Stephanie was amazing. Her knowledge of Rodin was beyond excellent. I’ve been on a few tours of museums and usually the guide skips past a few pieces, but Stephanie went through each and every work of art, including all his paintings as well and explained the gardens also at the end. I would highly recommend this guide and booking this tour it was completely hustle free thank you so much.

Itinerary
Meet your private guide outside the museum at the right side of the main entrance before getting access to one of Paris’ best-kept secrets, the Hotel Biron, and explore the Mansion and Gardens where Rodin once lived and where Nearly 300 of its works are on view today The museum includes 400 pieces of art in its galleries and in the sumptuous gardens. Perhaps the most famous of Rodin’s sculptures, The Thinker (1880), lies in the gardens opposite The Gates of Hell, a work that consumed him over the last three decades of his life. Some of the other works located in the gardens include Balzac and The Burghers of Calais. At the end of your private tour, you will have the opportunity to spend more time in the gardens, a great way to end your tour by simply sitting down, while meditating on the work of Auguste Rodin, probably one of the most famous French artists and rightly regarded as the father of modern sculpture.

We did NOT do a skip the line tour of the museum rather we purchased a museum pass. We really enjoyed the sculptures and it was not busy. We were able to go through the displays on our own and found it to be a great way to view the beautiful works of art. There is a cafe on site. All in all a pleasant place to visit and see the great works of art by a great artist.
Wow! It can easily be an all day experience. We went in November so the crowd was minimal. So relaxing to stroll through all the floors.
The Rodin museum is amazing. Some of his best works are there and there is special tribute to Camille Claudel as well. I would reccomend this to everyone. Also, these tickets worked at the door. We did not have to pick them up elsewhere.
What a lovely manicured garden. An extra treat was the paintings on the second floor. Nice to see the "Thinker" in the garden.
Very nice Rodin museum with some most of the famous Rodin pieces on display. Fabulous collection of paintings the artist collected himself, including a Renoir and a Van Gogh. Small enough to take in in a few hours. The lovely gardens framing some of this work are well worth a stroll through too.
I bought tix through Viatour. In the fine print I found I was supposed to go to an office to exchange vouchers for admission tix. Time is important so I paid there to gain admittance. I paid 2X for my admission. Still it was worth it.
Great once we got thete but the yicket office was nowhere near the museum so it was such a treck to get them we didnt bother ee ended up oaying again !! No queues to skip so it was easy ti get in anyway and pay on the door.
Never found my way to get my ticket. Lost money with this purchase. This “pick your ticket up at some other location” makes life too complicated and stressful.
Must see , must feel, must walk in the park and inside to gsin the whole experience studying the statues. You`ll discover what is inside your head and is rarely brought up so easily, is an expedition in our subconscious level guided by a brilliant sculptor who will leave forever in his creation. The museum is very relevant and the way of exposure is congruent to Rodin vision, his sculptures are inspired by human emancipation, that was in fact the main event past in the last two centuries and he was one of the finest observers of that process.
A very complete showing of the works of an artistic genius. The grounds outside the main exhibit area were very beautiful. However, a few pieces were missing because of renovations.
This is a very underrated attraction and a great way to unwind and escape the crowds and hectic pace of the city. Simply breathtaking works of art by one of the worlds most talented sculptors. Take a picnic lunch and relax in the gardens or just stroll through at a leisurely pace. Very interesting and enjoyable.
museum was great but when i got there they would not accept my ticket. i was told i had to walk somewhere else in Paris to validate the ticket first. other people were mad too about this so i had to buy another ticket. i really would like my money back.
Musee Rodin is one of our favourite places in Paris. The mansion itself is beautiful to walk through as one admires the splendid art work. We really love the Rodin sculpture and the works that are dotted throughout the garden. On a pleasant day it is easy to spend much time in the beautiful gardens amongst the many sculptures. A very relaxing place to visit after the bustle of Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. No need to buy tickets in advance as we didn’t queue in July.
This company fails to tell you that you have to go to another location than the museum to pick up tickets for the museum. So it has you running all over town. It's a scam. Just make your tickets directly through the museum. That will save you lots of time.
Rodin is my favorite sculptor so this was a must for me. If you don't know or love Rodin you probably would rather the Louvre or Musee d'Orsay!
It was a thrill to see the well-known sculptures of Rodin. Many are displayed in the peaceful gardens where you get an appreciation of how Rodin captured movement in his pieces. Before you go, I would recommend a visit to the Musee Rodin website where you can see the main works, along with a written and recorded description and how each fit into the life of the famous sculptor. We found particularly interesting “The Burghers of Calais” and the “Gates of Hell” both of which include a fascinating story. Worth getting the audio phones .
The museum itself is beautiful ie. the gardens and works of art If you're going to visit during a quieter month [ not July/August ] buy your tickets when you get there-there were no queues when we went in May I bought tickets on line through Viator but they don't get you in even though they have a barcode. We had to hike some distance to get them from a ticket agency and paid more too!
Paid for e-ticket in advance. However, the museum refused to acept my e-ticket, so, had to go to the Viator's partners office to get paper ticket, 3 kilometers forth and back. So, much better solution would be just go directly to museum without any arrangements with Viator. Would not recommend.
this museum is a must see, if it's not for Rodin's sculptures visit it for the splendor of each room of this sprawling mansion in the heart of Paris complete with manicured gardens. The gates of hell and The Thinker are the crown jewels of the Musee Rodin.
Gorgeous museum set in a former grand hotel with Rodin's sculptures set as they should be in beautiful garden setting. Would highly recommend.
The Rodin Museum is one of the most picturesque places in Paris. I discovered Roden in a new way. And the park's garden and sculptures were impressive and ՙՙThe Thinkerՙՙ is really fantastic. I advise you to visit.

A most enjoyable visit. The gardens are lovely as well as enjoying the sculptures. After our visit to the house and gardens, we enjoyed delicious ice cream under a tree canopy. We did not take an official tour. Bought the skip the line ticket and toured ourselves.

Musee Rodin is beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor space and beautiful gardens as well.

The voucher received was printed with electronic voucher accepted and at the same time there was also a pickup tickets required statement. At the museum we were told we had to go pick up the tickets 3/4 of a mile away. Considering the entry fee was about the same it was hardly worth the effort of pre-purchasing only to have to go somewhere else to pick up the tickets. There were no lines to skip at the time of year that we went and the gardens were mostly closed off for spring rework, as was part of the museum itself. Sorry to say it was disappointing.

Was gibt es denn anstatt Warteschlange?!
It is a different museum, with most of Rodin's works in the beautiful gardens surrounding the building. Even the thinker, the iconic work, is in the gardens. This gives it a natural, beautiful Mood with great sculptural works and Rodin’s testimony is present in every corner of the space. It's unmissable!
Only after I ordered the tickets did it become clear to me that I had to pick them up at another location and not at the museum itself. Arriving at the pick-up location we were sent the wrong way to get to the museum. Very annoying. I do not intend to order tickets through tripadvisor in the future.
You buy a voucher that you have to change in an agency at the other end of the 7th arrondissement to enter the Rodin museum! You better wait in line and lose less time! I will never buy a ticket on this site again!
I find it a bit shameful that you have to take a marble to the museum (12€) when you just want to join friends for lunch at the restaurant in the gardens!
Very dissatisfied with the fact that you had to pick up tickets at an agency located 20 minutes from the museum
