Private Transfer From Paris City To Cdg Or Ory Airport

The driver was timely and stayed in communication with us about our airport transfer. The car was clean and the ride was comfortable.

A quiet drive to the airport where I felt safe. I’m 86. When I travel solo, I trust Viator for trips. I have used them in Rome, Prague and now Paris.

Mohamed was a great driver. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I would recommend him to anyone going to visit Paris.

Great transfer to CDG. Driver was there on time. Good communication with transfer coordinator. Pick up was perfect and right in front of our Airbnb. Drop off was at the international terminal for the airline. Highly recommend. Minivan was clean and very nice and held all of us and our luggage.

Driver was 10 minutes early for our scheduled pick up. The driver was very professional and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We realized too late that we had been dropped off at the wrong terminal. We informed the driver who had left the area. He insisted on coming back to get us and take us to the correct terminal. Extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend this service. Also, the vehicle was top notch as well. But you can get that with others. The fantastic service made this experience a five-star ride.

Our driver notified me when he was on his was and again when he got there. He also sent a picture of his car with plate number. We were very happy with everything.

Our driver was polite and courteous, he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. He sent us a message to inform us & apologised upon arrival. We recommend this service for your transfer needs.

I called last night to confirm pick up time. The driver was early. He gave us 10 minutes and left. We were waving at him to stop but he wouldn’t. Terrible service. The driver and I were in constant contact but it did not matter. Awful.

Erik was wonderful!, friendly and attentive. Easy, total peace of mind. Would strongly recommend booking this service.

Got picked up a few minutes early, nice riding car and driver Emil was very nice! Pointed out landmarks along drive to airport

Seamless, on-time transfer from our downtown Paris hotel to CDG airport. Driver arrived on-time and navigated Paris traffic extremely well.

Our driver arrived promptly and was very polite and pleasant. Handled the many pieces of luggage that we had. Excellent driver

Our driver was; On time. Reliable. Friendly. Courteous. Stayed in touch via text. Carried our bags to the curb. Absolutely would use this service again

We were heading back to CDG airport from Paris, but not for a flight departure. We were picking up a rental car for the rest of our vacation. The driver was on time and knew exactly where to drop us off; right to the door of the correct rental car company.

Wonderful experience. Mohammad was the absolute best and extremely helpful with the whole process of getting us to the airport and assisting my husband with getting our bags and myself who was in a wheelchair into the airport where we needed to be.

Booking was easy, both drivers, Firman were amazing and great conversationalist. Thank you for helping make my journey from the airport and back a joyous ease!

What an excellent experience! We had Erik twice as our driver and he was amazing. Prompt, loaded and unloaded the bags, provided tips and places that we could not miss! Our favorite was the rooftop coffee at Galerie Lafayette. Don’t trust another company with your transportation needs because you’ve found them when you book here! Thanks again!

Our driver was right on time. Very courtesy and friendly. I would recommend this car service to anyone!

Wonderful service! Mohammed was very personable and courteous. Very nice Mercedes van made for a smooth trip. Mohamed brought us to an alternate drop off at CDG due to airport congestion, brought our bags inside and got us on the lift to where we needed to be. Will definitely recommend this service and use again !

Driver was prompt and helpful! We had 4 suitcases to check and he loaded them quickly and got us to airport quickly amidst the traffic!

To fly from CDG Paris to Lisbon with Air France, passengers have to take a bus to get to the plane on the tarmac. With Mobility Assistance it takes for ever to get from the terminal to your seat on the plane

Our driver was very helpful and professional. He messaged me ahead of his arrival and greeted me at the door.

The driver was great. He showed up early, which was nice. He helped with our luggage getting in and out of the van. Very polite and courteous. Thank you!

Top notch professional. Vehicle was luxurious, very clean. Driver assisted with luggage at pick up and drop off.

We were picked at our hotel on time and dropped off at the precise door at the Paris airport. No problems.

Driver was on time to pick us up and vehicle was comfortable and nice. Driver easily spotted a luggage cart and helped us navigate.

Driver was on time and in constant communication with us. The company confirmed the pick up days before and also on the night before the transfer. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Very efficient way to ensure arrival on time at the airport for flights. Vehicle was very clean and spacious.

Comfortable reliable. Except we did get short notice on a cancellation from a previous ride in Rome . That was a bit of a bummer

Wonderful driver! Was right on time and car was clean and driver was super nice and accommodating! Great guy! Got us to the airport quick and on time! Felt safe and taken care of!

Driver arrived a few minutes earlier. He text ane informed us he is on the way He is Friendly We like it

We have used Viator three times for our Europe trip for airport transfers. It is a superior experience, nice vehicle and have had great drivers each time. We have one more airport transfer and will use it with Viator especially because I now have rewards!!

Easy, non stressful, timely drive to the airport! After a long vacation., the last thing you want is to stress about your departure home being late or riddled with issues. He was prompt, friendly, polite & extremely helpful. He even escorted us into the terminal with our luggage to insure we knew where to go. It just couldn’t have been any better!

Driver arrived on time and was very professional. Chauffeured us to the airport on time. Helped us load and unload our bags.

Scheduled a 7:45am Paris pick up to CDG airport, our driver confirmed the day before, was a little early and texted upon his arrival. He helped with the bags and walked us directly into the airport to the elevators. He was great, offered water and was very pleasant. We would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free morning transfer.

Driver was punctual and arrived earlier than scheduled. He confirmed ride the day before. Can’t ask for anything else when heading to airport in foreign country. In addition, driver was professional and very helpful when he dropped us off in terms of logistics

Driver was good. Spoke good English. Got us to the airport in a timely manner after I screwed up the time i needed to be picked up.

Our driver was prompt, courteous, helpful and made our trip seemless. He took us to elevator and into the terminal!

Local agents are very responsive to questions- quick to answer and flexible, accommodating to changes. Drivers very friendly, help with luggage and with good, safe driving skills.

Driver arrived early at our hotel in Paris. Very friendly and polite. Made it safely to Charles deGaulle airport.

I received outstanding service from Transport Barthelot. The driver was exceptional. He communicated with me, picked me up on time, provided a very comfortable ride to the airport, and dropped me off at the exact location that I needed to be at to check in my luggage at CDG Airport. He was very professional, and I will recommend your company to all who are traveling to France.

The driver communicated with me ahead of time to confirm the pick up time, location, etc. Was right on time. Very relaxing and stress free trip to the airport. Recommend for anyone wanting less stress than the metro/train/taxi options provide.

Positive however the vehicle used had very poor air conditioning, and was dated. Driver showed up on time which was great but did not bother communicating in English, nor did he have water in the car. We asked him several times to turn on the AC which he basically ignored.

the chauffeur likes to smoke a lot, thereby the cab had a cigar stench. At least the windows were open. He arrived earlier than established which was a good thing.

Handy and quick, reliable. Driver friendly and helpful. Vehicle clean and tidy. Process easy to use.

Ride was on time. Driver was friendly and very professional. Trip was nice and driver was very safe.

Amine was on-time, friendly and professional. He got us to the airport safely and quickly. We chose Viatour because we have always found their professionals to be just that : professional and reliable.

The driver was right on time and communicated his arrival. My only concern was the rapid speed at which he drove, which was sometimes unnerving. We could not see any posted speed limits, so were unsure how to respond. However, at times he was doing well over 60 mph and was on the bumper of other cars. He was otherwise courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
