. We went on the 8PM trip so trip was just finishing when the twinkling lights appeared on the Eiffel tower. Greet trip to go on at dusk
I think this had a lot of potential. It was lovely to sail past some epic spots in Paris but we couldn’t hear the commentary at all. It seemed they had one speaker at the back of the boat. We sat near the front so we could only hear muffled sounds unfortunately.
The river trip i booked was cancelled due to flooding. I understood and fully accepted this but I have not received any refund even though this was promised.
It was canceled due to over flooding of the river.
I purchased the tickets via this website, but when I got to the boat, the ticket office said they did not accept the downloaded tickets. I tried to call customer service using both phone numbers and no one answered. I even sent an email. Unfortunately, we incurred the cost, but did not receive the experience. Feels like a total scam!
We could not do the full tour and the weather conditions and all the wi does steamedup while sitting inside so nobody could see outside and we could not go outside as it was wet and windy.. Maybe in good weather conditions it would be good but no one enjoyed it. It was good to dry up..
Very well organised . It would have been nice to hear the commentary, 1st time visitor to Paris so would have been nice to hear the points of interest. The speakers were so muffled and must have been at the opposite side of where we were sitting.
A good, basic tour of the sites along the Seine. I suggest doing it towards the beginning of your trip to give you an opportunity to decide what you want to see in the following days. We went on our last day. You can see much better from the top deck. We went on a very cold day and left the top deck to warm up. We quickly went back upstairs.
It was a nice experience, but it wasn't very well organised, luckily the boat is very big, so there is plenty of space. The sound was not always very clear.
Took this cruise with our group of ten. Arrived early and were able to choose seats where we wanted and together. The glass top was fun as it had snowed and some people along the way threw snowballs at us and landed them. The tour guide was informative and funny. Appreciated a live guide (instead of something pre-recorded). Drinks available for purchase and bathrooms on board were a plus. A fun way to spend an hour in Berlin!
They should tell you how early you should arrive due to lines and disorganized entry, it seems at least 30 minutes early to get your scheduled time. Audio is just speakers that repeat in multiple languages and are hard to hear.
Unfortunately, it was extremely cold the day we did this. There was indoor seating, however it was impossible to see anything out the windows as there was condensation all over the glass. On top of this it was extremely difficult to hear any of the recorded audio. I wouldn’t recommend during colder months.
We had good weather for our late afternoon tour and so sat upstairs. Enjoyed going past some of the Paris icons such as the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame. We recommend this tour.
Excellent value, all major sites along the river were pointed out and spoken about. Great way to see Paris. Highly recommend
A gentle cruise, for about an hour, along the Seine, with clear commentary on the buildings we passed. Having inside seats was a bonus due to the weather.
Good, brief overview of Paris. Commentary wasn’t audible in the enclosed cabin, only on the upper deck - but it was cold and many people stayed inside.
Great way to get a quick orientation regarding some of Paris’ most celebrated views, bridges and historic buildings along the Seine
Previous tour canceled on us 15 min prior to tour and then would not credit back as we had to make other arrangements
We purchased the tour with commentary and the boat operator forgot to turn on the audio part until halfway through the tour. Secondly it is not done with headphones so you have to listen to the commentary in 6 or 7 languages. Not worth it!
Great cruise. It was extra special as we were on the boat at sunset so we saw the city light up. Highly recommend this cruise.
Excellent value for money. Tickets didn't arrive via link, but email confirmation was ok at the ticket office. Great way to see key sites on seine
The price was okay. Th boat moved very slow and it was not a great view of notre dame. The crowd of hundreds of people on board shoved their way in and out. There was no commentary. Least favorite thing we did in Paris.
It was easy to find and we loved that if, by chance, we missed our boat time, they said we could catch the next one! Beautiful big boat and scenery. All 3 of our party enjoyed it!
Overcrowded on the boat, long queues, no point in booking a specific time as it does not guarantee you can even go on at that time. For the price it’s not a bad tour.
Seeing Paris through the river cruise was a unique experience. From this vantage point you will see many historic sites on both side of the river. The recorded commentary explained the sights as well as bits of history that put the history into perpective. The evening trip culminated with a lighted view of the Eiffel tower. A nice experience and an evening g adventure.
Excellent We went for the night cruise , a must to do trip when visiting paris it’s one hour trip Nice views, enjoyed well .
It was awesome! the boat left on time and everyone was really nice. Everyone spoke English so you don't have to worry about communication.
The boat tour is very convenient. Was easy to book and you have flexible start time so you can head down whenever you’re ready on the day. The commentary isn’t great and cycles through lots of languages so can be hard to follow (and is apparently different between languages). Would highly recommend for the price if you’re not concerned about commentary or learning about things.
The recorded audio follows a path with 5 languages. That makes the information given per language very limited. Also you lose attention while it is circling other languages. I don’t recommend this tour if you’d like to learn some stuff. It is good just to see them.
Boat was packed and there was only 1/2 the number of outdoor seats for the number of people on the boat. Commentary was very hard to hear and understand and did not align with the sights we passes. Also, it is cheaper to buy the tickets directly from the ticket sales.
Definitely want to get there 30 minutes or so early to make sure you get a good seat. We had a minor hiccup with people standing in front of us when nearing the Eiffel Tower, but after telling them to move, they did. All in all, a solid cruise to get good views of Paris icons. Although if you buy your tickets there, you can save money. €18/adult 13 and up and €8 for kids 4 to 12.
For the most part the experience matched the price. The audio commentary was a little hard to follow - cycles through many languages which is great, but does make it hard to follow. I would give it a very average rating. If you are wanting more interaction and less crowds I would recommend booking another experience
Found good seats, perfect weather, lots of buildings as well as people on bridges and shorelines to see, appreciate descriptions in English.
The boat was for 10 pm and we arrived at 9:40 PM. At 10:40 pm while waiting very crowded together in the pouring rain there was still no boat. No announcements were made. We finally left and when I tried to get a refund, the tour operator lied and said that we were 20 minutes late for the boat and so missed it. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund.
Good way to see many of the historical and other sites of interest from the Seine. Couldn’t hear the audio, but we had already seen most of the sites before. This is a good activity for families with young children since it only takes about an hour.
While our boat ride was lovely. The commentary was lacking. It sounded as though someone spoke with a muffled voice, so we missed information we were hoping for. It stopped past the Eiffel Tower and turned around. We were told it would go down by the Statue of Liberty.
When I made this reservation, the description indicated that there would *not* be a loud-speaker commentary. While I appreciate that some people want the history, I was under the impression that there would be headsets. Unfortunately, the multi-lingual commentary was *loud* and distracting. I was hoping fora chance to soak in the beauty of the Seine after dark in relative peace. That is NOT this experience.
