Our guide was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to. What drives me crazy is your registration process. I ended up buying twice to secure tickets. I will not use this site again.

Excellent 2 hour tour with Pierre Louis. Spoke excellent English. Great knowledge of French history. Would do again.
The Chapel was beautiful! Our guide Albon was excellent and had a depth of knowledge that enriched our tour.
Amazing tour - the stained glass in this church is just fabulous. While Notre Dame is very famous and everyone goes there, this is a little gem in the same area, doing the tour we were able to skip the line and get in fastest.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his stories and insights.
We had Paul as our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We saw Saint Chapell, The prison and outside Notre Dame. Small group was great.
Book early! These tickets are difficult to get online. Our concierge was able to book us tickets for the next day when there were no tickets available online. I do not recommend standing in line - takes forever. Sainte Chapelle is interesting. You must buy an audio guide to understand what you are viewing. There are chairs to sit in when gazing at all the stained glass. You hold the audio guide to your ear or hearing aid. You may take as long as you like. We stayed over an hour before continuing with the tour of the Conciergerie. At the Conciergerie we received a "HistoPad", like a small iPad. First you scan a symbol on a small pillar. Once the room appears, you point the camera at various spots inside the building. The building came to life! As you move the pad in 360 degrees, the room looked (and sounded) like a period in history - huge feast for 3 kings, prison during the Reign of Terror, Marie Antoinette's cell behind the chapel, etc. There were treasures to find in the app! I input my email and I received a History Hunter's diploma by finding all the treasures. It was great fun while being educational. Without the HistoPad it was just a large, stone building. Easy for kids to understand. We spent a couple hours here exploring every nook & cranny (trying to find the elusive treasure).
The grand beauty and long history highlighted in this tour was brought to life with our VERY impressive tour guide. Lasson was super knowledgeable, an entertaining storyteller/history-teller and extremely accommodating to some of our quirky needs and questions. I am not always a lover of tours, but he has changed my mind and I would recommend him most highly!
Marie was fantastic. She did an exceptional job of sharing the historical significance. She added little anecdotes along with having a great sense of humor.
Make sure you can get there on time. Traffic horrendous. Guide was supposed to meet us at half of tour. Could not find her. Should be a refund. Pope in Paris
The Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergeries was a great tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable and made for a fun tour. The church is beautiful. The history of the church and the Conciergie is very interesting.
The guide was very good, but this tour was very overpriced, definitely not worth the cost. I would not recommend this tour.
Wonderful tour. Highly recommended. It’s amazing to think how old this church and original French palace are. Viewing the crown of thorns was heavenly and a feather floated down as I was admiring the steeple.
Our guide - Hugo - was wonderful . The Louvre is so large - doing this for the first time without a guide would be overwhelming
Great experience. St Chapelle is amazing. We spent a good deal of time in there discussing the history and examing the stained glass. Added bonus to hear about Conciergerie history and the outside of Notre Dame. It was much more than expected. Anthony was our guide and he was great. He could answer all the questions and had a great way of putting it all together.
Saint Chappell is stunning and Anthony was wonderful guide, he definitely can answer questions and very knowledgeable about his tour. Most kind and careful and so friendly.
This could be a great tour with the right guide because you get into areas earlier. There was a 30 minute wait at first. Our problem with the tour was the guide. She knew a lot but she never shut up.—not a moment without her voice in our ear. And because she had a heavy accent, it was not always intelligible. Some of us sat down at the end and she just walked past us without saying a word. Like we didn’t exist… we had to find her to return the equipment. There is a lot of standing, walking, and some steep winding steps to the chapel. There could have been an elevator up we found out later as we came down in it!
This is eye popping. Ive seen many many churches but never this kind of Gothic, medieval mixed in one. Its incredible to see in person. Our tour guide, I cant recall her name (shes the short one), was so amazing. Very passionate and knew so much about the building and then the Chapelle. I would definitely recommend
Monica was very knowledgeable about St. Chappelle and the Conciergerie. She was friendly, and even helped me locate my cell phone in a Cafe across the street. She was great and a lot of fun. I highly recommend her!
Mariam was our tour guide. She did a wonderful job explaining the history of Sainte-Chapelle and its early existence as a church along with its importance as an initial spot for Christ’s “Crown of Thorns”. Her explanation of the incredible stain glassed windows that depicted the chronological story of the bible was extensive. At the Conciergerie we explored what was an explanation of Marie Antoinette’s confinement prior to her execution.
We were caught up traffic, however we were able to let guide know we were three minutes out. She didn’t wait. We are never late, yet totally out of our control. We walked across the street and after speaking with the guard and ticket office they were way more concerned, and allowed us to tour on own, at no extra cost. Of course I was refused a refund from company. Will NEVER use them again.
A very enjoyable and informative tour. Both the Sainte Chapell and the Conciergerie are not to be missed. The latter was not nearly as busy, but it was so very interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging and made this tour a wonderful experience.
We loved this tour. Beautiful things to see. So much interesting history. Our guide Patrick was really great - knowledgeable, kind.
I’ve visited Sainte Chapelle a couple times before - but never took a tour - and I had never been to the Conciergerie. It was interesting to learn about both places together. A semi-private tour is a really good option. Iasson was an engaging guide! He was super knowledgeable about French and religious history, very responsive to our questions and deferred to our priorities during the tour.
Merve was so knowledgeable about the art history and historical significance of Saint Chappelle, Concierge and Notre Dame!
Our visit to Conciergerie and Sainte-Capelle with Nadia, our guide, was excellent. My main goal was to visit the beautiful Sainte-Chapelle, but Conciergerie was just as fascinating. Nadia was very knowledgeable about the French Revolution and I appreciated her insights into the history and moods of the people during those volatile years. Nadia also brought to life the stories of the amazing stained glass windows of the Sainte-Chapelle. This tour was definitely worth it. Well done Nadia!
We learned and saw so much. Marine was a lovely guide and extremely knowledgeable; having a guide added a lot to the experience.
I booked the Saint Chapelle / Conciereges tour during my stay in Paris. Alban was our group’s tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history behind both buildings and, indeed, about French history overall. We also had a brief walk around the front of Notre Dame. Again, Alban was great explaining some of the history there. He is a pleasant person, very engaging. Saint Chapelle is beautiful, highly recommended tour!
This is wonderful experience and excellent tour. I am the only one on this tour . Miriam became my private guide. She is knowledgeable and very pleasant ; an excellent tour guide. We had wonderful conversations. However, the meeting place has not clarified at front of Café, had a little trouble to meet Miriam. All in all, Saint Chapelle is spectacular and intricate, the beautiful stained glass windows narrate the biblical history and stories. Learn a lot from Miriam. The Conciergerie is magnificent gothic architecture, has historical significance.
Nadia was great! She was so knowledgeable and Saint Chapelle was so amazingly beautiful. And the tour extended to the halls of justice which were also very interesting!
Nadia was both knowledgeable and fun. She had so many amazing facts about French history and kept us thirsty to know more
Booked tour and received text confirmation . Vendor canceled tour with out our knowledge . We arrived and planned our day around the tour , which they canceled .
A very interesting tour with excellent information provided by our tour guide. Fully recommend this tour which is the right length for the information and areas visited. The stained glass windows of Saint Chapelle are amazing in their complexity and small sizes of each piece of glass.
She has so much knowledge of history and art. She’s a great storyteller and is super nice too.
William was very knowledgeable and he allowed for the tour to be interactive. Thank you very much William
I booked La Chapelle snd Conciergie. When we met the guide, there was four of us and she said she wanted to go first to Notre Dame. I thought that was strange since it was not in the itinerary and she was going through every detail on the exterior for 45 minutes. Then we went to La Chappelle and her tour was very good and then she’s she said we’re going to Concergerie but we couldn’t do it the way they normally do because she didn’t have the time! She rushed us through a few spots and then said I gotta go. You can walk around and downstairs is the exit in the bathrooms and she left! The main thing I wanted to see was the Concergerie with an explanation. I booked this tour because I was fascinated with it and we did not get a proper tour. I am very upset.!
Saint Chappelle was closed due to heat, so an alternative was offered (without discount or refund options). Guide seemed disinterested & rushed.
Wonderful tour for those who want to learn about this beautiful church and some of French history. Very well done tour. For those with some difficulty walking, there are some narrow steps.
This tour should not advertise Notre Dame as being included. Our guide walked us there (we easily could have found it) and spent all of two minutes on background before saying the tour was over. What?!
I love this tour experience! I have on past visit been to Sainte Chapelle, but wanted to return for more time inside. It was easy to meet up with our guide. Enjoyed having listening equipment which made hearing her details/stories simple. Very enjoyable time inside both Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie and well paced without rushing. **Be aware that there are many stairs to navigate through out this tour.** I hadn't anticipated that and it was challenging for my mother with some vision difficulties.
Absolutely wonderful! Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. So much fun!!! We really enjoyed ourselves!
Mo was very knowledgeable and fun! It was extremely crowded at times and we had difficulty keeping up with her (not her fault). I would definitely recommend her!
Not as large or as famous as most cathedrals but the stained glass on the Sainte-Chapelle is outstanding. Our guide did an excellent job of describing the rich history of the site
This was a great tour the guide presented the history of the buildings in an interesting and fun way. He made sure we knew how to get into Notre Dame and provided information about what we would see.
We were late by 10 mins and couldn’t find our guide . We gained access to St Chapelle with our receipt thanks to the kind generosity of the staff at St Chapelle. No one attempted to call or email us that we could find . It was a lot of money to pay and not have the tour , unfortunately 😔
Informative! I enjoyed the tour of the Sainte Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Visually, the church is beyond stunning, but I never would have gotten as much out of the experience without our guide.
Our guide, I apologize I do not remember her name, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We had a lovely visit to Saint Chapelle , conciergerie and exterior of Notre Dame. She was very helpful in seeing the important things we would have otherwise missed if we had gone on our own. In addition, she tied it all together with a great history lesson! Merci!
Pretty dry presentation. Wish we had purchased the iPad tour instead, as this tour was expensive.
Emily was a great guide and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Booking on Trip Advisor was easy.
Our guide was exceptional. So insightful and interesting. She had deep knowledge and clearly loved to convey it. And the chapel lived up to its billing for beauty. Learning about the French Revolution and getting an Intro to Notre Dame were bonuses
