My best friend and I took this tour with Adam, and I cannot recommend it enough. The Louvre is giant, and all of its wonders cannot be appreciated in one day or trip, but with Adam, in two and a half hours, I feel like we got a comprehensive tour of the Louvre's most impactful works. We discussed the Louvre's history, Mesopotamian sculptures, Hammurabi's Code, French neo-classical paintings, Da Vinci's works, Greek vs. Roman sculpture, Napoleon's quartiers and more! This was more than I was able to see and grasp the importance of when visiting the Louvre on my own last year, where I spent the whole day in the museum, marveling at the art but not quite understanding the history or meaning of most of the works. Not only was the amount of art we saw impressive, but Adam supplied us with the historical context we needed to better understand the works and their importance to their time period and as well as their parallels to modern day. This tour was very interactive, and by asking us questions about what we knew about the Louvre or some of the time periods we discussed (which in my case, was not much at all), he met us at our level of understanding and explained things very clearly and thoughtfully. Adam was also SO engaging with witty remarks, questions, and lots of inspirational food for thought about how humans have treated art, law, sexuality, knowledge and change. On the tour, I noticed other museum goers often listening in to our conversations, which I think is a testament to how interesting and rewarding this tour was! Book it!

We had a great tour. The pace was perfect, not to slow as we felt like we did so much but just enough time where with each stop we learned interesting tidbits that felt unique and different than most museum tours. Eduardo was awesome! So nice, full of energy and easy to talk to. Really interesting way to experience the Louvre.

Our tour of the louvre was absolutely outstanding, thanks to our incredible guide. His intelligence, knowledge in personality brought the artwork to life. He had a wonderful way of keeping everybody interested and involved throughout the tour. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Wish we could’ve had him for all of our tours. This tour was absolutely amazing! It was so intimate and easy to follow. Violette was our guide and she was so personable and made the whole experience amazing. Typically going to a museum as massive as the Louvre can be overwhelming, and she was able to point out some of the major historical pieces as well as some scandals attached to it. It not only made the tour and Louvre experience unique, but also memorable. 10/10 would recommend. And I would use them again, next time I’m in Paris.

I booked this tour for a mom and daughter trip. The guide Lili was punctual, she communicated with me and my clients. My clients said they could have never seen the Louvre without Lili. She was a wealth of knowledge. Fat Cat tours and Lili delivered!! Book them asap. They were great!

The best! Our guide ,Florence, was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable about the Louvre and kept us engaged, learning, and enjoying the whole time! We saw and learned so much during our tour - no way could we have done that in a large tour group. I’m so glad we saw the Louvre this way. And I’m so glad Florence was our guide. I feel Florence and I became friends while on the tour, and if I get back to Paris again, I hope to visit some other museums with her! (My husband who is not really interested in art, enjoyed the tour as Florence was able to engage him with some of history of the Lourve.)

My son and I really enjoyed our tour with Ivana! It was one of our favorite activities in Paris this past weekend. Both of us had never visited the Louvre and Ivana made the experience enjoyable and approachable. We learned a ton and enjoyed every minute of it. I 100% recommend this tour.

Adam is hands down the best tour guide you can find in Paris. He is beyond knowledgeable of EVERYTHING! If you have a question, he has a answer. We did multiple tours and not one was boring. He is very interactive, great sense of humor as well as extremely educated on all history of Paris and the monuments. I would not recommend anyone else. We'll be back!

I booked this tour for my wife and I as an anniversary gift, and would highly recommend the experience. Our guide Amehd was incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic story teller. He was able to answer all of our questions and seeing the museum through the unique lens of scandal was a great offering. This is great value if you're looking for something that is intimate and that has a little bit of something for everyone!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience being guided through the Louvre by Adam. My wife purchased this as a birthday gift and what is explained on the surface compared to what is delivered is an absolutely amazing value. If you’re visiting the Louvre for your first or your fiftieth time you will quickly understand the size and the scope of what your day is about to undertake. There is clearly an impossible amount of exhibits to explore and not enough time in an afternoon for someone new to the museum to even grapple with what they need to be seeing. Adam brings to life not only exhibits in the museum with wonderful background and interaction, but the museum walls (and ceilings) themselves. The tour is exciting and interactive! Rather than just be carted to famous works (which happens and is lovely) and lectured on the importance of the pieces, you receive an outstanding history and context of how pieces relate to one another, how art and sculpture have evolved over time, and the human nature of everything explored. There are scandals for certain, but there is also the beautiful exploration of humanity and the reaction to the conditions imparted by the world on the creators of these pieces. This is history paced and masterfully explained with the popcorn value of an HBO or NetFlix masterpiece. If you’re looking for an incredible value of not only a guided experience but fulfillment of your time then this is what you need to book for your trip. I can’t possibly imagine a better way to spend several hours at the Louvre and without hesitation would book another tour from this (Adam) company. Additional benefits from the already fantastic tour include having a earpiece so that even if you get a bit distracted you’re still hearing what is being said. The Louvre is breathtaking as well and incredibly busy and having a direct audio line to the guide was very helpful. Whether you have an entire day to kill or just a couple of hours this is something that should be experienced. The tour is informative, breathtaking, emotional, and will leave you with an exciting understanding of the world, art, and history that you more than likely didn’t have before. Also, it’s fun! It’s really, very fun! I wish Adam and his team the best wishes moving forward and have a dedicated pin in my future travel plans to tour the Louvre with him again.

Violette was wonderful! She is not only very knowledgeable, but entertaining and engaging. For the express tour she covered the highlights but gave us an overall description of the Louvre so after the tour was over we were able to go on our own and see what interested us. Our whole family said we could have done the longer tour because she was so good and we missed her insights when we were on our own. I was absolutely impressed by this tour. Finally, finally there is a Fun and Engaging Tour of the Louvre Museum. Don't get me wrong, I love going into Museums. I am a museum person. On the other hand, though, the thing with the Louvre is that there is really way too much to see and, people are just obsessed with the Mona Lisa. I recently took a tour with Violet. This was my 6th time in the Louvre Museum and it was, BY FAR, the best tour I have ever taken. Violet is, hands down, one of the best tour guides that I've ever experienced in my entire life. Incredible, Amazing, Memorable. After the Lourve tour, we were so impressed, we booked Violette for an entire week to take our group of four around. We did a food tour, Latin Quarter, and also Versailles with her. She is one of Paris' best tour guides. Magical meeting in front of the Lourve, avoiding lines, and having a personal guide to everything French. I loved learning all the secrets of the royal family. This was the best tour ever! I loved all the historical elements. Their tours feel like you are walking with your best friend who is passionate about French history. I visited the Louvre many times, but this tour was just amazing !! We saw art works that were so off the beaten path.
