The museum and grounds were spectacular. Unfortunately, the audio guide that we booked through tripadvisor could not be downloaded onto our iPhones. At the museum, we were told this was a regular problem. We ended up getting the museum’s own audio guide, which worked well, for 13 eu. You are much better off booking the museum tour directly through the museum website. Trip advisor did not provide any adequate customer service.

Well worth the visit. Nice gardens with a multitude of sculptures. Not nearly as crowded as other museums.
Beautiful museum with stunning gardens. Highly recommend this tour has a self-guided visit—truly worth seeing!
The gardens, sculptures, and the mansion are beautiful. When i purchased the tkts and audioguide i assumed it would be the usual guide provided at the museum. Was i ever fooled. The audioguide purchased with the tour was not accessible. I tried and tried not just difficult almost impossible and unnecessary. It should be easier. I feel ripped off. Don’t let it happen to you!
Lived reading about the history of the museum and all the sculptures. Spacious rooms and liked the video.
Overall the museum was ok, but not stellar. The experience was also negatively impacted as the audio book did not work for everyone in my party making the experience hard to follow as we walked through the museum.
I so sad. The reception staff at the museum would not accept my ticket confirmation and seemed to know nothing about my circumstances. I was with my 85 year old mother and just had to but new tickets. This was really poor practice and arrive. I asked for a refund and was rejected. I spent a great deal of money for my tickets and trusted Viator. I think next trip I will book with another company. I am so disappointed
The q r code for the audio didn’t come through so I had to pay again Managed to get my entry QR code up through
My mother is on a walker and while the museum staff were very good about directing her to the handicapped entrance and ramps, the lift was broken, and there was no a/c in the building even though the website said there was. It was a heat wave in Paris, and all together this made it hot and sweaty and difficult to get around the building. We did manage to make it up the stairs with me behind her and carrying the walker, but it was all very hot and awkward. Luckily the museum and gardens lived up to their reputation and were wonderful to view and enjoy.
Very angry that Trip Advisor fooled us into thinking we had an audio ticket. The other thing is that the museum smelled faintly of urine and was very hot.
I was not able to download your ticket so I had to pay at the door. Please refund my pay pal account
Having to travel to your office as a meeting point only to have to walk back 13 minutes to the Eiffel Tower is unacceptable. I have used Viator for a very long time travelling all over Europe and have never had a meeting point so far away from the attraction. The travel guide was very knowledgeable, responsible and a pleasure. Where this tour fell short was the guide part was minimal and this tour is definitely not worth 130 euros per person. I have taken a tour of the Effiel Tower in the past which was much more informative. I respectfully request a partial refund.
They should know that the audioguide is in their cellular BEFORE buying the ticket. And what looks like the ticket is the voucher.
Fabulous. East and. Nice stroll. Beautiful sculpture. Nice cafes nearby. Lovely rose garden. Lovely afternoon.
Last minute booking for Easter Sunday. Easy process. Quick follow through considering the short notice booking. It was a relaxing and delightful way to spend the day. Rodin was a remarkable artist.
This was a timed-entry tour with an audio guide. It turns out that the timed entry was unnecessary during the shoulder season, and the audio tour did not work (the url took us to a dead page). The whole tour was only a couple of euros more than the regular museum admission, not even worth the effort to ask for a partial refund. Just go straight to the museum and enjoy.
Rodin is what made me interested in art/sculpture and I was in absolute heaven to see the Thinker and the KISS.
Don’t buy the tix or audio through Viator. Took forever for the venue to confirm and scan tix. The audio program was not through the venue and require uploading of app and downloading the audio program. I assume then you need some sort of earbuds. We ended up buying again at the museum. Museum was incredible,
The museum itself was wonderful with a large variety of his work. We found the audio tour we purchased via trip advisor to be problematic due to us needing to download an app to listen to it. I didn’t bring our ear buds with us so we ended up purchasing the audio tour from the museum. The audio tour we listened to was the highlights 1 hour tour and we listened to a few other clips. It did a good job of talking about the pieces. However we couldn’t find anything on Rodin as a person, what he was like, how he grew up, what inspired him. Which was a real disappointment. And the audio tour didn’t explain how he created the sculptures, what mediums he used, preferred, what his process was. We had wanted to do a live tour, and with hind site we should have done that. All that being said I’m still really glad we went and were inspired to learn these other things on our own.
The designers of these exhibits love the art. I wouldn’t say the same at other museums where there is not a warm embrace of the work but rather a cold display meant to move the crowds through. This was a wonderful experience inside the museum and the grounds outside as well. And there were visitors who love art enjoying it rather than photographing it, which was nice.
Loved this experience! Most beautiful venue and grounds; Rodin’s genius and talent was so well displayed!
Booking with Viator saves you time and has easy directions to follow. I recommend 100%. Easy to down PDF tickets
Chartres is a picturesque old town, and the cathedral is a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. A good guide (like ours) will exlpain the building techniques, the spiritual symbolism and how religious power has changed in France over nearly a thousand years. That's a lot for a 5-hour tour! It was a comfortable trip from Paris -- good driver and no worries about finding the correct train or finding a parking place. Merci Keyko et Philemon.
I was u able to access my tickets and had to buy new ones from the museum. I had an email and the app and neither one would access thr tickets to be scanned. I have more tickets booked and hope this doesn’t happen again.
Viator audio only available for level 0, nothing for remaining levels or garden. No resolution, no refund. Nothing but automated responses. Would not book with them again.
The audio guide not worth the time. The skip the line tickets only skip the buying tickets line, not the line to enter. Save your money and find another audio guide with the time. It didn’t even have a single entry for the gates of hell. Clearly the people who created the guide have never been here in person.
Wonderful museum and beautiful garden Don't miss! The entry guide was particularly pleasant and helpful as we low tech travelers struggled to access our tickets. Museum was not overly crowded but very hot in August.
This was a very relaxing experience. It wasn’t as crowded as some of the museums we visited and we enjoyed seeing all of the statues we’ve only seen in media previously.
The tickets were unusable. They were inconveniently sent via WhatsApp in two separate links where one was for tickets and another for the audio tour. Both were for the audio only and so no link for the entry. It was a complete scam and we had to repurchase tickets on site. In the meantime there was no line and so getting tickets there or even via the museums’s site is recommended.
Easy!! Tickets emailed prior to event. Updated and confirmed prior event. My favorite museum.Enjoyed by entire family.
Good history lesson with a nice view of the artillery museum and the Eiffel Tower. The only issue was having to rent the audio headphones to truly hear.
Voucher was not accepted at Destin museum I feel ripped off And bought tix there for 14.00 a piece Not the 49.00 I paid with Viator
I am rating my experience booking with Viator not the museum. My tickets arrived by email the day before the tour as promised and were extremely easy to redeem. I would book again with Viator! We also loved the museum and the gardens. It was a beautiful break in very well organized tour!
The museum itself is AMAZING. Gardens are spectacular. I would have given it 5 stars except I never got my entry tickets so had to buy them at the museum, which took all of 2 minutes and for a lot less. There is NO need to book “skip the line” because there is no line. We went at 10:30 on a beautiful Saturday morning in May. NO LINE. The museum and gardens are not to be missed. The skip the line is a scam.
My daughter and I signed up for the Louvre tour. Had a small group tour. Omar was a great guide. Very informative and entertaining. Really enjoyed the tour!
Despite a confirmed skip-the-line reservation, it was absolutely impossible to access the tickets "apparently" sent in a separate email. I have tried everything, both in my Viator account and my Outlook account. The system for sending tickets the day before the event is both stressful and laborious for the traveler. The other reservations were laborious to find the tickets. I expect Viator to refund me for these 2 tickets for the missed visit to the Rodin Museum today, June 5, 2026.
The Museum is very interesting and contains works by Rodin, Camille Claudel, disciples, and other great painters. Reproductions of the sculptures we gardens stand out. However, there was a video to accompany the exhibition, but it was impossible for it to work: I registered three times, with the email I use on Viator, and always returned to the starting point.
Beautiful museum, beautiful works to discover and a garden to enjoy! Family outing, we were all under the spell of the sculptor and his students, not forgetting the talented Camille Claudel!
